Antoine Prioleau: This place gets a 5 star review across the board. Me and my family of 3 went to this restaurant located in old San Juan. After I tour through the area, we came upon this place because my daughter been asking for tacos the whole trip haha. When we arrived the host/waiter sat us down and accommodated us because we had a small stroller for my son. We started off with appetizers such has elote corn, fondue, and cassava fries. As for drinks me and my wife had passion fruit margaritas. Once I knew the appetizers and drinks were great, I knew the entree would be as well. My daughter order pork belly tacos, I had chicken tacos and my wife had fish tacos. The seasoning on all 3 tacos was delicious. We sat ate and converse for about 2 hours. I recommend this place if you are in old San Juan area. Thank you La Madre.
Steven Kanavalli: Was in the mood for some Mexican food while staying in Old San Juan PR 🇵🇷. Read some reviews about this place so decided to give it a shot.I was not disappointed.The food is delicious and very authentic. I had the pork belly tacos, while people in our party had the duck quesadillas. All of it was good.Since the restaurant was full we sat in the alley which in itself was a vibe.Don’t think about it, head to this place if you want something else besides PR food.
Spencer C Dorhout: All-around excellence. The fish tacos were the best I’ve had in my entire life, no question about it. Our bartender was fantastic, artfully whipping up drinks and taking orders and cleaning at the same time, but still happy to explain everything to us. You could tell the employees were proud of the restaurant; they were explaining how many of the items were house-made and even who made them that day, it was refreshing to see such an obvious love of their restaurant. Now we love it too!

Chris Valentine: Aquí todo es cuestión de comida. Junto con la brisa fresca.Mi favorito es el sándwich de pescado. Es muy abundante y sabroso. Amigo profundo bondad.El pescado también saca lo mejor del pique que el restaurante pone en cada mesa. Es el pique más exclusivo que he probado en Puerto Rico... y combina bien con los frijoles refritos que sirve este lugar, otra parte especial de cada plato.Incluso cuando no tengo tiempo para hacer mucho, también puedo pedir las empinadas de carne "para llevar".Y lo que es aún mejor, sirven bebidas asequibles en un ambiente al aire libre relajado y sin lujos que te encantará.

Christopher Patterson: I used to think I would never stop coming here, their food slaps, but it seem like either the price went up or the amount of meat in the taco went down I can’t remember but the food taste is great. I like their quesadillas too and I always get a Bag of chips with the salsa verde and a salsa chipotle. They have a cool vibe most of the seating is upstairs and the beer is colder than your ex girlfriend’s heart. Negra Modelo is recommended. Also their margaritas are outstanding.

We stumbled upon this restaurant and it quickly became one of the highlights of our trip.Every item was spectacular. The chips, the pico, the guacamole were all so fresh and delicious.The tacos were superb. The cochinita taco is a must try and was arguably the best taco I have ever eaten in my life.The star of the show is the amazing red sauce they provide on the tables. Smokey, sweet, savory, I could have drank the entire bottle of my other friends weren’t grabbing it out of my hands just as feverishly.This place is everything that a taco shop should be. Unpretentious, afforadble and absolutely delicious.It’s been almost 2 months since weve been back and my friends still talk about this place

CreativeSource1: Esto se vende mexicano económico en la cuadra de aquí. Los especiales del día son el camino a seguir. Solían ser 4 tacos por $10. Y ofertas especiales de margaritas por $5 todos los días con alrededor de 20 opciones de sabores diferentes. Un lugar divertido, también tiene un ambiente. Y sus patatas fritas y salsa también están buenísimas.
Emily Rodriguez: The service and food at this restaurant were both spectacular. I had the elote and fish tacos and both were fresh and hot when served to me. Very filling and will be returning. The servers are on point and attentive to their customers and the music and vibe also make this restaurant even more pleasant. 10/10 recommend if you want a quick, filling, fresh, and delicious meal.

El queso fundido con chorizo tenía mucho queso y no demasiado salado, muy bueno. También compré una sopa de pollo y también estuvo muy buena. El servicio también fue excelente. Definitivamente uno de los mejores restaurantes mexicanos en PR.
