Brittany: For someone who had to book a last minute flight this hotel is very convenient. Angel helped me out so much in making my stay as comfortable as possible and his customer service is 10/10. They have recently renovated so the rooms are more soundproof. Yes rooms are small but you are paying for convenience. I will be staying here again. Thanks again Angel!

Kitty Starr: Great beach with a super convenient location. The gate closes at 19.00/7pm each day. However, you can still get back inside if you walk around the building.Habitaciones: Great rooms. The views from the higher floors are amazing, overlooking the beach. The downside is occasional power outages.Actividades cerca de mi ubicación: Beach, food, souvenir shops.Posibilidad de caminar: Super walkable area.Comidas y bebidas: Lots of great places to eat nearby.

Andres Ayala: We had a wonderful stay at ESJ. I was a bit concerned when we read some of the reviews but the room we stayed at was clean. The service we received was wonderful. Yes I understand the pool was out of service but it clearly states it when we made our reservation and it was posted in the lobby. Apparently it will be back up approximately in November, but in all honesty you have Isla Verde beach right outside with easy access, go to the beach. We enjoyed our stay and the location was optimal.

allison genberg: Very nice resort. Loved the pool area! That infinity pool was so tranquil! Fun casino at night, good meeting rooms for our conference, and centrally located to so many places by a quick ride share.Actividades cerca de mi ubicación: We did not walk much. We took ride shares around the city and found it quick and easy to get to Old San Juan, restaurants or the beach.Comidas y bebidas: The Japanese restaurant was so good! Very creative sushi items!

itsalljones: This is a great place.. Location was wonderful .. right on the beach.. beautiful views.. Service was as expected.. and the beds were very comfortable.. I had difficulty with the in room coffee pot.. and was a little disappointed that the balcony didn't have room for a chair.. and we parked in a lot across the street . We used some reward points to pay for 3 day stay.. So the minor inconveniences weren't a big deal.. Though, if I had paid the regular price with cash, I might have been a little ticked, lol . Otherwise, it's a great place and you won't be disappointed.Seguridad: Was concerned about parking across street, but had no issues.. and didn't feel at all uncomfortablePosibilidad de caminar: Really in the middle of everything.. you can easily walk down the beach, and back up the streets.. Great area, friendly.. plenty of places to eat and shop
J Roland: This hotel is great for a girls trip, a romantic getaway, or even for a family trip. The hotel is situated close to several convenience, stores and chain restaurants. The pool is large and has several shaded areas and the beach offers, complementary chair and umbrellas for guest as they arrive. The food at the bar and at the on-site restaurant may not be the best you’ll get in San Juan, but it’ll do the job before you head out to get some of the local fare!

Tiffani Brown: My parents and I had an excellent dinner at Cana restaurant. The best meal of our 5 day vacation in Puerto Rico! Felix was our server and made us feel like family. He provided such warm service and made great meal suggestions. We had a relaxed dinner by the beach and stayed until closing. Never felt rushed and will be back for breakfast!
Christine Shoyinka: We had the most wonderful experience! Not only were we in awe of the hotel, pool and beach, the entertainment was also spectacular! Olga Abreu took wonderful care of our room. She was so sweet and kind. Olga did all she could to make us feel comfortable and at home. We were very blessed to have amazing people taking care of us. Mara, another staff member took care of us like family. This was our kids’ first time in Puerto Rico. They will have these wonderful memories forever.

Ambas me trataron super bien y quedé super complacida, ambas son super chulas y amables..Tienen que ir donde ellas si o si, las dejarán bellas con las actividades que realizan… Por otro lado, la estancia en el lugar ha sido muy agradable! La piscina muy relax y el clima ayudó mucho.. La comida super buena y todos muy atentos…
Anthony Ayala: Inicialmente escribiendo sobre el servicio recibido junto a la piscina. Me recibieron con una sincera bienvenida. Jorge Juan fue mi recibidor y camarero en ese momento y me recomendó algunas excelentes opciones de menú para cenar y beber y parecía como si yo fuera el invitado principal. ¡Gracias Juan por la experiencia, te lo agradecemos!

Sandra Callwood: Cerca del aeropuerto, por lo que Uber fue muy conveniente. La habitación era muy espaciosa y el desayuno caliente era muy bueno. Las tortillas se hicieron a pedido y eran bastante sabrosas. El personal fue muy amable y servicial. De hecho, volvimos solo para cenar en uno de los restaurantes del hotel, El Patio. La comida y las bebidas eran realmente buenas.
Jennifer Zapata: Great hotel close to restaurants, beach nice pool. The room was a living room w sofa bed and a bedroom w 2 full beds. Very comfy. Had everything we needed. The bathrooms do need updating as they are doing. I paid more for a top level room and thought would have the renovated one. That was upsetting. Good breakfast, not great but included. Wish parking was less but it was convenient. Customer service was great and happy hour too.
