Colleen Specht: WOW, this didn’t disappoint! More of a fixed price menu than a tasting menu, as you got the option to select a starter, appetizer, entree and dessert of your choice, and they also provided a second appetizer of a white bean truffle soup. Wine pairings were offered. We found their wine list to be excellent and selected a bottle of Gigondas plus a glass of Sauvignon Blanc to start. The food was excellent from start to finish with a beautiful presentation for each dish. Servers were attentive and polished.We enjoyed our experience tremendously and would return to San Juan just to eat here!Definitely worth a visit if you’ve got time in Old San Juan.

All of the food was amazing delicious and perfectly portioned. We loved all the concepts of a 5 course. Our server Illiane was so friendly and shes so beautiful and welcoming. All the staffs are so nice. Wonderful experience from the start to end with knowledgeable and helpful servers. Ive been to restaurants all over the world, and I cannot think of a better one than marmalade in San Juan Puerto Rico.

Cerena Gonzalez: We were very excited to try, but it was just OK for us. The food was good, but not great - not worth the cost. Service was great. We tried many small plates - the crudo; calabaza, robalo; gnocchi; heirloom tomato; empanadas - everything needed more salt or acid. We enjoyed the pika pina cocktail and appreciate that they offer a NA drink. We spent about $250. Likely not to return.

Matthew Martin: Some of the best food I've had in a long time, and a perfect way to wrap up my first trip to San Juan. The servers and bartender were incredibly kind and frequently checked in to make sure I was doing okay and to reset the table for each course.For cocktails, I had the Corazón de Melón, which was quite refreshing. The Almojabánas fritters were a great way to start the meal, and the Arroz con Calamares was to die for. One appetizer + a large plate was plenty of food for one person. I also had the Tarta de Almendra & Melocotón, which was the right mix of sweet and tart, and the perfect way to finish a superb meal.Overall, Vianda is definitely worth a visit! I'm already looking forward to coming back on my next trip to the city!

The ambience is absolutely adorable, with a chic and modern decor that instantly makes you feel special.The service was outstanding from start to finish. We felt warmly welcomed and well taken care of throughout the evening. The food was simply delicious. My personal favorite was the bacalao, while my husband enjoyed the Wagyu, which he recommends ordering medium to medium-well.We even had the pleasure of meeting the owner’s wife, Amelia, who was incredibly friendly and personable. Amy Benbarka: Can't believe I've missed out on this place! I visit Puerto Rico annually and generally love the food scene but I have someone missed this gem in Saturce. The cocktails are creative and strong, the menu is varied but not overwhelming and most importantly, everything we tried was absolutely delish. The vibe is chic and stylish even for the lunch hour when we visited. All around great experience and loved being about to support a local restauranteur.

Cocktails were the best around. The Pastalone Was my absolute favorite thing I ate on the island. The grilled octopus was just scrumptious. We let our waiter pick the dessert, Which was a Nutella sandwich covered in powdered sugar with vanilla ice cream. Couldn’t ask for a better experience! This place is a must when visiting San Juan!
Daya Mena: When I made the reservation, when we arrived and spoke to the host and then later when speaking to the server, I made clear that it was my partners birthday and requested birthday dessert with a candle. We never received nor were asked about dessert. It took us 40 minutes after our reservation to be able to place our order, and a couple seated next to us that arrived after us received their meal before we did. The food was phenomenal, but we wondered if the subpar service was because we were visibly queer. I’m disappointed and expected more from such a renowned eatery.

Cooked at perfection. Me sorprendió muy gratamente.El filet mignon estaba excelentemente sazonado y perfectamente cocinado. Y los calamares fueron algunos de los mejores que he probado en mucho tiempo. Ale MP: Si estás en el Viejo San Juan, debes ir a Chocobar Cortés, a mi me encantó, casi toda su carta maneja algo relacionado al chocolate, y puedes probar sus ricas variedades de chocolate en barra o de sabores. En el menú hay desde desayuno, comidas o lunch, y café, hasta una amplia variedad de cócteles, incluyendo una cerveza de chocolate💗. El servicio excelente, precios competitivos y razonables, los meseros y bartender atentos, amables y dan buenas sugerencias, la comida muy rica, probé desayuno, y 2 días después regresé por el lunch 😋. Recomiendo el Wrap de Salmón, y la cerveza local San Juan, cierra aprox. 5pm. No te lo pierdas. Lo vale.

Selin G: Absolutely delightful experience that makes you get to know Puerto Rico by food. All the food is locally sourced and every meal is explained to us by the sous chef as she was serving it. We had the wine pairing along with both the vegetarian and the omnivorous option. There were four food acts and a dessert act, each and every single one very special and well thought. The food was very simple but layered with so many textures at times. The restaurant is located in a beautiful area and has a very cozy and friendly environment. This place really enhanced our experience in Puerto Rico, must eat here!

Sheela Satpute: Perfect spot for a special occasion. Beautiful ambiance and lighting. The service was definitely very kind and accommodating, however would have liked to have each course explained as it was delivered. I felt that it’s possible I got the wrong dessert - it tasted like lemon custard and not the Panna cotta I had ordered. For this price point, I don’t think this is acceptable. The servers tried their hardest to overcome these issues by giving us extra sweets etc. 2 huge high points: the old fashioned cocktail was the best I have ever had. Pasta tasted very fresh and cooked perfectly. Otherwise, I can’t say that the dishes were consistently amazing. Nothing that I would look back on fondly aside from my cocktail.

The server, Zuleyka was very polite, attentive, and timed everything perfectly. We did not feel rushed even though it was a bit later in the evening. Overall, I would come and visit again. Mayli Englert: The place was empty but I don't know how! The food was delicious. I got the beer signature avocado. They were out of corn so the server suggested I substitute with damage. It was a great suggestion! Very good all together but whatever they use to season the beef is amazing. Delicious and will be trying to make a copycat recipe for at home. Half a bowl filled up me and my mom. Again so good! I can't recommend enough.

I honestly felt transported back to Venice, Italy with the simple yet elegant decor. Two thumbs up, treat yourself to a delicious meal and enjoy the top-notch treatment from the fabulous servers!
Greg: Pasamos el 18 de junio de 2024. No teníamos reservas, pero la anfitriona dijo "No hay problema" y rápidamente nos acomodó. Mi marido tenía el pesto Gnocchi Freschi. Comí pechuga de pollo con salsa de crema y verduras. La comida era deliciosa y las porciones eran grandes. Sólo había dos mujeres trabajando en el comedor. Hicieron un gran trabajo turnándose en las mesas, preparando cócteles y controlando a todos.Ninguna queja en absoluto.
