Notwithstanding the holidays, I was able to arrange everything on the telephone with Luis, the manager, who arranged to ship an extra large painting which has been in our family for over 40 years from Puerto Rico to Virginia. International Shipping PR in Hato Rey indeed "stepped up their A game". The painting arrived two days after shipping and was in perfect condition.. Luis was extremely attentive and helpful in assuring me that International Shipping would take the utmost care in packaging and crating our family heirloom.
