K. Young: My family and I had a wonderful 5-night stay at this Hilton location in San Juan, Puerto Rico at the end of July through early August! It’s beautifully decorated with an open air design. The restaurants, bars, beach, outdoor pool, and our room accommodations were just fabulous. All staff we encountered were professional and courteous. Caribe Hilton San Juan for the win!!Habitaciones: Spacious and nicely appointed. All the basics that you would expect were provided.Seguridad: We encountered no safety issues on the property or as we walked around the surrounding city.Posibilidad de caminar: Not too many tourists attractions within walking distance, but it was not too expensive to Uber to the places we wanted to go.Comidas y bebidas: Love that we were given a $50 credit to use at the bars and restaurants at the hotel each day of our stay.

Frankie Marrero: National Car Rental at SJU airport is convinient and easy to pick your vehicle with late night, early morning check out and check in availability. The staff is helpfull and professional. Would rent again from them next time I am in Puerto Rico.
Underwater Stig: The best National car rental service I've experienced. The staff here was so friendly and available. Due to weather, there was not a typical amount of cars ready to walk down the aisle and grab, but the staff was delivering them as soon as they were ready. I was very impressed by the professionalism of the team.
Laurencio Rico: Renting from National in Puerto Rico was uniquely impressive. Their Emerald club truly sets them apart. I stepped off the airplane and immediately found myself behind the wheel of my chosen car, ready to go. No waiting in line, no tedious paperwork. The service agents were friendly and welcoming, making the experience truly top-notch. I was blown away by the level of service - it was truly awesome.

Rosemary Escoto: I must admit I was a bit skeptical at first to book with Payless due to a few negative reviews but I am glad I went with my gut and decided to book.The process was quick and easy and I went in knowing that the price on expedia would not be my final price. If you click on the fine print when booking on expedia, you will see that the price does not include the necessary added insurance, additional drivers, tolls and etc. With that being said, my total for 9 days was still cheaper than many other places that I had looked at for a full-size SUV. The car was in great condition. My family and I traveled all over the island, and I was glad we added the daily e-toll option. There is free roundtrip shuttle transportation at the airport that will take you to their site, which is less than 10 min away.The staff was also friendly and helpful. My experience was great and I would likely use them again in the future.

Expedia/Priceline/Orbit ect. will charge you $120 for "insurance" they do not accept.Payless Car Rental helped us straighten it all out,got us a better rate than quoted,AND was understanding when our flight was canceled and needed the rental extended. Will book rental with them again

I actually paid less than what i was quoted. A week later i received the bill for the tolls which was also accurate. I will definitely be renting with Alamo again.

Richard Santiago: Value for the rental . But cars need some work my rental was a new car but needed an alignment. I was a fried to drive faster because I was with family and felt like the tire could come off . Staff are very friendly, helpful and very kind and could not ask for more of them
