Andre Peeples: AMAZING! AMAZING! AMAZING! Wonderful location, excellent ambiance and the staff was so attentive. For a Wednesday evening, we pretty much had the restaurant to ourselves. If possible, get the 'best' table. You are right inside next to the 200 year old tree in the courtyard. All the food was exceptional and we were serenaded by the guitarrista to celebrate our wedding anniversary! Do NOT miss the opportunity to have the dessert with the frozen mojito in it. I would walk back to Puerto Rico to eat it again!

Maurice Khoury: Una de las mejores cenas que hemos tenido. Jordi fue nuestro camarero. Pasó su tiempo con nosotros y compartió historias increíbles. Este restaurante tiene 52 años. Very kind & friendly, he took time to talked to us and encouraged us to see the beautiful gardens, which we did afterwards, they are a perfect setting for great pictures. She moved us to an updated unit that was amazing. She was so sweet and concerned over our situation that she truly made us feel like we were her only concern even though there were other customers that were having the same problem. Mercedes Pons: Estamos por 2 noches. Está muy, muy bien ubicado en el viejo San Juan. A poca distancia de restaurantes, vida nocturna y sitios históricos.El desayuno no está incluido, pero es muy bueno. Me encantó el café con leche y el desayuno Pasia tenía unas arepas deliciosas.En la azotea hay una bonita piscina con asientos para relajarse y hermosas vistas.Uber desde el aeropuerto costó alrededor de $ 25 y realmente estoy disfrutando mi tiempo aquí.Habitaciones: Las habitaciones son muy espaciosas con cocina, aire acondicionado, TV. Teníamos un dormitorio con cama king. Y en el salón había un sofá cama que usábamos para mi hijo. Sólo un baño en el dormitorio. Funcionó para nosotros porque todos somos familia.

louis-jack pozner: Un ambiente íntimo y acogedor con un excelente menú. El servicio es tranquilo pero es agradable relajarse con una buena comida. El pato siempre es delicioso. La mousse de chocolate fue decepcionante para el postre. Es un ambiente para adultos, con una buena selección de vinos y bebidas, en la calle principal del viejo San Juan. No turístico, con clase.

Dr Facts: Vinimos a celebrar los cumpleaños de mi esposa y mi hija. Este restaurante requiere reservaciones. La comida fue excelente. El menú te ofrece suficientes opciones. El vino también era bueno. El servicio fue directo y cortés. El ambiente del restaurante es informal pero sofisticado y acogedor. Cada plato fue elaborado con experiencia y atención al detalle. Fue una gran experiencia y volvería sin dudarlo. Muy recomendable si estás de visita en San Juan.

Estaba asombrado y muy contento de poder empacar la mitad para llevármelo a casa. La comida es muy rica y aunque algunas porciones pueden ser más pequeñas, no querrás más porque después de la sopa gratis, ¡estarás lleno! Otros platos son porciones enormes como la cabra y la carne frita, que agradaron a la mesa. El pulpo era único y el mejor que he probado en mi vida. Nuestro servicio fue muy amable y prestaron gran atención a los detalles en términos de cómo se sentía la mesa y lo que disfrutamos. Vinimos con reserva anticipada. ¡Reserva mesa si vas!

Nuestro camarero Gabriel fue increíble, respondió todas las preguntas, fue muy atento y, en general, brindó un EXCELENTE servicio. More of a fixed price menu than a tasting menu, as you got the option to select a starter, appetizer, entree and dessert of your choice, and they also provided a second appetizer of a white bean truffle soup. Wine pairings were offered. We found their wine list to be excellent and selected a bottle of Gigondas plus a glass of Sauvignon Blanc to start. The food was excellent from start to finish with a beautiful presentation for each dish. Servers were attentive and polished.We enjoyed our experience tremendously and would return to San Juan just to eat here!Definitely worth a visit if you’ve got time in Old San Juan.

La comida es muy buena, al igual que el ambiente. Los precios son razonables cuando se toma en consideración la localización, el ambiente lujoso y el servicio. El restaurante cubrió parte del costo del estacionamiento, pero en nuestro caso, que estuvimos poco más de dos horas, terminamos pagando una cantidad adicional. Silk es una muy buena alternativa para compartir y cenar en un ambiente lujoso y tranquilo. Muy recomendado, si es ese su estilo de vida.

The pool staff was great - providing treats to guests while they enjoyed the pool. Breakfast buffet was great. In room amenities are great. All around a great place to stay and have a break from real life.

Jeff Ramsey: I looked at many Google reviews before our visit. I would like to say thanks for all your help. We met up with friends at Condado Vanderbilt to celebrate our birthdays. Let me say booking thru my AMEX Platinum card was a great deal. Breakfast buffet for two daily. Ends around 11 am daily. The value alone for the buffet for two was $100.00. Plus we were able to check in at Noon, if available. We couldn't as our room wasn't ready. Late check out at 4pm. Plust $125.00 resort credit to use for food or drink. We had a Commodore Ocean Front suite which was very nice. Two balconies. PLUS, we had our own butler. Enma, our butler was FANTASTIC!! He emailed me a few days before our trip letting us know he would be our butler and asked if we needed any help. I asked for him to help us arrange ground transportation to and from airport. NOTE, BAHIA Transportation was nice, etc. but was expensive. $110.00 to the Hotel which was about a 15 min ride. Our driver did not lift one finger to help me with my luggage, which we had two large suitcases and two carry ons. I pulled my back the day before so this wasn't good. I asked Enma after arriving to cancel our ride back and got an UBER Black to take us back at the cost of $24.00. Would recommend UBER Black for transportation. Anyway, back to hotel. The staff was so GREAT!! I mean best staff anywhere we have stayed. We have stayed at many fine hotels, Ritz, Intercontinental, Willard in DC,etc. They didn't have no in their vocabulary. When we celebrated my birthday on a Saturday, my wife reached out to Enma, our butler for help. He set up the room while we were at the pool with a bday cake, balloons, plates for charcuterie board my wife wanted to prepare, 8 champagne glasses, as well as a bottle of champagne on ice!!! I didn't see any charge either on my bill for all this. My wife wanted to tip him specifically for this occasion, so she found him and gave him a tip. Victor, working the entrance area of hotel was spectacular. Made sure to greet me by name every time we entered or left hotel. Paiulo, hostess in buffet was so great in making sure we got what we needed in the restaurant where the buffet was. Amid made spectacular omelets for us at the omelet station. Enma, our butler was very instrumental in checking in during our stay seeing how were were doing via text. Like having your own assistant. He was very helpful giving us ideas on restaurants of what we were looking for, then he would call and make our reservations for us and confirm back to me time, etc. Ropa Vieja was one of our favorites. Tayzan, Chinese, Sushi, and PR food was not great. I would not go back. Serafina, next door to CVH was awesome as well. Great walking distance to Marriott Stellaris Casino. LaConcha Casino didn't do it for us. Highly recommend the walk to Stellaris. Also, there is a market right across the street called H & R Food and Liquors that has a quite a bit of selection of liquor/beer, as well as food items and prepared food such as sandwiches prepackaged. We had a nice sub zero smaller fridge in our room as well as a nice ice maker. Nespresso type machine that uses the pods which were provided. Alto Grando was the pods of choice. The cigar lounge was quite small as I generally sat outside to smoke a cigar once in a while. Tacos and Tequila was good as well. They gave me and my wife both a margarita on the day of my birthday. The pool drinks were awesome. Condado Express was our favorite. Medalla Beer is awesome as well. Low carb with great taste. Airport Duty Free Store sells liquor, beer, and coffee on your way out so you can take home some treasures. Alto Grande coffee was our favorite. Again, CVH was spectacular stay. We want to go back again soon. Knowing what we know now, wouldn't change a thing. Was so relaxing and again, STAFF WAS SPECTACULAR!!!
