Hector Rivera: Bueno quiero dejar saber que me preocupa mucho el techo Cuando entras al natatorio a la piscina hay un cristal estirado allí y una Viga como suelta eso es peligrosísimo hay que reparar eso y Segundo los otros días Escuché que un usuario de la piscina el sábado se quedó encerrado él estaba en el baño y se quedó encerrado cuando salió ya habían cerrado la puerta o sea quiere ese decir que el personal No verifica las estructuras antes de salir y eso es peligrosísimo deben de verificar todo el natatorio antes de salir eso no puede pasar eso son las prisas de irse que lo entendemos pero hay que seguir regla Y eso es un trabajo así que los encargados de todo esto los supervisores gerentes tomen carta sobre el asunto porque eso es muy serio espero haber aportado algo para el beneficio de lo que usamos el natatorio

Shawn DeCandia: The room was comfortable and well equipped. We had great water and city views from the balcony. The location was great, being very close to Condado and Old San Juan. There are many eateries, restaurants and scooter rentals for getting around. Front desk reception was very courteous and helpful. The included free parking spot is close by and a great perk to have for those with a vehicle.

Janet Jimenez: Good location. Clean and fully supplied with everything. Near the beach, food, highways and stores. No parking but the parking is a few min away. You could use Hilton which is super close but super expensive. Overall for 1 full week we spent 100 in parking. Host was quick to rectify issues and pleasant. Hope to return in a few months

The front desk is manned 24/7 by armed security who duals as the concierge when you arrive. The pool staff was great - providing treats to guests while they enjoyed the pool. Breakfast buffet was great. In room amenities are great. Jeff Ramsey: I looked at many Google reviews before our visit. I would like to say thanks for all your help. We met up with friends at Condado Vanderbilt to celebrate our birthdays. Let me say booking thru my AMEX Platinum card was a great deal. Breakfast buffet for two daily. Ends around 11 am daily. The value alone for the buffet for two was $100.00. Plus we were able to check in at Noon, if available. We couldn't as our room wasn't ready. Late check out at 4pm. Plust $125.00 resort credit to use for food or drink. We had a Commodore Ocean Front suite which was very nice. Two balconies. PLUS, we had our own butler. Enma, our butler was FANTASTIC!! He emailed me a few days before our trip letting us know he would be our butler and asked if we needed any help. I asked for him to help us arrange ground transportation to and from airport. NOTE, BAHIA Transportation was nice, etc. but was expensive. $110.00 to the Hotel which was about a 15 min ride. Our driver did not lift one finger to help me with my luggage, which we had two large suitcases and two carry ons. I pulled my back the day before so this wasn't good. I asked Enma after arriving to cancel our ride back and got an UBER Black to take us back at the cost of $24.00. Would recommend UBER Black for transportation. Anyway, back to hotel. The staff was so GREAT!! I mean best staff anywhere we have stayed. We have stayed at many fine hotels, Ritz, Intercontinental, Willard in DC,etc. They didn't have no in their vocabulary. When we celebrated my birthday on a Saturday, my wife reached out to Enma, our butler for help. He set up the room while we were at the pool with a bday cake, balloons, plates for charcuterie board my wife wanted to prepare, 8 champagne glasses, as well as a bottle of champagne on ice!!! I didn't see any charge either on my bill for all this. My wife wanted to tip him specifically for this occasion, so she found him and gave him a tip. Victor, working the entrance area of hotel was spectacular. Made sure to greet me by name every time we entered or left hotel. Paiulo, hostess in buffet was so great in making sure we got what we needed in the restaurant where the buffet was. Amid made spectacular omelets for us at the omelet station. Enma, our butler was very instrumental in checking in during our stay seeing how were were doing via text. Like having your own assistant. He was very helpful giving us ideas on restaurants of what we were looking for, then he would call and make our reservations for us and confirm back to me time, etc. Ropa Vieja was one of our favorites. Tayzan, Chinese, Sushi, and PR food was not great. I would not go back. Serafina, next door to CVH was awesome as well. Great walking distance to Marriott Stellaris Casino. LaConcha Casino didn't do it for us. Highly recommend the walk to Stellaris. Also, there is a market right across the street called H & R Food and Liquors that has a quite a bit of selection of liquor/beer, as well as food items and prepared food such as sandwiches prepackaged. We had a nice sub zero smaller fridge in our room as well as a nice ice maker. Nespresso type machine that uses the pods which were provided. Alto Grando was the pods of choice. The cigar lounge was quite small as I generally sat outside to smoke a cigar once in a while. Tacos and Tequila was good as well. They gave me and my wife both a margarita on the day of my birthday. The pool drinks were awesome. Condado Express was our favorite. Medalla Beer is awesome as well. Low carb with great taste. Airport Duty Free Store sells liquor, beer, and coffee on your way out so you can take home some treasures. Alto Grande coffee was our favorite. Again, CVH was spectacular stay. We want to go back again soon. Knowing what we know now, wouldn't change a thing. Was so relaxing and again, STAFF WAS SPECTACULAR!!!

Estuve en una habitación de las de abajo y no me agradó mucho, los carros pegados al pequeño balcón y si al lado tienes personas ruidosas es horrible. No tiene restaurante ni alguna tiendita que puedas comprar. Hay que salir todo el tiempo para comer. Le doy 6 de 10.

Squeak McPip: Absolutely phenomenal views from this place. We had booked the room that had the large patio and loved having our breakfast out there early in the morning. This was a romantic getaway that did not disappoint. We really wished we had stayed another night. We will for sure come back to enjoy more time in this space. The views alone really make it worth it.

Andres Ayala: Tuvimos una estancia maravillosa en ESJ. Estaba un poco preocupado cuando leímos algunas de las críticas, pero la habitación en la que nos alojamos estaba limpia. El servicio que recibimos fue maravilloso. Sí, entiendo que la piscina estaba fuera de servicio, pero lo indica claramente cuando hicimos nuestra reserva y estaba publicado en el vestíbulo. Aparentemente volverá a funcionar aproximadamente en noviembre, pero honestamente tienes la playa de Isla Verde justo afuera con fácil acceso, ve a la playa. Disfrutamos nuestra estancia y la ubicación era óptima.

Antonio and Fernando were incredibly helpful. At Kumo, we fell in love with our new server, Dulce. GiGi took great care of us on the beach, and Raphael was always a professional, happy to see us, and we him! The beach attendant, Jose, worked really hard to ensure our comfort, and he earned every gratuity. in 12 years, we have been to Puerto Rico 13 times with 11 stays at San Juan Water Beach Club Hotel. We can't wait to come back.

Lisa Quach: Stayed in Room 1111 mid-July. The room had 2 double beds. Bathroom tub could use an upgrade but everything else was clean. The balcony was private and the oceanfront room had an amazing view. Housekeeping came everyday:For elite members, you can go next to the lobby to get water, soda, chips during the day from concierge. You can choose between points or breakfast coupon… the coupon is for the buffet at the restaurant next to the pool area. There is an omelet bar, fruits, meats & cheese, pastries, bacon, sausage, quinoa, scrambled eggs, smoked salmon, and some other things… it’s not like an all-inclusive resort breakfast but it was not bad at all. Included mimosas. On Friday night, there was also a cocktail hour event for elite members in the lobby/bar. They provided small items as sliders and desserts. Parking for elite members is also reduced. The valet parking guys are soooo nice!They have a schedule of events such as movie night or s’mores…The staff was wonderful. They gave me a small bottle of wine in a gift bag when I mentioned it was my birthday.The casino bar is open until 3am and Angel is one of the best bartenders ever. Makes a really good Miami Vice too! They will give you $30 “match” coupon… go to service desk and they’ll give you what looks like Monopoly money and you can use with your cash to make a bet… gotta spend money to make money.Location: nearby restaurants… there’s a variety within walking distance… for late night, dulce la vida and the spot next door is open until 4am… there is also a Walgreens and 24hour store next the hotel so you can always buy what you need… including liquor. They stop selling liquor at 2am!There are people on the beach to set up chairs for you. You can order food and they’ll bring it to you. Card or Room charge only. There’s also a guy who sells these pineapple slush things inside a pineapple, it’s $20 with liquor and completely worth it!!!Would only stay here if I came back to PR.

Celebrando 30 años con mi Hermosa Reina, pasamos un tiempo fabuloso, el SVC fue excelente, el acceso a la playa fue increíble con protección de seguridad, lo cual fue bueno ver que tenían todas las comodidades que se publicaron... Solo 1 inconveniente Registro RETRASADO . Pero definitivamente volveremos a visitarlo.

Brandon Cleaver: Outstanding experience. The staff was completely awesome. There were a few minor things that came up. But was well overlooked. I wish I remembered everyone’s name who helped. My only complaint was eating outside for breakfast, was a bad experience especially for the price, but they have a bakery inside which I do recommend. They gave us an oceanfront upgrade. That was very much appreciated. Overall amazing experience. One thing that is undeniable was the housekeeping service was outstanding. Absolute kudos to the housekeeping team. The hotel felt very clean and safe!

Tenía todo lo que necesitábamos. Los baños necesitan una renovación como lo están haciendo. Pagué más por una habitación de nivel superior y pensé en renovarla. Eso fue perturbador. Buen desayuno, no excelente pero incluido. Ojalá el estacionamiento fuera menor pero era conveniente. El servicio al cliente fue excelente y la hora feliz también.

Mercedes Pons: We’re for 2 nights. It’s very very well located in old San Juan. Walking distance to restaurants, night life and historical sites.Breakfast is not included, but it’s very good. I loved the latte coffee and Pasia breakfast had some delicious arepas.On the top roof a nice pool with seats to chill out and beautiful views.Uber from airport was around 25$ and I’m really enjoying my time here.Habitaciones: Rooms are very spacious with kitchen, AC, TV. We had a bedroom with king bed. And there was a sofa bed in the living room that we used for my son. Only one bathroom in the bedroom. It worked for us because we’re all family.

MeganKalen Ladnier: Due to the unfortunate events happening with the airlines, we ended up stuck in San Juan for 3 extra days. Delta only provided us with one night stay at Double Tree. After arriving at the hotel, we were told Delta never contacted the hotel to verify rooms for myself and the 4 other people with me. The lack of communication and accommodation from Delta was so disappointing BUT Double Tree did not allow us to be stranded for 3 days with no room. Stephanie and Gadiel at the front desk went above and beyond for us and made sure the 5 of us had rooms for the entire 3 days we are stuck here, covered by Delta. We could not have asked for better customer service. The rooms are great, pool area is beautiful and clean, Pablo is an excellent bartender, everything is top tier. Highly recommend staying here!

Better Reality Coaching: Great hotel and great experience. Only a few minutes from the airport. The hotel is exit 2b and the airport is exit 8. It’s conveniently located to many amenities and the beach. I would be remiss if I didn’t say the walls are paper thin, I heard the microwave from the other one. Any issues I had, had nothing to do with the staff. So overall, I enjoyed everything about my hotel experience from my first encounter with Bryan to the last encounter with the staff at the restaurant. Everyone was very friendly, hospitable, and accommodating. Next time I am in PR, this will be my hotel of choice.
