El personal tiene un cuidado maravilloso y es extremadamente servicial, especialmente los gerentes Annika y Romie. Cada habitación tiene su propio estilo individual. David Njoroge: Alojarnos en el hotel Dreamcatcher fue nada menos que un sueño para mi esposa y para mí en nuestro viaje de aniversario en julio. La intencionalidad y el pensamiento al diseñar el hotel son impresionantes. El vecindario también se siente muy seguro como turista para hospedarse y tener libertad para explorar otro gran lugar en la isla. Para un hotel de 3 estrellas, este lugar te dejará boquiabierto. Miguel en recepción nos dio un servicio 10/10. ¡Definitivamente planeo volver!

Jessi Medina: This location is amazing. The whole vibe of the Dreamcatcher is top tier. Beautiful rooms, awesome location within walking distance of the beach and plenty of spectacular dining options. The experiences we booked through the Dreamcatcher were also great. We booked a rainforest hike, a massage, and a snorkeling trip and each of them were perfect. All of the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The chefs also make amazing breakfast options if you don't feel like heading into town and getting breakfast.

Citlalli G.: Staying here was a dream! The service and location cannot be beat. I loved the proximity to the beach. The room itself with comfy enough for 2 people to share. Our room had an outdoor shower that was so fun! There are about 3-5 different breakfast spots within 2 blocks that were so nice to be able to access. I felt safe the entire time I stayed here and would definitely stay here again!

Michael DiNunzio: The place is located in a gated community but this area is very clean and organized. The surrounding areas is safe like all PR. The beach is 1 min down the street the place gives you chairs and towels. The only issue we had was the AC wasn't working when we got there. They did fix with no problems things do happen. The young lady at night she is very nice and helpful with a great attitude.Parking is on the street so be ready to find a spot. Plenty of restaurants and things to do around this place.Get out of San juan and enjoy the views especially the caves.One thing they do their own trips to the rainforest and Giovanni is the best. He took us through the rivers and we got to do a concert in his vehicle that me and my wife will never forget. Thanks for that experience. He took us to amazing restaurant after our trip.Comidas y bebidas: Hundred of restaurants in walking distance and the neighborhood is safe at night and it's alive.

Cj Janey: Easy going atmosphere. The Valet team was exceptional and always friendly! The lobby as well as the rooms are beautiful, clean and very trendy. Sitting in the infiniy pool over seeing the ocean is priceless! House keeping made sure we had clean towels and room daily. Highly recommendHabitaciones: Bright and clean. The bed are so comfortable!

Adam Schanz: The hotel is super clean, and very modern. Everyone was very nice that I ran into.I would have made it 5 stars, but when they say adult only, they really mean party only. The outside pool during the day is staffed with a DJ and loud music. The pool is a really cool infinity pool that looks over the ocean, but since it is smaller, it gets crowded quick. Don't expect to swim, but more stand around with your drink and take in the view. It kind of felt like we left the hotel lobby straight into a club. If you aren't into loud music and just want to sit in a lounge chair and relax, this isn't for you. This may be exactly what some people want, but for my wife and I, we just wanted a lounge chair and the ocean. There was nowhere for us to have that at the hotel.The attached restaurant "Social" was great for breakfast. You also get bottled water with your room. There is a cabinet that has velcro on it to keep it closed, so we were weary to open it, but it has the mini fridge and snacks, as well as bottles of alcohol. Pricing is listed for all the items inside. Not much space in the mini fridge for the water or leftover food of you bring any back.I probably won't stay here again personally, but if you are into the clubbing vibe, this is definitely for you.Habitaciones: Rooms are pretty nice. Everything you need for your stay. If you are taller, beware of the light in the common area. I hit my head on it twice getting up once from the couch and one from the side of the bed!Actividades cerca de mi ubicación: There are so many restaurants walking distance from the hotel. Everyhting you could want from street food, to suit and tie meals.Seguridad: They have security on the grounds that checks for wristbands. No one from the outside can just walk in. You also need your wristband to use the elevator to get to your floor.Posibilidad de caminar: Everything you may need is no more than a 10 minute walk away.

Shawn DeCandia: The room was comfortable and well equipped. We had great water and city views from the balcony. The location was great, being very close to Condado and Old San Juan. There are many eateries, restaurants and scooter rentals for getting around. Front desk reception was very courteous and helpful. The included free parking spot is close by and a great perk to have for those with a vehicle.

Janet Jimenez: Good location. Clean and fully supplied with everything. Near the beach, food, highways and stores. No parking but the parking is a few min away. You could use Hilton which is super close but super expensive. Overall for 1 full week we spent 100 in parking. Host was quick to rectify issues and pleasant. Hope to return in a few months

Jonathan Luquis: Habitaciones: The rooms all seems to center around providing a water front view to the lagoon or the beautiful ocean.Actividades cerca de mi ubicación: Nearby is El Escambron beach which you can scooter or take a 10-15 walk to get to, or simply drive 1 minute and pay less than $10 to park for the day.Seguridad: I have been booked an AirBnB here multiple times and love how safe it is to walk out around the multiple properties located near here. The front desk is manned 24/7 by armed security who duals as the concierge when you arrive. They have to buzz you in past the lobby EVERY TIME .Posibilidad de caminar: Sitting right on the mouth of the Condado lagoon, this place is easy to walk to Condado hot spots or even better rent one of the scooters that are plentiful everywhere you go.

Jennifer Zapata: Great hotel close to restaurants, beach nice pool. The room was a living room w sofa bed and a bedroom w 2 full beds. Very comfy. Had everything we needed. The bathrooms do need updating as they are doing. I paid more for a top level room and thought would have the renovated one. That was upsetting. Good breakfast, not great but included. Wish parking was less but it was convenient. Customer service was great and happy hour too.

They do this in part by offering unlimited free drinks to anyone playing. It should be noted if you play blackjack the style is non traditional in terms of the way the dealer deals out the cards

John Rosario: I want to explain why there is so many different opinions of this building, the original owner sold many apartments to private people and he keeped many to himself, the private owners have really nice places to offer on airb&b and other rental apps, the original owner who keeps over 50 apartments for rent, doesn't give the tender loving care his apartments need, they are been furnished with old furniture from older hotels that sold old stuff, the staff working with this properties are a shame of what they are offering, if you are looking for a place to stay near the convention Center and affordable, this is the place but make sure is a private owner for a better experience, you can find my place on airbnb as Convention Center Suite View, probably a few dollars more but a beautiful, clean and beautiful view, I hope this is helpful to whoever reads this with the intention of staying near this area.

Lisa Quach: Stayed in Room 1111 mid-July. The room had 2 double beds. Bathroom tub could use an upgrade but everything else was clean. The balcony was private and the oceanfront room had an amazing view. Housekeeping came everyday:For elite members, you can go next to the lobby to get water, soda, chips during the day from concierge. You can choose between points or breakfast coupon… the coupon is for the buffet at the restaurant next to the pool area. There is an omelet bar, fruits, meats & cheese, pastries, bacon, sausage, quinoa, scrambled eggs, smoked salmon, and some other things… it’s not like an all-inclusive resort breakfast but it was not bad at all. Included mimosas. On Friday night, there was also a cocktail hour event for elite members in the lobby/bar. They provided small items as sliders and desserts. Parking for elite members is also reduced. The valet parking guys are soooo nice!They have a schedule of events such as movie night or s’mores…The staff was wonderful. They gave me a small bottle of wine in a gift bag when I mentioned it was my birthday.The casino bar is open until 3am and Angel is one of the best bartenders ever. Makes a really good Miami Vice too! They will give you $30 “match” coupon… go to service desk and they’ll give you what looks like Monopoly money and you can use with your cash to make a bet… gotta spend money to make money.Location: nearby restaurants… there’s a variety within walking distance… for late night, dulce la vida and the spot next door is open until 4am… there is also a Walgreens and 24hour store next the hotel so you can always buy what you need… including liquor. They stop selling liquor at 2am!There are people on the beach to set up chairs for you. You can order food and they’ll bring it to you. Card or Room charge only. There’s also a guy who sells these pineapple slush things inside a pineapple, it’s $20 with liquor and completely worth it!!!Would only stay here if I came back to PR.

Solo 1 inconveniente Registro RETRASADO . Pero definitivamente volveremos a visitarlo.

Brandon Cleaver: Outstanding experience. The staff was completely awesome. There were a few minor things that came up. But was well overlooked. I wish I remembered everyone’s name who helped. My only complaint was eating outside for breakfast, was a bad experience especially for the price, but they have a bakery inside which I do recommend. They gave us an oceanfront upgrade. That was very much appreciated. Overall amazing experience. One thing that is undeniable was the housekeeping service was outstanding. Absolute kudos to the housekeeping team. The hotel felt very clean and safe!

She moved us to an updated unit that was amazing. She was so sweet and concerned over our situation that she truly made us feel like we were her only concern even though there were other customers that were having the same problem. Mercedes Pons: Estamos por 2 noches. Está muy, muy bien ubicado en el viejo San Juan. A poca distancia de restaurantes, vida nocturna y sitios históricos.El desayuno no está incluido, pero es muy bueno. Me encantó el café con leche y el desayuno Pasia tenía unas arepas deliciosas.En la azotea hay una bonita piscina con asientos para relajarse y hermosas vistas.Uber desde el aeropuerto costó alrededor de $ 25 y realmente estoy disfrutando mi tiempo aquí.Habitaciones: Las habitaciones son muy espaciosas con cocina, aire acondicionado, TV. Teníamos un dormitorio con cama king. Y en el salón había un sofá cama que usábamos para mi hijo. Sólo un baño en el dormitorio. Funcionó para nosotros porque todos somos familia.

MeganKalen Ladnier: Debido a los desafortunados acontecimientos ocurridos con las aerolíneas, terminamos atrapados en San Juan por 3 días más. Delta solo nos proporcionó una noche de estadía en Double Tree. Después de llegar al hotel, nos dijeron que Delta nunca se comunicó con el hotel para verificar las habitaciones para mí y las otras 4 personas que estaban conmigo. La falta de comunicación y alojamiento de Delta fue muy decepcionante, PERO Double Tree no nos permitió quedarnos varados durante 3 días sin espacio. Stephanie y Gadiel en la recepción hicieron todo lo posible por nosotros y se aseguraron de que los 5 tuviéramos habitaciones durante los 3 días que estuvimos atrapados aquí, cubiertos por Delta. No podríamos haber pedido un mejor servicio al cliente. Las habitaciones son geniales, el área de la piscina es hermosa y limpia, Pablo es un excelente barman, todo es de primer nivel. ¡Recomiendo encarecidamente alojarse aquí!

Better Reality Coaching: Gran hotel y gran experiencia. A sólo unos minutos del aeropuerto. El hotel está en la salida 2b y el aeropuerto en la salida 8. Está convenientemente ubicado cerca de muchos servicios y de la playa. Sería negligente si no dijera que las paredes son finas como el papel, escuché el microondas desde el otro. Cualquier problema que tuve no tuvo nada que ver con el personal. En general, disfruté todo acerca de mi experiencia en el hotel, desde mi primer encuentro con Bryan hasta el último encuentro con el personal del restaurante. Todos fueron muy amables, hospitalarios y serviciales. La próxima vez que esté en PR, este será mi hotel de elección.
