Amanda Durham: Hertz fue de gran ayuda. Originalmente reservamos un vehículo de 7 pasajeros a través de otra empresa. Cuando llegamos, solo éramos 6 pasajeros y no cabía para nuestro grupo. Hertz nos permitió cambiarles nuestra reserva y nos dio un pasajero para 7. Mientras lo teníamos, experimentamos varias veces una luz de baja presión de los neumáticos. Agregamos aire y siguió bajando. Llamamos y nos recibieron y nos trajeron otro vehículo de 7 pasajeros sin cargo. Gran servicio al cliente. El personal fue muy servicial y amable.
Steve Homan: Lento para tener un auto listo para un miembro Gold/Presidents Club. Por lo demás, el coche funcionó bien, estaba limpio y la devolución fue fácil.

Spencer C Dorhout: Good experience here overall! Very helpful and accommodating employees, Jeremy was great to work with. I was able to easily modify my reservation and the pickup/dropoff was smooth. Conveniently located next to a gas station for easy refueling.
Esther Cruz: We rented two SUVs for our 8-day stay in Puerto Rico. The location where we picked up our vehicles was the Enterprise in Rio Piedras. Everyone that worked there was amazing from the start of the reservation to the day we returned the vehicles. They were happy to assist in answering questions, gave us nice realiable vehicles and were patient in dealing with our group since we were 5 adults and 2 children traveling. We highly recommend using Enterprise and the Rio Piedras branch which are amazing people ready to serve.

We left our national park passport book in the car which is priceless to us and Susset went above and beyond to help us get it back. She is absolutely the best and deserves recognition for being an amazing employee and customer service individual. See y'all next time for sure.

matthew melvin: Great communication and price. Couldn’t find a rental car anywhere in town and called and they were more than willing to help. Also on the return we returned then they said we could drive it to the aiport so we didn’t have to get a taxi. Amy was awesome! Will rent here again in the future
