Brian Cooper: Welcoming

Alvah Tyson Wickboldt Jr.: I visited this establishment twice during a recent vacation to Puerto Rico. Our first stop was with a group on a food tour. We were able to sample a delicious ham and melted cheese sandwich on croissant as well as espresso. It was so delicious, we went back the following morning to get coffee for the entire group. It is a popular place, but they produce the beverages relatively quickly. It’s also a great part of town for walking, sitting, and people watching. Leslie, I am a huge coffee snob, and this place delivers. Very nice espresso.

Zenaida Diaz: I had a yummy iced latte and my crew had cappuccino they loved it. We also tried their Brandy cake, guava coconut pastry and brownie all really good!Estacionamiento: Parked at Doña Fela it's right down the block.

Vanessa Candelaria: I only tried the cold brew and it was really well made.It had really great vibes and was decorated cute. The staff was friendly and I would definitely come back and try it again. It’s a convenient location and they have bathrooms available so a nice place to take a break from walking around San Juan.

Sergio Hernandez: . The Salmon Avocado toast was probably the best out of what we ordered. The Ham, Egg and Cheese sandwich was just too plain. Fresh Orange juice was good. Coffee was well prepared. Good place for a quick bite with decent prices I might say.

Steven Heffington: We were going out to visit the fort and needed a little breakfast. We just happened to pick Don Ruiz Coffee as it was the closest spot to the parking lot. Very glad we did, turkey and cheese croissants were good, but the pastries were great, and the french toast with blueberries and whipped cream was wonderful, kids loved it. Staff was really friendly and the location was very nice. Overall, great place for a quick bite or cup of coffee.

Katie Lane: Coffee was amazing. The barista knows what she is doing and made the best oat milk latte I've ever had. The almond croissant was good, I would order it again, but the casserola dish was bland. Would not recommend that one.Overall good coffee shop. I would definitely come back if I lived in the area.

Bill Shafer: We were walking around town and had a nice snack here March 2017

Edward Vessella: ¡El café estuvo genial!Personal... Parecía que los estaba molestando para que tomaran 2 cafés con leche...Kitky, pero no bien cuidado...

David Harris: The cafe was highly recommended by the hotel across the street, and I can see why. A small place with a big love of coffee. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The selection of local Puerto Rican coffees was small but sufficient. I would highly recommend the cafe to enjoy a great cup of coffee, a tea or a nice selection of pastries.

joel cleare: I came across this coffee by luck. A friend who doesn’t drink coffee received it as a gift from someone who was recently on a cruise to Puerto Rico. I absolutely love coffee and make it several different methods. Today I used a moka pot and the coffee was great ! I believe it’s the Lares variety. Whole bean. Taste like a medium / dark roast. Excellent find.

Skylar Dunning: Had quesitos and lattes. Both were amazing.I would give it 5 stars, but we went in wanting iced drinks and they did not have any cups for iced drinks so they could only serve hot drinks. They offered to give us a cup of ice and we could mix the hot drink into the cold ice on our own, but that sounded kind of weird, so we chose to do the hot lattes. It was 9:30am so I'm not sure if we came too early for iced drinks, or if they just ran out of cups and didn't restock.

Susy Wiggins: Platos recomendados Come for Great Cup of Coffee, Mocha Latte, Iced Latte, Drip Coffee, Roast, Espresso O e Island Banana Latte

Shivani K: This is a cute place, we specifically went to this place after reading all the reviews. It's a cute place with fun flavors, and a few bakery items to eat. We ordered the San Juan and the Banana specialty lattes and a bagel with cream cheese. It was pretty good, decent iced coffee. But it's just a normal cafe, pretty small, but I am sure not many people sit and eat there. It has a beautiful view of the water and it wasn't too crowded so it's nice and peaceful.

Christina Kishimoto: Small boutique coffee shop by the water in Old San Juan. Great coffee, great staff, alternative milks and the best gluten free cookies! Why go to a chain coffee shop in Puerto Rico?!Restricciones de dieta: Gluten free cookies to go with your coffee!

Jürgen Engel: We were so happy to enjoy our last morning coffee before flying home at this wonderful place. You enter and immediately smell the quality coffee. Staff spoke English and was exceptionally friendly, helpful and very quiet with the order. Coffee and pastries were super tasty and we could enjoy it at the cosy sitting area outside with beautiful sea view. Perfect! Highly recommend! 🇵🇷🏝️☀️🌈🎉🙏👍🏻👍🏻
