Mark McRae: Location is close to many hotspots in old San Juan . Very clean and seems well maintained. Elevator seemed work fine going up however had a sign on 3rd floor that it wasn't operational. Coffee was not free $4 for a Americano,. Fríendly staff but didn't offer any site seeing tips . Air conditioner got cold in morning. Brian Flynn: After a rough start . We lost electricity on the first night, and it never came back on . I believe her name was Allison, and she was outstanding. She moved us to an updated unit that was amazing. She was so sweet and concerned over our situation that she truly made us feel like we were her only concern even though there were other customers that were having the same problem. Hats off to Allison at the front desk. You are a super star 🌟

Mercedes Pons: Estamos por 2 noches. Está muy, muy bien ubicado en el viejo San Juan. A poca distancia de restaurantes, vida nocturna y sitios históricos.El desayuno no está incluido, pero es muy bueno. Me encantó el café con leche y el desayuno Pasia tenía unas arepas deliciosas.En la azotea hay una bonita piscina con asientos para relajarse y hermosas vistas.Uber desde el aeropuerto costó alrededor de $ 25 y realmente estoy disfrutando mi tiempo aquí.Habitaciones: Las habitaciones son muy espaciosas con cocina, aire acondicionado, TV. Teníamos un dormitorio con cama king. Y en el salón había un sofá cama que usábamos para mi hijo. Sólo un baño en el dormitorio. Funcionó para nosotros porque todos somos familia.

They do this in part by offering unlimited free drinks to anyone playing. It should be noted if you play blackjack the style is non traditional in terms of the way the dealer deals out the cards

Diana Soler: Walking distance to beach, banks, pharmacy, restaurants parking is the only issue however garages are also in walking distance! And restaurant on premises was awesome the Jacuzzi was the best !Habitaciones: Small but clean and you only need it for rest and cozy quiet considering your in the heart of Condado loved it !
Kihani Brea: Me alojé aquí dos veces en dos meses por negocios. Fue perfecto porque está cerca de la ciudad y también a unos pasos de la playa. El edificio es una arquitectura muy hermosa y encantadora. El personal es A+++, especialmente Juan, que fue muy acogedor y servicial. No pude usar el área de la piscina/jacuzzi, pero se veía muy limpia y atractiva, tal vez la próxima vez. Tenía un poco de sospecha porque el precio era mucho más bajo que el de otras propiedades y había leído algunas críticas negativas y aterradoras, pero si esas críticas eran ciertas o no, no encontré ninguno de esos problemas en mis dos visitas.En mi primera estadía tuve una habitación con vista al mar y una terraza envolvente por un precio INCREÍBLEMENTE BAJO. Mi segunda estancia fue en una habitación mucho más modesta por un precio más alto, imagínate. Ambas habitaciones estaban lo suficientemente limpias para ser cómodas, pero los baños necesitan un lavado serio y una limpieza profunda y lo menos que podían hacer es reemplazar o limpiar los revestimientos de las cortinas de la ducha, que están sucios y mohosos y le quitan el encanto al lugar.Considerando todo esto, este es un hermoso lugar para hospedarse por la proximidad a una parte realmente impresionante de la playa que tiene áreas para sentarse con sombra y es ideal para nadar y observar a la gente.

Service I will give 4.5The location was one block away from Walgreens, across the freeway you have WENDY, ihop, Burger King, CHURCH chicken, RUBEN CAFE, TAYZAN SUSHI and many more restaurants onto Ashford avenue which is onto the back side of the hotel in walking distanceCondado beach is literally 10 mins walking in one straight direction no turns at all just follow the sidewalk and you walk right into the beach and the Puerto Rico flag where tourist love to take pics at.If you are 420 friendly a dispensary is right behind the hotel.A overview of the city on the rooftop is amazing! Vasthie Charles: I stayed at the Wave Hotel Condado for a short period of time and I had an amazing experience. The price was reasonable. Service was on point. They respond to your needs ASAP and made sure you are happy with your service. The location is perfect if you want to explore the city. You have everything including the beach, restaurants, bar, clubs, gifts shops, nearby and you just have to walk to them. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone who is staying at San Juan.
Paula s: I absolutely loved staying at the Wave Hotel in Condado. The workers at the reception desk were very warm, friendly, and welcoming.The room was very clean. There were housekeeping daily. The hotel was close to most attractions like the beach, Casino, places to eat etc...It's a bit expensive to stay there, but you get free wifi, TV in the room, air conditioning, lock box for your personal stuff, coffee maker, refrigerator, bottles of water in room daily, iron and ironing board. So......you get what you pay for.On the website, what looks like a swimming pool is not. It's a jacuzzi that holds like 4 people at a time. Bottom line, It has been a pleasure staying at the Wave Hotel in Condado. Book your stay today.P.S. Quinton B. Butterfield: My first stay here was marvelous. From check-in to check-out I had a great time. All the people that worked there were inviting, friendly and hospitable. The room was very comfortable and the food was great. The hot tub and pool was very relaxing. The other guests were also great and I am happy to have met them. I am counting the days till I return.
Anish D: One of the most relaxed hotels we have had the pleasure to stay. Rob and the staff are friendly and accommodating. The breakfast and brunch are delicious and made fresh everyday. Our room was well furnished with a comfortable bed and a small kitchenette.Only note: the Tiano room is right off the pool so can be noisy when people are hanging out. If you need quiet to sleep, you should reserve another room. However, if you want to be in the center of the action, this is room you want.
Jaci: celebrating our honeymoon, it was important for us to find a safe space for our first time in San Juan. Coqui Del Mar was the BEST part of our trip, and we even tried to move our flight just to stay longer! From the wonderfully hospitable service we received from Rob, to Juan and Izzy making sure we were having a great stay, to other guests offering their support and friendship, we felt like we belonged! Coquito the dog made everything that much better. From the phenomenal breakfast to the pool and hot tub to the beautiful aesthetics and views, we will absolutely be back soon! James Banks: What an amazing way to enjoy Puerto Rico, whether you’re there for 2 nights or 2 weeks- coqui de mar is a perfect location in a peaceful neighborhood steps from a stunning aquamarine beach and a short Uber or bike ride to so many restaurants and bars. The owners and staff create the most welcoming atmosphere. Music selection by the pool was perfect. Breakfast, brunch and poolside bbq were amazing, Great tasting coffee with a fridge full of different creamer options, they made accommodations for guests who didn’t eat meat and included local favorites in the dishes. The staff was super attentive, keeping all the areas spotless and offering to refresh our towels and tidy the room whenever we needed. The whole place really had a feeling of being home away from home, every guest felt comfortable being themself and making whatever they want of their visit. The recommendations for local lgbt activities made it easy to jump into the local scene and the gay tours that are affiliated with the hotel offered a great balance of exploring the city and nature. Coqui is a fun place to stay in San Juan.
Mark M: as we sail to Aruba, Curaçao, Martinique & St. Kitts! Stayed the last two nights at this awesome gay clothing optional guesthouse Coqui Del Mar, owned & hosted by the greatest guys Rob & V! It offers 10 rooms ranging from a one bedroom with full kitchen, and smaller hotel sized rooms, all super clean with quirky names and lots of charm! There’s even a great resident dog Coquito that welcomed each guest upon arrival! Coqui Del Mar offers a range of activities throughout the week like naked bbq’s and naked hot tub & pool parties, daily breakfasts and weekend brunches are included!! 20-25 friendly guys staying here before the cruise. If you ever get a chance to go to San Juan, I highly recommend these accommodations! Why stay in a boring hotel when you can be treated like you’re a member of the family!

Every suggestion they gave me that I went to was phenomenal. Plenty of authentic Puerto Rican cuisine nearby, all with excellent food. The tours offered by Antionio were amazing. The entire experience was spot on. I look forward to returning to Coqui del Mar in the very near futures.

K. Young: Mi familia y yo pasamos una maravillosa estadía de 5 noches en este hotel Hilton en San Juan, Puerto Rico, desde finales de julio hasta principios de agosto. Está bellamente decorado con un diseño al aire libre. Los restaurantes, bares, la playa, la piscina al aire libre y el alojamiento en nuestras habitaciones fueron simplemente fabulosos. Todo el personal con el que nos encontramos fue profesional y cortés. Caribe Hilton San Juan por la victoria!!Habitaciones: Espacioso y bien equipado. Se proporcionaron todos los elementos básicos que cabría esperar.Seguridad: No encontramos problemas de seguridad en la propiedad ni mientras caminábamos por la ciudad circundante.Posibilidad de caminar: No hay demasiadas atracciones turísticas a poca distancia, pero no era demasiado caro llevar Uber a los lugares a los que queríamos ir.Comidas y bebidas: Me encanta que nos hayan dado un crédito de $50 para usar en los bares y restaurantes del hotel cada día de nuestra estadía.

The ladies gave the massages were kind and professional. Try the lotus aromatherapy fragrance oil. Smells so good!
Manisit Das: I had an excellent massage and experience at this location, so I returned in a few days. Even when you come for a massage, you get 45 minutes of additional time when you can relax in a lounge with drinks and snacks and get access to steam rooms and rainforest showers, which make for a tranquil experience overall. One of the most relaxing massages I had! Great staff and massage therapists— exceptionally competent and professional.
Sarah Schmidhofer: AMAZING! The massage was amazing, but really, the best part was the shower with seven jets that you get to use ahead of time! Seriously, complete and utter luxury. Everyone was nice and kind, the spa was immaculate, the massage was wonderful, the whole experience was 10 out of 10.

Kristian Alwill: Hotel El Convento is an absolutely can’t miss property. each space has a personality all its own from the grand courtyard to tucked away reading nooks and a breathtaking plunge pool. This property is sure to inject your trip to San Juan with a one of a kind energy.The location within old San Juan can’t be beat as you can walk easily to everything and enjoy everything the area has to offer.Rooms aren’t super grand but they were clean and updated.I wish I could give this property 5 stars but when I went to use the gym there appeared to be some flooding mixed with loose electrical wires and plugged in gym equipment. This definitely made me uneasy.

Tiene un patio interior para descansar, muy. coqueto y asistido por una barra, dispone de un gran salón que fue la antigua iglesia del convento, Las habitaciones son amplias y prácticas, sin perder la atmosfera del conjunto, dan mayoritariamente al patio interior.La azotea es un lugar estupendo, con una pequeña piscina y unas vistas impresionantes sobre todo el conjunto de la ciudad.Frente a él, lugares para estar, restaurantes, comercio, etc. Como pasa en el Viejo San Juan, el acceso en carro es algo problemático. También algún problema de accesibilidad, ojo a personas con problemas de movilidad.Si tiene una pega es el servicio, que lo hemos visto escaso.Muy recomendable.

Emily Morrison: We loved staying here. It had everything we needed for restful nights after busy days. Our room was clean, quiet, and felt elevated from more corporate hotels. The staff was friendly and helpful. The location couldn’t be better. It’s very close to restaurants, bar, coffee shops. The plunge pool is nice and they have a complimentary wine hour. We never ended up eating at their restaurant but it’s in a nice closed in courtyard. We’d stay here again for sure.

The hotel staff were so helpful and kind.I highly recommend staying at this hotel.Please give Greg & Paola a raise! They were both pinnacle examples of what customer service should be. The fresh and pleasant scent of the room was immediately noticeable upon entering. The suite was well-equipped with all necessary amenities and had a studio-like design, perfect for a relaxing stay. It was incredibly cozy, with a comfortable air conditioner that worked perfectly. The floors and overall decor were impressive, adding to the charm of the room.However, there was a minor inconvenience with the room. A small light on the fire alarm flashed intermittently, which could be slightly bothersome when trying to sleep. Despite this, it was a minor issue in an otherwise delightful room.The stay included breakfast, which, although not served piping hot, was warm and tasted good. The secure parking was another highlight, as I often worry about parking lots, but this one exceeded my expectations with its safety and convenience.One downside was the hotel's elevator situation. With only one working elevator and a maximum capacity of four people, there was often a wait time of five to ten minutes to get to and from the room. This was a bit frustrating but manageable.The rooftop restaurant was another point of interest. It boasted a beautiful setting and luxurious ambiance, making it very popular and requiring reservations. The menu was on the expensive side, with the cheapest dish priced between $30 to $40, so be prepared to spend a bit more. Unfortunately, I didn't get the chance to dine there due to the need for prior reservations, but it looked amazing.Despite these minor issues, my overall experience was fantastic. The nights were quiet, the bed was wonderfully soft, and I definitely plan to return. This suite offers a blend of comfort, cleanliness, and convenience that makes it a top choice for a relaxing getaway.
Brie W: First and foremost, the staff were amazing. Specifically, Paola and Edgardo. At the front desk. The room is basically an apartment. It was spacious and clean. The hotel is close to a beach and food and nightlife.Now for the truth. The breakfast that is included is ok. Not anything to brag about. They deliver it to you so its a nice breakfast in bed.The infinity pool is small and really only big enough to put your feet in. So if you are looking for more, I would look at other options.The staff at the rooftop bar were all wonderful. Special shout to Sunny and the GM Miguel.Will for sure come back.

Weisha Jackson: Stayed October of 2021 for 5 days. Upon arrival my room smelled of mold really bad. Was giving me a headache throughout the night but I was moved to a bigger room for an up charge of course. However, overall stay was great. The free breakfast cut down on food expenses and it’s hot buffet. The staff are nice and friendly but didn’t have many English speaking people on duty.Comidas y bebidas: Free happy hour is great! There are snacks and free drinks at the hotel. Also a swim up bar that was really good. Music was a good selection and appropriate! For the price I think it’s a good stay!!

Las habitaciones estaban súper limpias y el personal fue súper amable y servicial con cualquier cosa que pudieras necesitar. El desayuno aquí fue genial. La azotea es muy bonita y está disponible para que todos los huéspedes pasen el rato. La ubicación es excelente y todo lo que quieras ir está a poca distancia. Definitivamente lo recomendaría.

Al llegar nos recibieron con mimosas y nos proporcionaron información sobre la propiedad y nuestra habitación. El edificio histórico estaba bellamente decorado, era acogedor e impecablemente limpio. Nuestra habitación era una de las dos que tenía un balcón que daba a la calle estrecha de abajo, donde disfrutamos de un café cada mañana y una copa de vino cada noche. También hay una hermosa terraza en la azotea con jacuzzi para disfrute de los huéspedes. Las ofertas de desayuno incluidas estaban hechas a pedido y absolutamente deliciosas. Freddy y Teresa también brindaron consejos sobre tours, atracciones, bares y restaurantes locales que nos parecieron muy útiles. No puedo decir lo suficiente sobre 352 Guest House. Sin duda será nuestra opción cada vez que visitemos Puerto Rico.

Charles Maguire: Desde el principio fue una experiencia maravillosa. El gerente del hotel nos recibió en la puerta cuando llegamos. Nos trajo y revisó las comodidades y reglas, mientras tomábamos mimosas. La habitación era preciosa, espaciosa y muy limpia. El desayuno a la carta era delicioso y nos sentimos como si estuviéramos en un restaurante de 5 estrellas. No sólo la comida, sino también las opciones de café. La ubicación era extremadamente conveniente porque está a 1 minuto a pie de la Plaza de Colón, que es un lugar común de recogida para tours y Uber. El Viejo San Juan ya es bastante seguro, pero las medidas de seguridad en el hotel eliminaron cualquier pensamiento persistente de peligro. El personal del hotel hizo todo lo posible para que fuera una experiencia increíble. Probablemente la mejor estancia en un hotel que he tenido. A++

Dylan King: las habitaciones no tienen ventanas al exterior. Es la primera vez para mí, pero lo sabía cuando lo reservé y puedes abrir las ventanas de las puertas del pasillo para dejar entrar la luz o el aire. Dennis Miller: El hotel se encuentra a poca distancia de las principales atracciones de San Juan. Nuestra habitación era muy tranquila y espaciosa. La terraza de la azotea ofrecía una vista maravillosa de San Cristóbal y sus alrededores. Disfrutamos de la bañera de hidromasaje que requería una reserva en incrementos de horas. El desayuno estaba hecho a pedido y también excelente. Los empleados del hotel fueron muy amables y serviciales. Esperamos nuestra próxima estancia aquí.

Eli H: Our family, with small children included, really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. First, the everyday breakfast was good enough for our picky eaters. Second, the shuttle service to the beach and viejo San Juan was a great service we used everyday. The pool was the perfect temperature even in the mornings and evenings. The best part was the amazing service offered by the staff members. Everyone was super helpful and friendly when we had questions or requests. Our room looked a little dated but it had everything we needed. We spent most of our days exploring the island so having a new room was the least of our concerns.

Jackie Torres: My husband and I stayed at the Hyatt Place for 4 nights. Every night we stayed no matter who was at the front desk, treated us so respectfully and at our service. They answered every question we had and even suggested nice place to visit. All staff members were great and very cordial. I will recommend it and will revisit again. itsalljones: This is a great place.. Location was wonderful .. right on the beach.. beautiful views.. Service was as expected.. and the beds were very comfortable.. I had difficulty with the in room coffee pot.. and was a little disappointed that the balcony didn't have room for a chair.. and we parked in a lot across the street . We used some reward points to pay for 3 day stay.. So the minor inconveniences weren't a big deal.. Though, if I had paid the regular price with cash, I might have been a little ticked, lol . J Roland: This hotel is great for a girls trip, a romantic getaway, or even for a family trip. The hotel is situated close to several convenience, stores and chain restaurants. The pool is large and has several shaded areas and the beach offers, complementary chair and umbrellas for guest as they arrive. The food at the bar and at the on-site restaurant may not be the best you’ll get in San Juan, but it’ll do the job before you head out to get some of the local fare!
