Manuel Vazquez: Muy caro, todo con precios muy altos. Una ceveza en vaso de plastico, en la piscina 10$. No hay opcion a todo incluido, te cobran 60$ diarios, adicionales al cargo po la habitacion, por acceso wi-fi y otros servicios.25$ diarios por usar el aparcamiento etc, etc.En resumen mala relacion calidad precio.una pena

This hotel is very well managed, the level of professionalism from the staff and the cleanliness of the hotel was superb. Tommy Sanders Jr (tsanders): My wife and I were here for our anniversary it it was an amazing experience. The customer service, the restaurants, and location was nothing short of amazing! The drive San Juan is costly so make sure you get a rental unless you dont mind spending north of $75 dollars one way to San JuanComidas y bebidas: Every restaurant was amazing. The breakfast buffet is a must have!

Tiffani Brown: My parents and I had an excellent dinner at Cana restaurant. The best meal of our 5 day vacation in Puerto Rico! Felix was our server and made us feel like family. He provided such warm service and made great meal suggestions. We had a relaxed dinner by the beach and stayed until closing. Never felt rushed and will be back for breakfast!
Christine Shoyinka: We had the most wonderful experience! Not only were we in awe of the hotel, pool and beach, the entertainment was also spectacular! Olga Abreu took wonderful care of our room. She was so sweet and kind. Olga did all she could to make us feel comfortable and at home. We were very blessed to have amazing people taking care of us. Mara, another staff member took care of us like family. This was our kids’ first time in Puerto Rico. They will have these wonderful memories forever.

Ambas me trataron super bien y quedé super complacida, ambas son super chulas y amables..Tienen que ir donde ellas si o si, las dejarán bellas con las actividades que realizan… Por otro lado, la estancia en el lugar ha sido muy agradable! La piscina muy relax y el clima ayudó mucho.. La comida super buena y todos muy atentos…

Jorge Juan fue mi recibidor y camarero en ese momento y me recomendó algunas excelentes opciones de menú para cenar y beber y parecía como si yo fuera el invitado principal. ¡Gracias Juan por la experiencia, te lo agradecemos!
Madeleine San Martin: My husband and I come to Puerto Rico once a year, and we always make sure to book a day pass for a seaside cabana at the Fairmont el San Juan hotel pool. Today, we had Jorge Juan taking care of us at our cabana and the service was absolutely amazing! He made sure we had everything we needed throughout our 6 hour stay. He was super kind and communicative, and he helped to make our day a great one! Thank you Jorge Juan!

Sandra Callwood: Cerca del aeropuerto, por lo que Uber fue muy conveniente. La habitación era muy espaciosa y el desayuno caliente era muy bueno. Las tortillas se hicieron a pedido y eran bastante sabrosas. El personal fue muy amable y servicial. De hecho, volvimos solo para cenar en uno de los restaurantes del hotel, El Patio. La comida y las bebidas eran realmente buenas.
Jennifer Zapata: Gran hotel cerca de restaurantes, playa bonita piscina. La habitación era una sala de estar con un sofá cama y un dormitorio con 2 camas matrimoniales. Muy cómodo. Tenía todo lo que necesitábamos. Los baños necesitan una renovación como lo están haciendo. Pagué más por una habitación de nivel superior y pensé en renovarla. Eso fue perturbador. Buen desayuno, no excelente pero incluido. Ojalá el estacionamiento fuera menor pero era conveniente. El servicio al cliente fue excelente y la hora feliz también.
