Kate Madden: I had a great experience with Spectrum Surf School. I've taken surf lessons in a lot of different countries and I found my Spectrum instructor, Marcian, to be top notch compared to others I've surfed with. He really paid attention, helped me improve and was very positive. Spectrum made it easy to set up the lesson over text msg and picked out the right surf spot and board for my ability on the first try. I love that the lessons are 1:1 and they move spots based on conditions and your ability. Would definitely recommend.

JK Elkins: Had an incredible time taking private lessons. The team was great at communicating booking, location, and timing. The instructor did a terrific job explaining the mechanics and making sure we were able to catch several waves, even with some tricky accommodations. Hell of a good time!
Collin Hawkins: I took my six year old twins who are not confident swimmers. My son actually clung to me at the beginning of the lesson. The instructors were so kind, positive and great with kids that he didn't want to stop at the lesson's end. This was my favorite memory in PR and one of the only Google reviews I've ever written. Ana Fernandez: This was an amazing experience. The staff is wonderful and I recommend them for a surf lesson. If you happen to have a child with autism like I do- this is a MUST. They offer FREE lessons once a month and the joy from your child will make it the greatest afternoon ever!

Kiliane Yao: Fantastic coach, showed you all the basics and necessary skills. The beach is amazing and very suitable for beginners to kick off. Had so many fab pics and vids, great morning.

Kevin Tucker: Just finished snorkeling with Hector and he is crazy passionate about making sure you have a good time. Saw three nurse sharks and tons of beautiful fish right off our hotel beach. I鈥檝e been in Puerto Rico 6 days with my daughters who are in their twenties and my wife. Spent three days at a Hyatt resort and four days at Es La Verde and frankly I was bored out of my mind on day three until I found Pine Grove Surf Club. He has Hobie Cats too which I will rent tomorrow before we jump on a flight home. Definitely check it out if your staying near Carolina PR!!

Shayla DeGeorge: only 2 hours before the reservation time and had a blast in the waves! Saw a stingray jump out of the water in the distance which was a magical experience. The employee said that earlier that morning manatees came up next to the surfers and they were able to pet them!In terms of parking, we ended up in a $5 lot instead of on the street. Would use this company again!
Christopher Kiang: Had a lesson for two. Amazing instructor. We were able to catch multiple waves with the help of our instructor and later we practiced ourselves and we're able to catch a few waves. Even got some refreshing coconuts!
