Amy Benbarka: ¡No puedo creer que me haya perdido este lugar! Visito Puerto Rico anualmente y, en general, me encanta la escena gastronómica, pero alguien se perdió esta joya en Saturce. Los cócteles son creativos y fuertes, el menú es variado pero no abrumador y, lo más importante, todo lo que probamos estuvo absolutamente delicioso. El ambiente es elegante y con estilo incluso para la hora del almuerzo cuando visitamos. En general, fue una gran experiencia y me encantó estar a punto de apoyar a un restaurantero local.

John Jagneaux: ¡Wow solo wow! ¡Qué lugar tan maravilloso es éste! La comida es absolutamente deliciosa, el servicio es muy profesional y de primera categoría en el ambiente Es elegante y romántico. Los cócteles eran los mejores. El Pastalone fue mi plato favorito de los que comí en la isla. El pulpo a la parrilla estaba simplemente riquísimo. Dejamos que nuestro camarero escogiera el postre, que era un sándwich de Nutella cubierto de azúcar en polvo con helado de vainilla. ¡No podría pedir una mejor experiencia! ¡Este lugar es imprescindible cuando visites San Juan!

Andre Peeples: AMAZING! AMAZING! AMAZING! Wonderful location, excellent ambiance and the staff was so attentive. For a Wednesday evening, we pretty much had the restaurant to ourselves. If possible, get the 'best' table. You are right inside next to the 200 year old tree in the courtyard. All the food was exceptional and we were serenaded by the guitarrista to celebrate our wedding anniversary! Do NOT miss the opportunity to have the dessert with the frozen mojito in it. I would walk back to Puerto Rico to eat it again!

Fue un dia de semana, recibimos un aperitivo en el patio interior, demasiado bello! La cena fue adentro, en el salon Los Jardines. Los meseros estuvieron atentos en todo momento. El dueño nos llevó a la bodega, donde nos habló con gran pasión sobre el origen de ciertos vinos. Volveremos para una cena normal, y cada año para celebrar.

Maurice Khoury: Una de las mejores cenas que hemos tenido. Jordi fue nuestro camarero. Pasó su tiempo con nosotros y compartió historias increíbles. Este restaurante tiene 52 años. Mi OnGoogle: . Pretty atmosphere from every table. On our visit, owner Manolo greeted me and my 90 yrs. old Mom, opened the door, walked us to our table. Very kind & friendly, he took time to talked to us and encouraged us to see the beautiful gardens, which we did afterwards, they are a perfect setting for great pictures. Brian Flynn: After a rough start . We lost electricity on the first night, and it never came back on . I believe her name was Allison, and she was outstanding. She moved us to an updated unit that was amazing. She was so sweet and concerned over our situation that she truly made us feel like we were her only concern even though there were other customers that were having the same problem. Hats off to Allison at the front desk. You are a super star 🌟

Mercedes Pons: Estamos por 2 noches. Está muy, muy bien ubicado en el viejo San Juan. A poca distancia de restaurantes, vida nocturna y sitios históricos.El desayuno no está incluido, pero es muy bueno. Me encantó el café con leche y el desayuno Pasia tenía unas arepas deliciosas.En la azotea hay una bonita piscina con asientos para relajarse y hermosas vistas.Uber desde el aeropuerto costó alrededor de $ 25 y realmente estoy disfrutando mi tiempo aquí.Habitaciones: Las habitaciones son muy espaciosas con cocina, aire acondicionado, TV. Teníamos un dormitorio con cama king. Y en el salón había un sofá cama que usábamos para mi hijo. Sólo un baño en el dormitorio. Funcionó para nosotros porque todos somos familia.

La ensalada de coles de Bruselas podría haber sido realmente buena, pero tenía demasiada sal y a mí me gusta la sal. Esperaba una experiencia gastronómica más sofisticada. James Quinn: Restaurante divertido en el viejo San Juan, cerca del puerto de cruceros y de la puerta roja. Está ubicado en la parte trasera de una tienda de ropa. El mojito estaba bastante bueno. Cervezas frías. Pedimos una muestra grande que está deliciosa. Los platos de mofongo estaban buenos, tenían 2 de cerdo diferentes. El plato de calamares es pulpo, estuvo bien. The pool staff was great - providing treats to guests while they enjoyed the pool. Breakfast buffet was great. In room amenities are great. All around a great place to stay and have a break from real life.

The details and ammenities are everywhere in this hotel and that really took it to the next level for me. Pools are beautiful and well taken care of. Manuel from the pool was really great. Jeff Ramsey: I looked at many Google reviews before our visit. I would like to say thanks for all your help. We met up with friends at Condado Vanderbilt to celebrate our birthdays. Let me say booking thru my AMEX Platinum card was a great deal. Breakfast buffet for two daily. Ends around 11 am daily. The value alone for the buffet for two was $100.00. Plus we were able to check in at Noon, if available. We couldn't as our room wasn't ready. Late check out at 4pm. Plust $125.00 resort credit to use for food or drink. We had a Commodore Ocean Front suite which was very nice. Two balconies. PLUS, we had our own butler. Enma, our butler was FANTASTIC!! He emailed me a few days before our trip letting us know he would be our butler and asked if we needed any help. I asked for him to help us arrange ground transportation to and from airport. NOTE, BAHIA Transportation was nice, etc. but was expensive. $110.00 to the Hotel which was about a 15 min ride. Our driver did not lift one finger to help me with my luggage, which we had two large suitcases and two carry ons. I pulled my back the day before so this wasn't good. I asked Enma after arriving to cancel our ride back and got an UBER Black to take us back at the cost of $24.00. Would recommend UBER Black for transportation. Anyway, back to hotel. The staff was so GREAT!! I mean best staff anywhere we have stayed. We have stayed at many fine hotels, Ritz, Intercontinental, Willard in DC,etc. They didn't have no in their vocabulary. When we celebrated my birthday on a Saturday, my wife reached out to Enma, our butler for help. He set up the room while we were at the pool with a bday cake, balloons, plates for charcuterie board my wife wanted to prepare, 8 champagne glasses, as well as a bottle of champagne on ice!!! I didn't see any charge either on my bill for all this. My wife wanted to tip him specifically for this occasion, so she found him and gave him a tip. Victor, working the entrance area of hotel was spectacular. Made sure to greet me by name every time we entered or left hotel. Paiulo, hostess in buffet was so great in making sure we got what we needed in the restaurant where the buffet was. Amid made spectacular omelets for us at the omelet station. Enma, our butler was very instrumental in checking in during our stay seeing how were were doing via text. Like having your own assistant. He was very helpful giving us ideas on restaurants of what we were looking for, then he would call and make our reservations for us and confirm back to me time, etc. Ropa Vieja was one of our favorites. Tayzan, Chinese, Sushi, and PR food was not great. I would not go back. Serafina, next door to CVH was awesome as well. Great walking distance to Marriott Stellaris Casino. LaConcha Casino didn't do it for us. Highly recommend the walk to Stellaris. Also, there is a market right across the street called H & R Food and Liquors that has a quite a bit of selection of liquor/beer, as well as food items and prepared food such as sandwiches prepackaged. We had a nice sub zero smaller fridge in our room as well as a nice ice maker. Nespresso type machine that uses the pods which were provided. Alto Grando was the pods of choice. The cigar lounge was quite small as I generally sat outside to smoke a cigar once in a while. Tacos and Tequila was good as well. They gave me and my wife both a margarita on the day of my birthday. The pool drinks were awesome. Condado Express was our favorite. Medalla Beer is awesome as well. Low carb with great taste. Airport Duty Free Store sells liquor, beer, and coffee on your way out so you can take home some treasures. Alto Grande coffee was our favorite. Again, CVH was spectacular stay. We want to go back again soon. Knowing what we know now, wouldn't change a thing. Was so relaxing and again, STAFF WAS SPECTACULAR!!!

Ashley: Nuestra primera noche estuvimos en la habitación 103, en el primer piso situada al lado del ascensor y que daba al patio interior. La habitación tenía una pequeña ventana que daba al patio exterior, pero la ventana no tenía vidrio, solo una barrera de plástico. Lamentablemente, la ubicación de la habitación y la ventana permitieron que el ruido del vestíbulo/ascensor entrara a nuestra habitación. Para nosotros personalmente, era demasiado ruidoso. Sin embargo, preguntamos si había otras habitaciones disponibles y pudieron ascendernos a una suite con una pequeña tarifa. Al principio no estaban seguros de si esta suite estaría disponible, pero trabajaron duro para configurarla para que pudiéramos cambiar. Fueron extremadamente amables y la nueva habitación era mucho más tranquila. Tenía una hermosa terraza y un baño espacioso y limpio. La suite estaba debajo de la barra pero no la escuchamos en absoluto. Las dos habitaciones en las que nos alojamos estaban limpias y tenían excelente aire acondicionado y ventiladores. El personal fue servicial y amable. Sin duda nos alojaríamos aquí de nuevo en una suite. La forma en que los empleados nos entendieron y nos acomodaron fue maravillosa y definitivamente recomendaría este hotel a otros. El nivel de ruido era simplemente una cuestión de preferencia personal y si le gusta un espacio más tranquilo, una suite puede ser mejor para usted.

Hollie Cost: Este pintoresco hotel fuera de lo común en el Viejo San Juan ofrece a los visitantes una experiencia hogareña pero mimada. La decoración y el arte son exquisitos y el personal no podría ser más amable ni más profesional. Todos fueron increíblemente serviciales, especialmente después de que tuvimos una experiencia desafiante con nuestro Airbnb anterior. Yvette fue particularmente amable ya que nos brindó la mejor recomendación gastronómica que tuvimos durante nuestro viaje y nos proporcionó nuestra reserva. ¡Volveremos!

Rigo Sarellano-Haros (Riggs): Pequeño hotel ubicado en el mejor lugar del Viejo San Juan. Desde aquí puedes caminar a cualquier parte. Entretenimiento a poca distancia. No hay piscina ni muchas comodidades. Todos los servicios fueron excelentes, cada persona con la que nos encontramos en la recepción fue muy agradable y cortés, nuestra habitación era espaciosa y limpia, tiene una mini nevera, 2 televisores, un microondas y una cafetera.

Al principio no sabíamos que teníamos suites contiguas, pero nos encantó. Esto también sería genial para 2 familias.Tenga en cuenta que está en medio de toda la acción, por lo que si tiene el sueño ligero, es posible que tenga una noche larga. Pero una vez que cerraron los bares todo fue muy tranquilo.Los baños eran espaciosos con duchas grandes.Este hotel también tiene una gran terraza en la azotea y un bar y sirven comida. Las bebidas eran muy buenas.Sin duda nos alojaríamos aquí de nuevo y lo recomendamos encarecidamente.Posibilidad de caminar: Puedes caminar fácilmente a todas las tiendas, restaurantes, plazas, etc. La ubicación es excelente 👌🏾💯. Trae buenos zapatos para caminar, los necesitarás.

Douglas Short: Nos alojamos tres noches antes de nuestro crucero y quedamos muy satisfechos. Nos alojamos en la suite con terraza y era muy espaciosa, limpia y con un gran balcón. Me encantó todo sobre el Decanter. Un edificio tan bonito en el corazón de todo, vida nocturna y restaurantes, etc. El personal nos hizo sentir muy acogedores y fue excepcional. Hemos encontrado un hotel en San Juan y volveremos el año que viene.

We also ordered the cream cheese & bacon stuffed French toast which was great. We had bottomless passion fruit mimosas and even had 1 to go!😋 Our server was very kind and helpful. Great atmosphere would definitely recommend for a brunch date with friends & family.

Brooke'lyne holder: I cannot speak highly enough about this place.. from the moment we walked in we were pleasantly greeted and lead to a large booth! Kimberly our waitress was beyond great and very knowledgeable about the food as well as things we should do on our trip! The food was beyond spectacular and a Togo box is not needed when eating here, you’ll think you want one but can’t stop eating!! We will be back!

Adam Schanz: The hotel is super clean, and very modern. Everyone was very nice that I ran into.I would have made it 5 stars, but when they say adult only, they really mean party only. The outside pool during the day is staffed with a DJ and loud music. The pool is a really cool infinity pool that looks over the ocean, but since it is smaller, it gets crowded quick. Don't expect to swim, but more stand around with your drink and take in the view. It kind of felt like we left the hotel lobby straight into a club. If you aren't into loud music and just want to sit in a lounge chair and relax, this isn't for you. This may be exactly what some people want, but for my wife and I, we just wanted a lounge chair and the ocean. There was nowhere for us to have that at the hotel.The attached restaurant "Social" was great for breakfast. You also get bottled water with your room. There is a cabinet that has velcro on it to keep it closed, so we were weary to open it, but it has the mini fridge and snacks, as well as bottles of alcohol. Pricing is listed for all the items inside. Not much space in the mini fridge for the water or leftover food of you bring any back.I probably won't stay here again personally, but if you are into the clubbing vibe, this is definitely for you.Habitaciones: Rooms are pretty nice. Everything you need for your stay. If you are taller, beware of the light in the common area. I hit my head on it twice getting up once from the couch and one from the side of the bed!Actividades cerca de mi ubicación: There are so many restaurants walking distance from the hotel. Everyhting you could want from street food, to suit and tie meals.Seguridad: They have security on the grounds that checks for wristbands. No one from the outside can just walk in. You also need your wristband to use the elevator to get to your floor.Posibilidad de caminar: Everything you may need is no more than a 10 minute walk away.

Devender: Great location. Value for moneys. I think rooms are little old but that adds to the charm but be ready for some creek sounds and doors making a loud thump. There is a coocie frog which will sing through out the night which adds to expeirence lol. Friendly staff but I will really appreciate if one of them can stop singing specially during afternoon hours when we were taking nap despite very good potential to audition at PR idol.

Jennifer Vega: My friend and I stayed in the king room and we were both mesmerized by the beauty of this lovely and charming boutique hotel. The style of the place is romantic, antique, historic, and full of unique character! Bed was pretty comfortable and the showers are good. The location is excellent. Very easy walking distance to all the attractions of old San Juan. I recommend this place to stay for a few days while exploring this gorgeous and historical city!

Victor-Luke Agbeibor: . We went on a Friday and it was packed - which was to be expected. The Casino is a typical casino. It is open 24hrs. Their goal is to keep you in there as long as possible. They do this in part by offering unlimited free drinks to anyone playing. It should be noted if you play blackjack the style is non traditional in terms of the way the dealer deals out the cards

The hotel staff were so helpful and kind.I highly recommend staying at this hotel.Please give Greg & Paola a raise! They were both pinnacle examples of what customer service should be. The fresh and pleasant scent of the room was immediately noticeable upon entering. The suite was well-equipped with all necessary amenities and had a studio-like design, perfect for a relaxing stay. The floors and overall decor were impressive, adding to the charm of the room.However, there was a minor inconvenience with the room. A small light on the fire alarm flashed intermittently, which could be slightly bothersome when trying to sleep. The secure parking was another highlight, as I often worry about parking lots, but this one exceeded my expectations with its safety and convenience.One downside was the hotel's elevator situation. With only one working elevator and a maximum capacity of four people, there was often a wait time of five to ten minutes to get to and from the room. This was a bit frustrating but manageable.The rooftop restaurant was another point of interest. It boasted a beautiful setting and luxurious ambiance, making it very popular and requiring reservations. The menu was on the expensive side, with the cheapest dish priced between $30 to $40, so be prepared to spend a bit more. Unfortunately, I didn't get the chance to dine there due to the need for prior reservations, but it looked amazing.Despite these minor issues, my overall experience was fantastic. The nights were quiet, the bed was wonderfully soft, and I definitely plan to return. This suite offers a blend of comfort, cleanliness, and convenience that makes it a top choice for a relaxing getaway.

Brie W: First and foremost, the staff were amazing. Specifically, Paola and Edgardo. At the front desk. The room is basically an apartment. It was spacious and clean. The hotel is close to a beach and food and nightlife.Now for the truth. The breakfast that is included is ok. Not anything to brag about. They deliver it to you so its a nice breakfast in bed.The infinity pool is small and really only big enough to put your feet in. So if you are looking for more, I would look at other options.The staff at the rooftop bar were all wonderful. Special shout to Sunny and the GM Miguel.Will for sure come back.

Great staff, very friendly- rooms are nice, could be updated but great hotel.Habitaciones: Rooms are clean, and nice, technology could be updated a little, but how much time do you really spend in your room at a place like this?Actividades cerca de mi ubicación: Shopping, snorkeling, dining, and a casino-all you need is well within walking distance!Posibilidad de caminar: It's close to everything, old San juan is a little further than walking, but not too terrible!
