Nadine Rios: I was lucky enough to arrive today. Aug 9th is “International Coworking Day celebrates the impact of the coworking movement.” I am visiting the beautiful island to put my great grandmother to rest. I was able to arrange working remotely for the week after the service and am able to meet up and see extend family I haven’t seen in years. As scary as tech is getting, there are many sweet moments. Today I savored this it to the fullest at Piloto 151. Thank you!

Frankie Marrero: National Car Rental at SJU airport is convinient and easy to pick your vehicle with late night, early morning check out and check in availability. The staff is helpfull and professional. Would rent again from them next time I am in Puerto Rico.
Underwater Stig: The best National car rental service I've experienced. The staff here was so friendly and available. Due to weather, there was not a typical amount of cars ready to walk down the aisle and grab, but the staff was delivering them as soon as they were ready. I was very impressed by the professionalism of the team.
Laurencio Rico: Renting from National in Puerto Rico was uniquely impressive. Their Emerald club truly sets them apart. I stepped off the airplane and immediately found myself behind the wheel of my chosen car, ready to go. No waiting in line, no tedious paperwork. The service agents were friendly and welcoming, making the experience truly top-notch. I was blown away by the level of service - it was truly awesome.

Once we arrived at the location, there was no wait to begin the process of getting the vehicle. The agent that helped us at the gate was courteous and funny. The car was easy to find right out front and it was in good condition. There were no issues with the vehicle for the entire rental. The return process was really quick.

I actually paid less than what i was quoted. A week later i received the bill for the tolls which was also accurate. I will definitely be renting with Alamo again.

Richard Santiago: Value for the rental . But cars need some work my rental was a new car but needed an alignment. I was a fried to drive faster because I was with family and felt like the tire could come off . Staff are very friendly, helpful and very kind and could not ask for more of them

Ben: Relaxed and convenient rental close to many tourist hotels in San Juan. Great location on the end of Condado so you can avoid the traffic snarl. Booked a car one day in advance in late may and plenty of availability. Fast checkout process with only one other person in queue.
Ben Schneider: Overall a good experience, however I felt misled about how tolls would be paid for. I was told multiple times that tolls were included in the cost and that the car is equipped with "EZ-pass". While the car was indeed equipped with EZ-pass, I was still charged $20 in tolls over 2 days of driving. I was then told that tolls are NOT covered by Enterprise and that they never were. So I felt misled by that.
