Quinton B. Butterfield: My first stay here was marvelous. From check-in to check-out I had a great time. All the people that worked there were inviting, friendly and hospitable. The room was very comfortable and the food was great. The hot tub and pool was very relaxing. The other guests were also great and I am happy to have met them. I am counting the days till I return.
Anish D: One of the most relaxed hotels we have had the pleasure to stay. Rob and the staff are friendly and accommodating. The breakfast and brunch are delicious and made fresh everyday. Our room was well furnished with a comfortable bed and a small kitchenette.Only note: the Tiano room is right off the pool so can be noisy when people are hanging out. If you need quiet to sleep, you should reserve another room. However, if you want to be in the center of the action, this is room you want.
Jaci: celebrating our honeymoon, it was important for us to find a safe space for our first time in San Juan. Coqui Del Mar was the BEST part of our trip, and we even tried to move our flight just to stay longer! From the wonderfully hospitable service we received from Rob, to Juan and Izzy making sure we were having a great stay, to other guests offering their support and friendship, we felt like we belonged! Coquito the dog made everything that much better. From the phenomenal breakfast to the pool and hot tub to the beautiful aesthetics and views, we will absolutely be back soon! Thank you for making a queer safe haven not just for gay men for other folks in the community too!

James Banks: What an amazing way to enjoy Puerto Rico, whether you’re there for 2 nights or 2 weeks- coqui de mar is a perfect location in a peaceful neighborhood steps from a stunning aquamarine beach and a short Uber or bike ride to so many restaurants and bars. The owners and staff create the most welcoming atmosphere. Music selection by the pool was perfect. Breakfast, brunch and poolside bbq were amazing, Great tasting coffee with a fridge full of different creamer options, they made accommodations for guests who didn’t eat meat and included local favorites in the dishes. The staff was super attentive, keeping all the areas spotless and offering to refresh our towels and tidy the room whenever we needed. The whole place really had a feeling of being home away from home, every guest felt comfortable being themself and making whatever they want of their visit. The recommendations for local lgbt activities made it easy to jump into the local scene and the gay tours that are affiliated with the hotel offered a great balance of exploring the city and nature. Michael Whalen: Great place to stay. I love the themes used for each room. I enjoyed the Red Room and the Sailor Boy Room. Hospitality was impeccable. Other guests were friendly and gracious. I highly recommend the cave tour with Antonio. He is a great guide and very attentive, careful, and informative. I concur with the many, many other 5 start reviews. Coqui is a fun place to stay in San Juan.
Mark M: as we sail to Aruba, Curaçao, Martinique & St. Kitts! Stayed the last two nights at this awesome gay clothing optional guesthouse Coqui Del Mar, owned & hosted by the greatest guys Rob & V! It offers 10 rooms ranging from a one bedroom with full kitchen, and smaller hotel sized rooms, all super clean with quirky names and lots of charm! There’s even a great resident dog Coquito that welcomed each guest upon arrival! Coqui Del Mar offers a range of activities throughout the week like naked bbq’s and naked hot tub & pool parties, daily breakfasts and weekend brunches are included!! 20-25 friendly guys staying here before the cruise. If you ever get a chance to go to San Juan, I highly recommend these accommodations! Why stay in a boring hotel when you can be treated like you’re a member of the family!

Tim Wilson: From the moment I arrived, the staff was completely attentive to my needs and desires. The staff was extremely helpful and courteous. Very informative with happenings on the island. Every suggestion they gave me that I went to was phenomenal. Plenty of authentic Puerto Rican cuisine nearby, all with excellent food. The tours offered by Antionio were amazing. The entire experience was spot on. I look forward to returning to Coqui del Mar in the very near futures.

They do this in part by offering unlimited free drinks to anyone playing. It should be noted if you play blackjack the style is non traditional in terms of the way the dealer deals out the cards

allison genberg: Very nice resort. Loved the pool area! That infinity pool was so tranquil! Fun casino at night, good meeting rooms for our conference, and centrally located to so many places by a quick ride share.Actividades cerca de mi ubicación: We did not walk much. We took ride shares around the city and found it quick and easy to get to Old San Juan, restaurants or the beach.Comidas y bebidas: The Japanese restaurant was so good! Very creative sushi items!

Joyce: The location of the Condado Plaza is excellent! Check-in was super easy, and the gentleman at the front desk did an awesome job of explaining all of the hotel amenities. We had a room with an ocean view and king-size bed. The room was very clean. All of the staff that we encountered were extremely friendly and ready to assist if needed. We used the hotel taxi service to go to Walmart. The driver was super nice because he waited for us to finish. This hotel has two pools. The large pool has a slide, and the saltwater pool is located by the jacuzzi. While sitting poolside enjoying a pina colada, a huge iguana came out of the bushes and just walked around like it owned the place. It didn't bother anyone, and nobody bothered it. I thought that was pretty cool. I rated the hotel 4 stars because there were a couple of things that I noticed. The Condado is one of the older hotels and could use a little TLC. When we walked around the grounds to explore, we noticed chipping paint, rust, and erosion in several areas. One evening, while admiring the view from the balcony, I saw a rat run into the bushes by the back stairwell deck. The next evening, my friend saw a rat by the stairwell near the pool. That was a little unnerving. Other than that, we had a really good stay at this hotel.Habitaciones: I stayed in a room with an ocean view and king-size bed, which was very comfortable. The bathroom was very large with a shower/tub combination, and the room was very clean.Actividades cerca de mi ubicación: There is a night kayaking spot within walking distance of the hotel. We had a blast and even saw a manatee while out on the water.Seguridad: We did a lot of walking while we were there. Both during the day and in the evening. We felt very safe.Posibilidad de caminar: There are lots of shops and restaurants within walking distance of the hotel.Comidas y bebidas: The Aqua Bar and Grill is located by the pool. I ordered wings, quesadillas, and pina coladas. My friend ordered drinks from the hotel lobby bar. We were pleased with everything. The Condado also has a footbridge that connects with the Hilton Garden Inn, where there are two additional restaurants that are available for dining.

La pequeña playa era bonita y el hotel está lo suficientemente cerca del viejo San Juan como para poder caminar o tomar un autobús o taxi para llegar allí rápidamente. También está lo suficientemente cerca de otros lugares agradables en la otra dirección, como el museo de arte, restaurantes y tiendas.Habitaciones: Muy húmedo y con un poco de moho, pero es un lugar tropical, ¿qué esperas?Actividades cerca de mi ubicación: restaurantes, museos, tiendas, monumentos históricos, fuertes, ciudad colonial, playas, vistas panorámicas, etc.Seguridad: Relativamente seguro. No tuvimos problemas.Posibilidad de caminar: Lejos, pero se puede ir andando al Viejo San Juan.Se puede ir andando a restaurantes, tiendas, farmacias y atracciones cercanas.

Nuestras masajistas se llamaban Jessica y Kathy y ambas fueron extremadamente atentas y hábiles, y nuestros tratamientos fueron muy relajantes y superaron las expectativas. ¡Ojalá pudiera volver!Detalles destacados: ¡Los tratamientos de spa fueron geniales!
PAULA DÍAZ: , estuvimos por 4 días y definitivamente volveríamos.Nosotros queríamos un espacio apartado y por eso escogimos este hotel, pero, si estás considerando algo cerca a san Juan, debes tener en cuenta que es a 35-40 min de distancia e igualmente la comida ya que el hotel cuenta con 3 restaurantes, pero si quieres algo diferente debes manejar. Para dentro de la propiedad el hotel te provee bicicletas.

Michele Westhoff: . La comida y las bebidas eran buenas para el desayuno, el almuerzo y la cena. Lo único negativo que diré es que si vas a realizar un viaje tranquilo y romántico en pareja, este no es el lugar. Los niños y los bebés corren por todos lados sin supervisión y gritan. La habitación para el desayuno de la mañana era pequeña y siempre me dolía la cabeza por todos los gritos. Además de eso, ¡lo recomiendo totalmente!

Ed Diaz: La propiedad tiene una excelente ubicación a 30 minutos del aeropuerto internacional. Todo el complejo y sus alrededores se mantienen impecables y la propiedad cuenta con un servicio excelente y un ambiente muy positivo.Habitaciones: Nos alojamos en dos habitaciones diferentes; Ambos eran de buen tamaño, actualizados e impecablemente limpios. Las vistas del océano eran preciosas y también lo era toda la propiedad.

No hay opcion a todo incluido, te cobran 60$ diarios, adicionales al cargo po la habitacion, por acceso wi-fi y otros servicios.25$ diarios por usar el aparcamiento etc, etc.En resumen mala relacion calidad precio.una pena
