Grace S: Pravan is everything a primary care clinic should be! Went there for the first time yesterday, the facility was upscale and you can see they put so much thought into the decor. Their front office is amazing, I went to the pediatric side by mistake and the front desk personally escorted me to the correct facility. The check in process was seamless, they brought 20 kinds of tea for me to choose from and paired cookies. They are very proactive to my needs, they put my groceries in the fridge, asked me if I wanted to bring my tea with me to the treatment room. Everyone was so friendly. Luma my nurse practitioner was friendly, professional and listened to all my needs. The treatment was the most painless I had with all the extra precautions they put in place, I’ve never seen those anywhere else. I’ve worked in healthcare consulting for 9 years and Pravan is the future state we advise our clients to be.

Lesley McVay: Just the best all around. Have never had such a seamless and holistic level of service from any other practice. I spent more time with Dr Carla on my first appointment than with any other doctors COMBINED. Pravan also helps book outside appointments and ensures I can be with other offices that are bilingual. Mainland doctors should take note, this is how medical care SHOULD be. Highly recommend.

The facilities are gorgeous and state-of-the-art and they really go above and beyond to make you feel welcomed. My appointments with Pravan are truly the first ones I've ever had where I don't feel rushed. I can ask as many questions as I want and I receive thorough answers every time. 10/10 recommend!
Lynda Crager: I was hesitant to sign up for Pravan Health because of the cost but it has been well worth it! They help me navigate health care with ease in Puerto Rico. I wish I had done this 2 years ago! At my most recent Dr visit, Dr Duque took time to go over each lab result and explain the reason and meaning of the test and result. Along the way she made recommendations and then texted them to me in writing so that I could follow the plan. This is what caring about health looks like! Thanks Pravan
