The pool staff was great - providing treats to guests while they enjoyed the pool. Breakfast buffet was great. In room amenities are great. All around a great place to stay and have a break from real life.

The details and ammenities are everywhere in this hotel and that really took it to the next level for me. Pools are beautiful and well taken care of. Manuel from the pool was really great. Jeff Ramsey: I looked at many Google reviews before our visit. I would like to say thanks for all your help. We met up with friends at Condado Vanderbilt to celebrate our birthdays. Let me say booking thru my AMEX Platinum card was a great deal. Breakfast buffet for two daily. Ends around 11 am daily. The value alone for the buffet for two was $100.00. Plus we were able to check in at Noon, if available. We couldn't as our room wasn't ready. Late check out at 4pm. Plust $125.00 resort credit to use for food or drink. We had a Commodore Ocean Front suite which was very nice. Two balconies. PLUS, we had our own butler. Enma, our butler was FANTASTIC!! He emailed me a few days before our trip letting us know he would be our butler and asked if we needed any help. I asked for him to help us arrange ground transportation to and from airport. NOTE, BAHIA Transportation was nice, etc. but was expensive. $110.00 to the Hotel which was about a 15 min ride. Our driver did not lift one finger to help me with my luggage, which we had two large suitcases and two carry ons. I pulled my back the day before so this wasn't good. I asked Enma after arriving to cancel our ride back and got an UBER Black to take us back at the cost of $24.00. Would recommend UBER Black for transportation. Anyway, back to hotel. The staff was so GREAT!! I mean best staff anywhere we have stayed. We have stayed at many fine hotels, Ritz, Intercontinental, Willard in DC,etc. They didn't have no in their vocabulary. When we celebrated my birthday on a Saturday, my wife reached out to Enma, our butler for help. He set up the room while we were at the pool with a bday cake, balloons, plates for charcuterie board my wife wanted to prepare, 8 champagne glasses, as well as a bottle of champagne on ice!!! I didn't see any charge either on my bill for all this. My wife wanted to tip him specifically for this occasion, so she found him and gave him a tip. Victor, working the entrance area of hotel was spectacular. Made sure to greet me by name every time we entered or left hotel. Paiulo, hostess in buffet was so great in making sure we got what we needed in the restaurant where the buffet was. Amid made spectacular omelets for us at the omelet station. Enma, our butler was very instrumental in checking in during our stay seeing how were were doing via text. Like having your own assistant. He was very helpful giving us ideas on restaurants of what we were looking for, then he would call and make our reservations for us and confirm back to me time, etc. Ropa Vieja was one of our favorites. Tayzan, Chinese, Sushi, and PR food was not great. I would not go back. Serafina, next door to CVH was awesome as well. Great walking distance to Marriott Stellaris Casino. LaConcha Casino didn't do it for us. Highly recommend the walk to Stellaris. Also, there is a market right across the street called H & R Food and Liquors that has a quite a bit of selection of liquor/beer, as well as food items and prepared food such as sandwiches prepackaged. We had a nice sub zero smaller fridge in our room as well as a nice ice maker. Nespresso type machine that uses the pods which were provided. Alto Grando was the pods of choice. The cigar lounge was quite small as I generally sat outside to smoke a cigar once in a while. Tacos and Tequila was good as well. They gave me and my wife both a margarita on the day of my birthday. The pool drinks were awesome. Condado Express was our favorite. Medalla Beer is awesome as well. Low carb with great taste. Airport Duty Free Store sells liquor, beer, and coffee on your way out so you can take home some treasures. Alto Grande coffee was our favorite. Again, CVH was spectacular stay. We want to go back again soon. Knowing what we know now, wouldn't change a thing. Was so relaxing and again, STAFF WAS SPECTACULAR!!!

Michael Clauss: Fui a una conferencia allí. Las habitaciones estaban bien y el servicio era bueno. La pequeña playa era bonita y el hotel está lo suficientemente cerca del viejo San Juan como para poder caminar o tomar un autobús o taxi para llegar allí rápidamente. También está lo suficientemente cerca de otros lugares agradables en la otra dirección, como el museo de arte, restaurantes y tiendas.Habitaciones: Muy húmedo y con un poco de moho, pero es un lugar tropical, ¿qué esperas?Actividades cerca de mi ubicación: restaurantes, museos, tiendas, monumentos históricos, fuertes, ciudad colonial, playas, vistas panorámicas, etc.Seguridad: Relativamente seguro. No tuvimos problemas.Posibilidad de caminar: Lejos, pero se puede ir andando al Viejo San Juan.Se puede ir andando a restaurantes, tiendas, farmacias y atracciones cercanas.

Monty Hall: ¡¡Esto está en una ubicación EXCELENTE en el Viejo San Juan!! Caminando a todo lo que esta zona tiene para ofrecer. El lugar es hermoso con entrada muy segura y entrada a la habitación... hablando de habitaciones, eso es lo que obtienes, una habitación. Era similar al dormitorio de una casa. Se puede oír a la gente en el pasillo y a otras personas en otras habitaciones al otro lado del pasillo. Esto podría deberse a que mi habitación está justo en la planta baja y en el pasillo principal junto a la entrada jajaja. No nos molestó porque somos noctámbulos y madrugadores, pero pude ver cómo podría molestar a algunos. Ciertas habitaciones como la que yo tenía NO serían para una familia, pero hay suites en el piso de arriba. Me encantaron las áreas comunes con una pequeña cocina, máquina expendedora, café y un cómodo ambiente tropical en el interior. Debo decir que la ubicación de este hotel compensa cualquier inconveniente de querer explorar el Viejo San Juan. El costo mínimo para llegar a Condado Beach, o a los clubes nocturnos La Placita y otros restaurantes en New San Juan costaba entre $ 6 y 7 por trayecto, cada vez, ¡y aproximadamente 13 minutos! Así que fui al "centro", a la ciudad alegre que suele ser por las noches y me relajé durante los días disfrutando de la belleza y la cultura del Viejo San Juan. Definitivamente recomendaría Fortaleza Suites para parejas como nosotros. ¡DEBES ir al Hotel Casablanca justo al otro lado de la calle para desayunar!Seguridad: Tiene una puerta con cerradura automática a las 4 p.m. con códigos individuales para ingresar desde la calle, hay una peluquería adjunta a la recepción, que luego hay otra puerta con cerradura automática con entrada con llave antes de ingresar a los pasillos del hotel. Cada habitación tiene una caja de seguridad en la que se encuentra su llave con códigos individuales, luego tiene la llave de su habitación. Extra seguro jajaja

Elena Delavega: Beautiful hotel in the best location in Old San Juan. Lovely and safe street close to everything. There is free wifi, free coffee in the morning and a kitchen the guests can use. There is a lovely sitting area that is super comfortable and pleasant. The hotel is clean and there is someone at reception 24 hours a day. Angella Cabigting: First time vacationing in Puerto Rico and stayed at a couple different hotels. Coral Princess Hotel is like a hidden gem in my opinion. Thank you to Rafael at the front desk for the amazing hospitality and suggestions on places to go and things to do. Location is prime right by the beach and lots of places to eat and drink. The rooms are what you pay for.l not much to them which was fine bc we were barely in the room. I enjoyed all of the amenities like the pool multiple decks/patios, pool table and free parking.

Stephen David Simon: A small, understated spot with a very convenient location between the Condado and the airport. We stayed a single night before our flight back home, after several days in Vieques. Just two blocks to the beach and many restaurants. Great spot for those on a budget who don’t mind giving up a little room size for a great location. Friendly staff.

J (jzbrickwheels): We enjoyed our stay here in a very safe neighborhood within 5 minutes of dine-in food location in Condado. My only gripe was the parking. If people parked correctly, 5 cars can park. If not, only 4. If you just drive, park in the valet parking lot next to Red Mango Cafe. Weisha Jackson: Stayed October of 2021 for 5 days. Upon arrival my room smelled of mold really bad. Was giving me a headache throughout the night but I was moved to a bigger room for an up charge of course. However, overall stay was great. The free breakfast cut down on food expenses and it’s hot buffet. The staff are nice and friendly but didn’t have many English speaking people on duty.Comidas y bebidas: Free happy hour is great! There are snacks and free drinks at the hotel. Also a swim up bar that was really good. Music was a good selection and appropriate! For the price I think it’s a good stay!!

Puede ser un poco ruidoso con el aeropuerto tan cerca, así que pide una habitación que dé al patio. El personal es muy amable y servicial. Totalmente recomendado. Ya sea que tenga una escala rápida o esté explorando el viejo San Juan, quédese aquí.

JR: Me encantó este lugar. Es un viaje en el tiempo a los años 60 o 70. Esto no es para nadie que quiera mimos y comodidades de estilo moderno. Este lugar es auténtico: una pieza de época. Para aquellos que no se dejan disuadir por eso: bienvenidos al sonido de las olas rompiendo, la brisa fresca, así como bebidas y comida con vista a posiblemente el mejor tramo de playa de San Juan. Pensándolo bien, es terrible: manténgase alejado.

Jennifer Zapata: Great hotel close to restaurants, beach nice pool. The room was a living room w sofa bed and a bedroom w 2 full beds. Very comfy. Had everything we needed. The bathrooms do need updating as they are doing. I paid more for a top level room and thought would have the renovated one. That was upsetting. Good breakfast, not great but included. Wish parking was less but it was convenient. Customer service was great and happy hour too.

PAULA DÍAZ: , estuvimos por 4 días y definitivamente volveríamos.Nosotros queríamos un espacio apartado y por eso escogimos este hotel, pero, si estás considerando algo cerca a san Juan, debes tener en cuenta que es a 35-40 min de distancia e igualmente la comida ya que el hotel cuenta con 3 restaurantes, pero si quieres algo diferente debes manejar. Para dentro de la propiedad el hotel te provee bicicletas.

Lo único negativo que diré es que si vas a realizar un viaje tranquilo y romántico en pareja, este no es el lugar. Los niños y los bebés corren por todos lados sin supervisión y gritan. La habitación para el desayuno de la mañana era pequeña y siempre me dolía la cabeza por todos los gritos. Además de eso, ¡lo recomiendo totalmente!
