Jessi Medina: This location is amazing. The whole vibe of the Dreamcatcher is top tier. Beautiful rooms, awesome location within walking distance of the beach and plenty of spectacular dining options. The experiences we booked through the Dreamcatcher were also great. We booked a rainforest hike, a massage, and a snorkeling trip and each of them were perfect. All of the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The chefs also make amazing breakfast options if you don't feel like heading into town and getting breakfast.

Our room had an outdoor shower that was so fun! There are about 3-5 different breakfast spots within 2 blocks that were so nice to be able to access. I felt safe the entire time I stayed here and would definitely stay here again!

Michael DiNunzio: The place is located in a gated community but this area is very clean and organized. The surrounding areas is safe like all PR. The beach is 1 min down the street the place gives you chairs and towels. The only issue we had was the AC wasn't working when we got there. They did fix with no problems things do happen. The young lady at night she is very nice and helpful with a great attitude.Parking is on the street so be ready to find a spot. Plenty of restaurants and things to do around this place.Get out of San juan and enjoy the views especially the caves.One thing they do their own trips to the rainforest and Giovanni is the best. He took us through the rivers and we got to do a concert in his vehicle that me and my wife will never forget. Thanks for that experience. The fresh and pleasant scent of the room was immediately noticeable upon entering. The suite was well-equipped with all necessary amenities and had a studio-like design, perfect for a relaxing stay. It was incredibly cozy, with a comfortable air conditioner that worked perfectly. The floors and overall decor were impressive, adding to the charm of the room.However, there was a minor inconvenience with the room. A small light on the fire alarm flashed intermittently, which could be slightly bothersome when trying to sleep. Despite this, it was a minor issue in an otherwise delightful room.The stay included breakfast, which, although not served piping hot, was warm and tasted good. The secure parking was another highlight, as I often worry about parking lots, but this one exceeded my expectations with its safety and convenience.One downside was the hotel's elevator situation. With only one working elevator and a maximum capacity of four people, there was often a wait time of five to ten minutes to get to and from the room. This was a bit frustrating but manageable.The rooftop restaurant was another point of interest. It boasted a beautiful setting and luxurious ambiance, making it very popular and requiring reservations. The menu was on the expensive side, with the cheapest dish priced between $30 to $40, so be prepared to spend a bit more. Unfortunately, I didn't get the chance to dine there due to the need for prior reservations, but it looked amazing.Despite these minor issues, my overall experience was fantastic. The nights were quiet, the bed was wonderfully soft, and I definitely plan to return. This suite offers a blend of comfort, cleanliness, and convenience that makes it a top choice for a relaxing getaway.

The hotel is close to a beach and food and nightlife.Now for the truth. The breakfast that is included is ok. Not anything to brag about. They deliver it to you so its a nice breakfast in bed.The infinity pool is small and really only big enough to put your feet in. So if you are looking for more, I would look at other options.The staff at the rooftop bar were all wonderful. Special shout to Sunny and the GM Miguel.Will for sure come back.

Kihani Brea: Me alojé aquí dos veces en dos meses por negocios. Fue perfecto porque está cerca de la ciudad y también a unos pasos de la playa. El edificio es una arquitectura muy hermosa y encantadora. El personal es A+++, especialmente Juan, que fue muy acogedor y servicial. No pude usar el área de la piscina/jacuzzi, pero se veía muy limpia y atractiva, tal vez la próxima vez. Tenía un poco de sospecha porque el precio era mucho más bajo que el de otras propiedades y había leído algunas críticas negativas y aterradoras, pero si esas críticas eran ciertas o no, no encontré ninguno de esos problemas en mis dos visitas.En mi primera estadía tuve una habitación con vista al mar y una terraza envolvente por un precio INCREÍBLEMENTE BAJO. Mi segunda estancia fue en una habitación mucho más modesta por un precio más alto, imagínate. Ambas habitaciones estaban lo suficientemente limpias para ser cómodas, pero los baños necesitan un lavado serio y una limpieza profunda y lo menos que podían hacer es reemplazar o limpiar los revestimientos de las cortinas de la ducha, que están sucios y mohosos y le quitan el encanto al lugar.Considerando todo esto, este es un hermoso lugar para hospedarse por la proximidad a una parte realmente impresionante de la playa que tiene áreas para sentarse con sombra y es ideal para nadar y observar a la gente.

Lisa Quach: Stayed in Room 1111 mid-July. The room had 2 double beds. Bathroom tub could use an upgrade but everything else was clean. The balcony was private and the oceanfront room had an amazing view. Housekeeping came everyday:For elite members, you can go next to the lobby to get water, soda, chips during the day from concierge. You can choose between points or breakfast coupon… the coupon is for the buffet at the restaurant next to the pool area. There is an omelet bar, fruits, meats & cheese, pastries, bacon, sausage, quinoa, scrambled eggs, smoked salmon, and some other things… it’s not like an all-inclusive resort breakfast but it was not bad at all. Included mimosas. On Friday night, there was also a cocktail hour event for elite members in the lobby/bar. They provided small items as sliders and desserts. Parking for elite members is also reduced. The valet parking guys are soooo nice!They have a schedule of events such as movie night or s’mores…The staff was wonderful. They gave me a small bottle of wine in a gift bag when I mentioned it was my birthday.The casino bar is open until 3am and Angel is one of the best bartenders ever. Makes a really good Miami Vice too! They will give you $30 “match” coupon… go to service desk and they’ll give you what looks like Monopoly money and you can use with your cash to make a bet… gotta spend money to make money.Location: nearby restaurants… there’s a variety within walking distance… for late night, dulce la vida and the spot next door is open until 4am… there is also a Walgreens and 24hour store next the hotel so you can always buy what you need… including liquor. They stop selling liquor at 2am!There are people on the beach to set up chairs for you. You can order food and they’ll bring it to you. Card or Room charge only. There’s also a guy who sells these pineapple slush things inside a pineapple, it’s $20 with liquor and completely worth it!!!Would only stay here if I came back to PR.

Brandon Cleaver: Outstanding experience. The staff was completely awesome. There were a few minor things that came up. But was well overlooked. I wish I remembered everyone’s name who helped. My only complaint was eating outside for breakfast, was a bad experience especially for the price, but they have a bakery inside which I do recommend. They gave us an oceanfront upgrade. That was very much appreciated. Overall amazing experience. One thing that is undeniable was the housekeeping service was outstanding. Absolute kudos to the housekeeping team. The hotel felt very clean and safe!

Jeff Ramsey: I looked at many Google reviews before our visit. I would like to say thanks for all your help. We met up with friends at Condado Vanderbilt to celebrate our birthdays. Let me say booking thru my AMEX Platinum card was a great deal. Breakfast buffet for two daily. Ends around 11 am daily. The value alone for the buffet for two was $100.00. Plus we were able to check in at Noon, if available. We couldn't as our room wasn't ready. Late check out at 4pm. Plust $125.00 resort credit to use for food or drink. We had a Commodore Ocean Front suite which was very nice. Two balconies. PLUS, we had our own butler. Enma, our butler was FANTASTIC!! He emailed me a few days before our trip letting us know he would be our butler and asked if we needed any help. I asked for him to help us arrange ground transportation to and from airport. NOTE, BAHIA Transportation was nice, etc. but was expensive. $110.00 to the Hotel which was about a 15 min ride. Our driver did not lift one finger to help me with my luggage, which we had two large suitcases and two carry ons. I pulled my back the day before so this wasn't good. I asked Enma after arriving to cancel our ride back and got an UBER Black to take us back at the cost of $24.00. Would recommend UBER Black for transportation. Anyway, back to hotel. The staff was so GREAT!! I mean best staff anywhere we have stayed. We have stayed at many fine hotels, Ritz, Intercontinental, Willard in DC,etc. They didn't have no in their vocabulary. When we celebrated my birthday on a Saturday, my wife reached out to Enma, our butler for help. He set up the room while we were at the pool with a bday cake, balloons, plates for charcuterie board my wife wanted to prepare, 8 champagne glasses, as well as a bottle of champagne on ice!!! I didn't see any charge either on my bill for all this. My wife wanted to tip him specifically for this occasion, so she found him and gave him a tip. Victor, working the entrance area of hotel was spectacular. Made sure to greet me by name every time we entered or left hotel. Paiulo, hostess in buffet was so great in making sure we got what we needed in the restaurant where the buffet was. Amid made spectacular omelets for us at the omelet station. Enma, our butler was very instrumental in checking in during our stay seeing how were were doing via text. Like having your own assistant. He was very helpful giving us ideas on restaurants of what we were looking for, then he would call and make our reservations for us and confirm back to me time, etc. Ropa Vieja was one of our favorites. Tayzan, Chinese, Sushi, and PR food was not great. I would not go back. Serafina, next door to CVH was awesome as well. Great walking distance to Marriott Stellaris Casino. LaConcha Casino didn't do it for us. Highly recommend the walk to Stellaris. Also, there is a market right across the street called H & R Food and Liquors that has a quite a bit of selection of liquor/beer, as well as food items and prepared food such as sandwiches prepackaged. We had a nice sub zero smaller fridge in our room as well as a nice ice maker. Nespresso type machine that uses the pods which were provided. Alto Grando was the pods of choice. The cigar lounge was quite small as I generally sat outside to smoke a cigar once in a while. Tacos and Tequila was good as well. They gave me and my wife both a margarita on the day of my birthday. The pool drinks were awesome. Condado Express was our favorite. Medalla Beer is awesome as well. Low carb with great taste. Airport Duty Free Store sells liquor, beer, and coffee on your way out so you can take home some treasures. Alto Grande coffee was our favorite. Again, CVH was spectacular stay. We want to go back again soon. Knowing what we know now, wouldn't change a thing. Was so relaxing and again, STAFF WAS SPECTACULAR!!!

Olivia Jackson: ¡El hotel es hermoso! La decoración es moderna, retro y glamurosa al mismo tiempo. La habitación, el balcón, el vestíbulo, la piscina... todo muy bien diseñado. No había microondas. También retención adicional al momento del check in por $250. Los chicos de la puerta principal podrían ser más acogedores. La mayoría de las veces simplemente agarran la puerta sin decir nada.Hay un restaurante en la azotea, Arya, lo que lo hace conveniente para salir a cenar. Gran piña colada. También tienen Raya, que sirve brunch hasta el mediodía. El Rolls Royce en el restaurante es un bonito toque peculiar. Tuvimos un joven camarero maravilloso. Creo que se llamaba Fernando. Maravilloso servicio y fue muy servicial y cálido. ¡A poca distancia de mucho! Como Condado Beach, muchos restaurantes, Walgreens y todo lo demás.

Johana Fernandez Lopez: Este hotel tiene un brillo muy sexy y una decoración y un ambiente elegantes. Nuestra estancia fue corta debido a un vuelo temprano a las 4 am, pero pudimos utilizar las comodidades en el lugar antes de nuestro check in, lo cual fue perfecto. La recepción guardó el equipaje que mi esposo y yo teníamos y pudimos disfrutar de la azotea y la lujosa piscina. El personal del restaurante de la azotea fue muy amable y disfrutamos de algunos mojitos y aplicaciones. El personal de la piscina fue muy atento y consciente de quién se suponía que debía estar allí y quién no, algunas personas que tenían un pase de un día en el resort estaban tratando de atraer a otros huéspedes y manejaron esa situación de manera muy profesional. Tomé una siesta en los salones de la azotea y disfruté de la hermosa vista lateral y el ambiente de la laguna. La comida y las bebidas en el restaurante Rafa estaban deliciosas. Las habitaciones están bellamente decoradas y son sexys, definitivamente sabes que estás en un hotel solo para adultos. ¡Definitivamente me quedaré aquí de nuevo! Los números de las habitaciones están simbolizados como relojes en lugar de solo un número que esté ordenado.

Ashley: Our first night we were in room 103, on the first floor located next to the elevator and facing the interior courtyard. The room had a small window to the outside courtyard but the window did not have glass, only a plastic barrier. Unfortunately the room’s location and the window allowed noise in the lobby/elevator to enter our room. For us personally, it was just a bit too noisy. However, we asked if there were any other rooms available and they were able to upgrade us to a suite with a small fee. At first they weren’t sure if this suite would be available but they worked hard to set it up for us so we could switch. They were extremely kind and the new room was much quieter. It had a beautiful terrace and a clean, spacious bathroom. The suite was under the bar but we didn’t hear it at all. Both rooms we stayed in were clean with great air conditioning and fans. The staff were helpful and friendly. We would definitely stay here again in a suite. The way the employees understood and accommodated us was wonderful and I would definitely recommend this hotel to others! The noise level was a just matter of personal preference and if you like a quieter space, then a suite may be better for you.

Hollie Cost: This quaint hotel off the beaten path in Old San Juan provides visitors with a homey yet pampered experience. The decor and art is exquisite and the staff could not be any kinder or more professional. Everyone was so incredibly helpful, especially after we had a challenging experience with our previous Airbnb. Yvette was particularly gracious as she provided us with the finest dining recommendation we had during our trip and provided our reservation. We will be back!

Rigo Sarellano-Haros (Riggs): Small hotel located in the best place in Old San Juan. From here you can walk anywhere. Entertainment within walking distance. No swimming pool or many amenities. All the services were great every person we encountered at the front desk was so pleasant and courteous, our room was spacious and clean has a mini fridge, 2 tvs , micro and coffee maker.

Georgia Louise W: had two balcony suites that connected to each other and they were very spacious clean and nice King size beds. We did not know initially we had adjoining suites but we loved it. This would also be great for 2 families.Be mindful you are in the middle of all the action so if you are a light sleeper you may have a long night Lol. But once the bars closed it was very peaceful.Bathrooms were spacious with large showers.This hotel also has a great roof top deck and and bar and they serve food. Drinks were very good.We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it.Posibilidad de caminar: You can easily walk to all the shopping, restaurants, plaza etc. The location is excellent 👌🏾💯. Bring good walking shoes, you will need it.

Douglas Short: We stayed three nights before our cruise and was very pleased. Stayed in the terrace suite and it was very spacious, clean and with a large balcony. Loved everything about the Decanter. Such a nice building in the heart of it all, night life and restaurants etc.. The staff made us feel very welcoming and was outstanding. We have found are San Juan hotel and will be back next year.

SCOTT KINKADE: Nuestra reciente estancia en 352 Guest House fue todo lo que esperábamos que fuera y más. Freddy y Teresa fueron muy amables y acogedores. Al llegar nos recibieron con mimosas y nos proporcionaron información sobre la propiedad y nuestra habitación. El edificio histórico estaba bellamente decorado, era acogedor e impecablemente limpio. Nuestra habitación era una de las dos que tenía un balcón que daba a la calle estrecha de abajo, donde disfrutamos de un café cada mañana y una copa de vino cada noche. También hay una hermosa terraza en la azotea con jacuzzi para disfrute de los huéspedes. Las ofertas de desayuno incluidas estaban hechas a pedido y absolutamente deliciosas. Freddy y Teresa también brindaron consejos sobre tours, atracciones, bares y restaurantes locales que nos parecieron muy útiles. No puedo decir lo suficiente sobre 352 Guest House. Sin duda será nuestra opción cada vez que visitemos Puerto Rico.

Charles Maguire: From the start, it was a wonderful experience. We were met at the door by the hotel manager as we pulled up. He brought us in and reviewed the amenities and rules, while we sipped on mimosas. The room was beautiful, spacious and extremely clean. The a la carte breakfast was delightful, and we felt like we were in a 5 star restaurant. Not just the food, but the coffee options too. The location was extremely convenient because it is a short 1 minute walk to Plaza de Colon, which is a common pickup spot for tours and Uber. Old San Juan is pretty safe already, but the security measures at the hotel eliminated any lingering thoughts of danger. The hotel staff bent over backward to make it an amazing experience. Probably the best hotel stay I've ever had. A++

Dennis Miller: The hotel is within walking distance of the major attractions in San Juan. Our room was very quiet and spacious. The rooftop terrace offered a wonderful view of San Cristobal and the surrounding area. We enjoyed the hot tub which required a reservation in hourly increments. The breakfast was made to order and also excellent. The hotel employees were very friendly and accommodating. We look forward to our next stay here.

The rest of the staff was great, the pool bar staff, the trolley drivers, the cleaning staff, and the restaurant staff was great. I would choose another hotel and see how it goes before staying there again based on the front desk staff. Shuan: You can hear people talking in the hallway while in the room, but that’s not a big deal. The bed is super comfy; we had several great nights of sleep. The housekeeping staff always kept our room very clean and tidy. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was okay. My favorite part was the pool—it was very clean, and there were both cold and hot options. The only downside was that the elevator wasn’t working very well on the last day we were there, so we had to take the stairs instead.

Para dentro de la propiedad el hotel te provee bicicletas.

Michele Westhoff: . The food and drinks were good for breakfast lunch and dinner. The only negative thing I will say is that if you are going for a quiet romantic couples trip, this isn’t the place. Hubo algunos pequeños problemas, pero nada grave. Las paredes y las puertas son un poco delgadas ya que el edificio es antiguo, por lo que a veces puede haber mucho ruido en el pasillo cuando la gente pasa. A pesar de ello, todos pudimos dormir bien. No sabíamos cómo encender el televisor, pero esto realmente no nos importaba ya que no vinimos a ver televisión y pasamos la mayor parte del día afuera. No hay mucho espacio de almacenamiento, pero solo estuvimos allí 2 noches y podríamos haberlo hecho funcionar si fuera necesario. No estoy seguro de si contarías esto como una estafa, ¡mi mamá y yo lo encontramos divertido! ¡En nuestra habitación había una ventana esmerilada que descubrimos que daba al pasillo en nuestro último día! Único sin duda. ¡Hubo muchas cosas que me encantaron de este hotel! Está decorado con buen gusto desde el vestíbulo hasta las habitaciones. Era un ambiente muy acogedor. La televisión no funcionaba, pero en general la habitación estaba limpia y era cómoda. Pasamos un rato en la azotea pero no usamos los jacuzzis. El desayuno del restaurante era bueno. Tuvimos un buen servicio por parte de los camareros y de la recepción. Excelente ubicación para explorar el viejo San Juan. Disfrutamos nuestra estancia. Vale el precio.

Christine Shoyinka: We had the most wonderful experience! Not only were we in awe of the hotel, pool and beach, the entertainment was also spectacular! Olga Abreu took wonderful care of our room. She was so sweet and kind. Olga did all she could to make us feel comfortable and at home. We were very blessed to have amazing people taking care of us. Mara, another staff member took care of us like family. This was our kids’ first time in Puerto Rico. They will have these wonderful memories forever.

Madeleine San Martin: My husband and I come to Puerto Rico once a year, and we always make sure to book a day pass for a seaside cabana at the Fairmont el San Juan hotel pool. Today, we had Jorge Juan taking care of us at our cabana and the service was absolutely amazing! He made sure we had everything we needed throughout our 6 hour stay. He was super kind and communicative, and he helped to make our day a great one! Thank you Jorge Juan!
