I have attended other co-working spaces in the past, but none compare to The LandMark. The building, location and facilities are outstanding. The staff is very professional, caring, and always available to help/assist in any way. So I missed that part.On to the important stuff, their Internet is fast! I was able to rent a private office for three days for a very reasonable price.They have water, coffee, clean bathrooms, and it is walkable to a lot of restaurants. I would go back.

Chenay: My partner and I were visiting from Colorado and were so excited to see there was a co working space nearby! Rob the owner is very accommodating and made our visits very comfortable! We got a free wine included with our day pass and it was a wonderful way to end a work day! They also do special events and have live music. The ambiance is so relaxing! Allen Nasar: Lunaspeiz is wonderful. Rob, the owner, was nice and helpful and got us an office on short notice. Luna has a number of well designed shared spaces, the roof terrace being our favorite part. It’s not too busy and the kitchen has 2 espresso machines, which is a nice touch. Rob has done a great job renovating the place, and it’s clear he truly cares about the members. He’s very responsive and reachable via WhatsApp. I casually mentioned an issue once and it was already fixed the next day. We had a great time there and only moved out because we left the area – sad to leave.

Personally, I went with the private desk option - clean and spacious area, motorized adjustable desk, lockable cabinet and by far the most affordable option in the area.Plus, the location can’t be beat. Just a block away from the plaza with plenty of great lunch options.On top of all that, Rob the owner is great. Highly recommended spending some time talking to him when you visit

Nikhil Lakhani: I am an American who stayed in Old San Juan for several weeks to enjoy Puerto Rico while also working remotely. Lunaspeiz met and exceeded my needs!Rob, the owner and full-time employee, offers several tiers depending on your budget and desires. All very competitive pricing! I used the base tier for $250/month, in which I had full access to all shared spaces during work-hours, including the conference room, rooftop lounge, courtyard, and kitchen. My friend took a slightly higher tier, which gave him a private desk in a shared office-space, and 24/7 access. Both fit our work-styles perfectly.All of the furniture was very high quality, and the interior design was professional and stylish- newly renovated by Rob himself. Desks had the ability to be raised and lowered for standing or sitting. Plenty of other amenities, including numerous power outlets, lockable cabinet space, extremely fast wifi, air conditioning, and tea/coffee.Perfect, central location - minutes walk from Calle San Sebastian and from Plaza de Armas. Tons of lunch options in the vicinity. I would usually go to El Meson everyday for a quick lunch - 1 minute walk away. Nevertheless, Calle de la Luna is a quiet street, so no loud distractions.Above all, Rob was a fantastic host who cared about making this space as comfortable and accessible as possible. He was always available via text or call, and he is an extremely friendly and easygoing person to talk to. Even in his busy schedule, he made time to chat over coffee- ask him about old school Reggaeton and he will have a lot to share!I certainly will be using Lunaspeiz again the next time I am in OSJ!

Kenneth Lam: I stayed in Viejo San Juan for about 1 month with a WFH situation and Luna Speiz was the perfect coworking space option for me. I rented a private office with a standing desk and this was one of the best decisions I made while staying here, since my lodging did not have strong wifi or a good work spot. Roberto is an awesome host, and extremely accommodating. He hosts happy hours sometimes on the roof which is a great start to your Friday night! The location is awesome, you are close to many places where you can grab lunch as well. So many good things to say about Luna Speiz, this will be my number one option next time I visit San Juan again.

Christian Egglin: A couple friends and myself found ourselves at Lunaspeiz after difficulties with the WiFi in our AirBnB, and we’re glad we did. Rob, the owner, has set up a beautiful work space with plenty of private and group offices. He was incredibly accommodating, kind and helpful. Not only is Lunaspeiz spacious, with three floors of offices as well as a roof with additional tables and couches, but it is kept very cool, and the WiFi speed is great. Rob always had coffee in the kitchen and let anyone keep things in the fridge, the building is cleaned and sanitized every night, and Rob is also very accommodating with opening and closing the space depending on your work day. I could not recommend the place any higher and will definitely go back should I find myself back in Old San Juan.

James Losito: Beautiful space! Tons of room with multiple different setup options for folks looking to work there. Myself and 2 friends each got a desk within a larger room but there are personal offices and small conference rooms available if you want something a bit more private. Internet is very fast and there's a lovely roof space that was perfect to take calls especially given 3 of us were sharing the room. We only worked there for 4 days and the owner was incredibly gracious and was able to get us a 4 day price even though it's normally either based on 5 days or singular days. Will 100% go back there to work when I find myself in Old San Juan again! Muchas gracis Rob!

David Acevedo: Never been in there but it is right across from the waterfront and the Federal District Court and in the same building, facing the water there's a CVS store. Nice area, pretty much the nicest. The Plaza Darsena is a nice place to cover from our relentless sun rays. Ask around for Piraguas, you'll like them, the classic flavor is Frambuesa and Tamarindo, sweet and sour. Not for the diabetics. Enjoy your stay.

Melody Dunn: I would love to stay here again. Worth the walk up to the top of the stairs. Our suite had two rooms with queen beds when you walked in plus a bathroom and full kitchen. Then you walked out to the center balcony and there were two more rooms with queen beds and a bathroom. Beds were super comfortable. Our power went out while we were there because someone set fire to a power substation. Luckily we had reservations to a restaurant that had a generator. And we had our own head lamps and played cards against humanity in the dark when we got back. Power came back on at midnight. Also didn't have any problem taking a hot shower.

LYVICK PEREZ: , and a spacious loft upstairs. The ceilings had wood beams it was so nice! We did have a problem checking in so MAKE sure you call ahead and make sure your reservation is there. We had to wait outside until they got everything cleared up! They were very polite and professional but it was a mess! Finally we had our room!

Our contact person was extremely responsive, she left detailed instructions, I needed additional assistance and the owner made things happen for me instantly, our room was VERY clean, and after we checked out to go on our cruise, the owner extended additional assistance that would help make our entire experience better, when she didn't have to. Shawn DeCandia: The room was comfortable and well equipped. We had great water and city views from the balcony. The location was great, being very close to Condado and Old San Juan. There are many eateries, restaurants and scooter rentals for getting around. Front desk reception was very courteous and helpful. The included free parking spot is close by and a great perk to have for those with a vehicle.

Janet Jimenez: Good location. Clean and fully supplied with everything. Near the beach, food, highways and stores. No parking but the parking is a few min away. You could use Hilton which is super close but super expensive. Overall for 1 full week we spent 100 in parking. Host was quick to rectify issues and pleasant. Hope to return in a few months

Jonathan Luquis: Habitaciones: The rooms all seems to center around providing a water front view to the lagoon or the beautiful ocean.Actividades cerca de mi ubicación: Nearby is El Escambron beach which you can scooter or take a 10-15 walk to get to, or simply drive 1 minute and pay less than $10 to park for the day.Seguridad: I have been booked an AirBnB here multiple times and love how safe it is to walk out around the multiple properties located near here. The front desk is manned 24/7 by armed security who duals as the concierge when you arrive. They have to buzz you in past the lobby EVERY TIME .Posibilidad de caminar: Sitting right on the mouth of the Condado lagoon, this place is easy to walk to Condado hot spots or even better rent one of the scooters that are plentiful everywhere you go.

Lisa Quach: Stayed in Room 1111 mid-July. The room had 2 double beds. Bathroom tub could use an upgrade but everything else was clean. The balcony was private and the oceanfront room had an amazing view. Housekeeping came everyday:For elite members, you can go next to the lobby to get water, soda, chips during the day from concierge. You can choose between points or breakfast coupon… the coupon is for the buffet at the restaurant next to the pool area. There is an omelet bar, fruits, meats & cheese, pastries, bacon, sausage, quinoa, scrambled eggs, smoked salmon, and some other things… it’s not like an all-inclusive resort breakfast but it was not bad at all. Included mimosas. On Friday night, there was also a cocktail hour event for elite members in the lobby/bar. They provided small items as sliders and desserts. Parking for elite members is also reduced. The valet parking guys are soooo nice!They have a schedule of events such as movie night or s’mores…The staff was wonderful. They gave me a small bottle of wine in a gift bag when I mentioned it was my birthday.The casino bar is open until 3am and Angel is one of the best bartenders ever. Makes a really good Miami Vice too! They will give you $30 “match” coupon… go to service desk and they’ll give you what looks like Monopoly money and you can use with your cash to make a bet… gotta spend money to make money.Location: nearby restaurants… there’s a variety within walking distance… for late night, dulce la vida and the spot next door is open until 4am… there is also a Walgreens and 24hour store next the hotel so you can always buy what you need… including liquor. They stop selling liquor at 2am!There are people on the beach to set up chairs for you. You can order food and they’ll bring it to you. Card or Room charge only. There’s also a guy who sells these pineapple slush things inside a pineapple, it’s $20 with liquor and completely worth it!!!Would only stay here if I came back to PR.

Celebrando 30 años con mi Hermosa Reina, pasamos un tiempo fabuloso, el SVC fue excelente, el acceso a la playa fue increíble con protección de seguridad, lo cual fue bueno ver que tenían todas las comodidades que se publicaron... Brandon Cleaver: Outstanding experience. The staff was completely awesome. There were a few minor things that came up. But was well overlooked. I wish I remembered everyone’s name who helped. My only complaint was eating outside for breakfast, was a bad experience especially for the price, but they have a bakery inside which I do recommend. They gave us an oceanfront upgrade. That was very much appreciated. Overall amazing experience. One thing that is undeniable was the housekeeping service was outstanding. Absolute kudos to the housekeeping team. The hotel felt very clean and safe!

Jeff Ramsey: I looked at many Google reviews before our visit. I would like to say thanks for all your help. We met up with friends at Condado Vanderbilt to celebrate our birthdays. Let me say booking thru my AMEX Platinum card was a great deal. Breakfast buffet for two daily. Ends around 11 am daily. The value alone for the buffet for two was $100.00. Plus we were able to check in at Noon, if available. We couldn't as our room wasn't ready. Late check out at 4pm. Plust $125.00 resort credit to use for food or drink. We had a Commodore Ocean Front suite which was very nice. Two balconies. PLUS, we had our own butler. Enma, our butler was FANTASTIC!! He emailed me a few days before our trip letting us know he would be our butler and asked if we needed any help. I asked for him to help us arrange ground transportation to and from airport. NOTE, BAHIA Transportation was nice, etc. but was expensive. $110.00 to the Hotel which was about a 15 min ride. Our driver did not lift one finger to help me with my luggage, which we had two large suitcases and two carry ons. I pulled my back the day before so this wasn't good. I asked Enma after arriving to cancel our ride back and got an UBER Black to take us back at the cost of $24.00. Would recommend UBER Black for transportation. Anyway, back to hotel. The staff was so GREAT!! I mean best staff anywhere we have stayed. We have stayed at many fine hotels, Ritz, Intercontinental, Willard in DC,etc. They didn't have no in their vocabulary. When we celebrated my birthday on a Saturday, my wife reached out to Enma, our butler for help. He set up the room while we were at the pool with a bday cake, balloons, plates for charcuterie board my wife wanted to prepare, 8 champagne glasses, as well as a bottle of champagne on ice!!! I didn't see any charge either on my bill for all this. My wife wanted to tip him specifically for this occasion, so she found him and gave him a tip. Victor, working the entrance area of hotel was spectacular. Made sure to greet me by name every time we entered or left hotel. Paiulo, hostess in buffet was so great in making sure we got what we needed in the restaurant where the buffet was. Amid made spectacular omelets for us at the omelet station. Enma, our butler was very instrumental in checking in during our stay seeing how were were doing via text. Like having your own assistant. He was very helpful giving us ideas on restaurants of what we were looking for, then he would call and make our reservations for us and confirm back to me time, etc. Ropa Vieja was one of our favorites. Tayzan, Chinese, Sushi, and PR food was not great. I would not go back. Serafina, next door to CVH was awesome as well. Great walking distance to Marriott Stellaris Casino. LaConcha Casino didn't do it for us. Highly recommend the walk to Stellaris. Also, there is a market right across the street called H & R Food and Liquors that has a quite a bit of selection of liquor/beer, as well as food items and prepared food such as sandwiches prepackaged. We had a nice sub zero smaller fridge in our room as well as a nice ice maker. Nespresso type machine that uses the pods which were provided. Alto Grando was the pods of choice. The cigar lounge was quite small as I generally sat outside to smoke a cigar once in a while. Tacos and Tequila was good as well. They gave me and my wife both a margarita on the day of my birthday. The pool drinks were awesome. Condado Express was our favorite. Medalla Beer is awesome as well. Low carb with great taste. Airport Duty Free Store sells liquor, beer, and coffee on your way out so you can take home some treasures. Alto Grande coffee was our favorite. Again, CVH was spectacular stay. We want to go back again soon. Knowing what we know now, wouldn't change a thing. Was so relaxing and again, STAFF WAS SPECTACULAR!!!
