Thank you Edgar!!Only complaint was that if you return the car with less than a full tank of gas they charge triple the price per liter than the gas station right down the road. Would have been $60 for half a tank of gas. We drove down the road and got it for $20.

Dave C: Gran experiencia de registro. La señora era encantadora y hablaba muy bien inglés. El coche sufrió un pinchazo lento que se solucionó rápida y eficazmente. El procedimiento de devolución fue perfecto. Nuestro depósito fue devuelto el mismo día. Los usaría nuevamente. Pagamos $56 adicionales para evitar todos los cargos de peaje, lo cual tenía sentido ya que condujimos por toda la isla y las carreteras tienen muchos peajes que fotografían el automóvil. Sin esto, son $10 más el peaje, que aumentaría si recorre una distancia considerable en las carreteras principales.

Esther Cruz: We rented two SUVs for our 8-day stay in Puerto Rico. The location where we picked up our vehicles was the Enterprise in Rio Piedras. Everyone that worked there was amazing from the start of the reservation to the day we returned the vehicles. They were happy to assist in answering questions, gave us nice realiable vehicles and were patient in dealing with our group since we were 5 adults and 2 children traveling. We highly recommend using Enterprise and the Rio Piedras branch which are amazing people ready to serve.

Amanda Durham: Hertz fue de gran ayuda. Originalmente reservamos un vehículo de 7 pasajeros a través de otra empresa. Cuando llegamos, solo éramos 6 pasajeros y no cabía para nuestro grupo. Hertz nos permitió cambiarles nuestra reserva y nos dio un pasajero para 7. Mientras lo teníamos, experimentamos varias veces una luz de baja presión de los neumáticos. Agregamos aire y siguió bajando. Llamamos y nos recibieron y nos trajeron otro vehículo de 7 pasajeros sin cargo. Gran servicio al cliente. El personal fue muy servicial y amable.

De hecho, pagué menos de lo que me cotizaron. Una semana después recibí la factura del peaje, que también era correcta. Definitivamente volveré a alquilar con Alamo.
Haley: Alamo para nuestro alquiler de autos en Puerto Rico fue sencillo, fácil y a buen precio. Leí mucho sobre cargos ocultos en el alquiler de autos, no tienen ninguno. El precio que encontré fue el precio que me cobraron. Poco más de $200 por 4 días, lo cual fue fenomenal para los demás que estaba encontrando. ¡Lo recomendaría y alquilaría nuevamente!
Richard Santiago: Valor por el alquiler. Pero los autos necesitan algo de trabajo. Mi auto alquilado era nuevo pero necesitaba una alineación. Estaba ansioso por conducir más rápido porque estaba con mi familia y sentía que la llanta se podía salir. El personal es muy amable, servicial y muy amable y no se puede pedir más.
Roly Castillo: Proceso muy fácil, los planes originales eran para 3 días. Extendí mis vacaciones, configuré una nueva reserva de alquiler y pude conservar el mismo vehículo sin problemas. Continuará utilizando esta empresa en el futuro.

Both Carlos and the other representative where very friendly and helpful, the car was clean and in great condition, and great price for over a week rental. Overall, I had a wonderful experience with and would highly recommend them to anyone in need of a reliable rental service. It was also convenient with the shuttle service to and from the airport the driver was also helpful loading and unloading our luggage.

No hidden fees, the cars are given very clean and filled with gas, pleasant workers and very fast shuttle service to and from the airport! The only downside is the operating hours. If you have a flight after 5:30pm landing or taking off, this company will not work for you as the lady shuttle is at 5:30pm.

Wayne Wang: La señorita aquí me ayudó hoy a hacer una reserva en el aeropuerto ya que quiero regresar después de hora. Ella es muy cariñosa y me ayudó en una situación inesperada provocada por la loca política local de Enterprise. Tenga cuidado si planea alquilar un automóvil a través de Enterprise.

Steven Cao: Tuve una buena experiencia con esta ubicación de Avis. Fue fácil recoger el coche cuando fui allí. Tenía el seguro a todo riesgo, por lo que no acepté su seguro. La chica de recepción fue agradable y muy servicial. Como nuestro grupo solo tiene dos personas, reservé el auto más pequeño a través de Costco. Sin embargo, ella me regaló una hermosa CRV relativamente nueva. La devolución del coche también fue rápida y sencilla.
