Lisa Quach: Stayed in Room 1111 mid-July. The room had 2 double beds. Bathroom tub could use an upgrade but everything else was clean. The balcony was private and the oceanfront room had an amazing view. Housekeeping came everyday:For elite members, you can go next to the lobby to get water, soda, chips during the day from concierge. You can choose between points or breakfast coupon… the coupon is for the buffet at the restaurant next to the pool area. There is an omelet bar, fruits, meats & cheese, pastries, bacon, sausage, quinoa, scrambled eggs, smoked salmon, and some other things… it’s not like an all-inclusive resort breakfast but it was not bad at all. Included mimosas. On Friday night, there was also a cocktail hour event for elite members in the lobby/bar. They provided small items as sliders and desserts. Parking for elite members is also reduced. The valet parking guys are soooo nice!They have a schedule of events such as movie night or s’mores…The staff was wonderful. They gave me a small bottle of wine in a gift bag when I mentioned it was my birthday.The casino bar is open until 3am and Angel is one of the best bartenders ever. Makes a really good Miami Vice too! They will give you $30 “match” coupon… go to service desk and they’ll give you what looks like Monopoly money and you can use with your cash to make a bet… gotta spend money to make money.Location: nearby restaurants… there’s a variety within walking distance… for late night, dulce la vida and the spot next door is open until 4am… there is also a Walgreens and 24hour store next the hotel so you can always buy what you need… including liquor. They stop selling liquor at 2am!There are people on the beach to set up chairs for you. You can order food and they’ll bring it to you. Card or Room charge only. There’s also a guy who sells these pineapple slush things inside a pineapple, it’s $20 with liquor and completely worth it!!!Would only stay here if I came back to PR.

Celebrando 30 años con mi Hermosa Reina, pasamos un tiempo fabuloso, el SVC fue excelente, el acceso a la playa fue increíble con protección de seguridad, lo cual fue bueno ver que tenían todas las comodidades que se publicaron... Solo 1 inconveniente Registro RETRASADO . Pero definitivamente volveremos a visitarlo.

Brandon Cleaver: Outstanding experience. The staff was completely awesome. There were a few minor things that came up. But was well overlooked. I wish I remembered everyone’s name who helped. My only complaint was eating outside for breakfast, was a bad experience especially for the price, but they have a bakery inside which I do recommend. They gave us an oceanfront upgrade. That was very much appreciated. Overall amazing experience. One thing that is undeniable was the housekeeping service was outstanding. Absolute kudos to the housekeeping team. The hotel felt very clean and safe!

Triffinie Young: The park is maintained very well. There is a jogging path, a kids play area and plenty of green spaces for picnics. The pool is only for classes. No public free swim.

Juan J. Arrieta: Ran here on a Sunday morning while visiting the island a couple of weeks ago. Park entrance is $2/car and well worth it in my opinion. Very nice crushed granite trail winds around the edges of the park for a distance of approximately 2 miles, maybe a little bit less. A good portion of that has good tree cover. Quite a few runners there that day, but not what I would describe as crowded. There's a nice kids playground, a running track and bleachers, and beautiful natatorium as well.

Victor-Luke Agbeibor: . We went on a Friday and it was packed - which was to be expected. The Casino is a typical casino. It is open 24hrs. Their goal is to keep you in there as long as possible. They do this in part by offering unlimited free drinks to anyone playing. It should be noted if you play blackjack the style is non traditional in terms of the way the dealer deals out the cards

La habitación los alrededores del hotel los encontré muy limpio. Todo el personal fueron amables y atentos. Superó mis espectativas.Habitaciones: Espacioso, limpio y bien surtido.Actividades cerca de mi ubicación: Buenos restaurantes, playas y alquiler de kayaks y paddle boats.

Aoife: Had an incredible paddle boarding experience with Aqua Fitness. Our experience started with a brief but informed lesson on how to paddle board, along with explanations of the wildlife in the lagoon. The instructors were friendly and approachable throughout our session and while in the water. Our bags were kept secure at the Aqua Fitness base which allowed for total enjoyment while on the water. After our session, the instructors brought us around the area for a quick but really insightful look at San Juan and were again so friendly in answering questions about the island. Would highly recommend Aqua Fitness and when I am back in Puerto Rico I can’t wait to try their other water activities!

Alison Lopez: Booked a paddle boarding trip as an excursion from a cruise line. It was lots of fun.They took the time to teach you how to use the boards and had a staff member with us the whole time. The lagoon was beautiful.Afterwards, the owner even took us on a little side trip to see the "window of the sea" and told us some cool things about Puerto Rico.

Isaías García: Awesome crew, awesome experience. On my first visit they where very polite, and informative, they make sure you are comfortable and also they make sure you take full advantage of the experience you purchased, I will be coming back! I recommend the experience if you want to have a beautiful memories of the Condado Lagoon.

Lynette: Very fun experience paddle boarding. It was my first time paddle boarding and the staff at aqua fitness were great! My instructor, Asia Sol was so knowledgeable and patient. The equipment was good and very well maintainted. The Laguna is a great place to learn paddle boarding and the added benefit of the resident manatees is a plus. I would definitely recommend them and will use them again!
