The driver was already waiting for my group with a sign with my name on it when we arrived to San Juan. He went to grab the car while we waited for our luggage which is a plus so we don't have to wait any longer. I thought the car looked extremely sharp and he drove us to the hotel in a timely manner. I would defiantly recommend this company.

Rosemary Escoto: I must admit I was a bit skeptical at first to book with Payless due to a few negative reviews but I am glad I went with my gut and decided to book.The process was quick and easy and I went in knowing that the price on expedia would not be my final price. If you click on the fine print when booking on expedia, you will see that the price does not include the necessary added insurance, additional drivers, tolls and etc. With that being said, my total for 9 days was still cheaper than many other places that I had looked at for a full-size SUV. The car was in great condition. My family and I traveled all over the island, and I was glad we added the daily e-toll option. There is free roundtrip shuttle transportation at the airport that will take you to their site, which is less than 10 min away.The staff was also friendly and helpful. My experience was great and I would likely use them again in the future.

Your in vacation and your going to add a separate fee for using it!!! Never again. I’ll go with someone else who’d offer the whole deal.

Maria D: I rented a car from this facility in July of 2024 prior to reading any reviews because I was in a hurry to book a car and did not have time to check. I confirmed my rental and later started reading all of the negative reviews. As a result I proceeded with caution. I called the company prior to my trip and they explained to me exactly what I needed to bring, i.e. my personal insurance declaration page. They also said there was a refundable deposit worth the same amount as my deductible from my insurance if there were no incidents /accidents.I arrived to PR and missed the first van that took us from the airport to the rental company, but the second one came within 15 minutes so we did not have to wait long. I handed all of the documents at the rental place and received the rental within 30-40 minutes. My car was clean and the tank was full of gas. I am so glad I called ahead of time and brought all of what I needed. Dropping off the rental was a breeze. They were sensitive to what time I needed to leave to catch my flight. I would recommend this company, however please be prepared with what is required in order to rent from them.

Ben Schneider: Overall a good experience, however I felt misled about how tolls would be paid for. I was told multiple times that tolls were included in the cost and that the car is equipped with "EZ-pass". While the car was indeed equipped with EZ-pass, I was still charged $20 in tolls over 2 days of driving. I was then told that tolls are NOT covered by Enterprise and that they never were. So I felt misled by that.

If you have a flight after 5:30pm landing or taking off, this company will not work for you as the lady shuttle is at 5:30pm.
