Heather Spruill: Diego was amazing, helpful and friendly. The mini boats were so much fun with kids. We were not able to do jet skis due to not enough adults to drive a jet ski so decided on mini boats but it gave the same feeling as if you were driving jet skis and you can have three to a boat! I thought it would be at least a little closer from the pictures we see on their website, but it was totally different. Well a little less.... feom atvs, Kayaking, Jetski, catamaran, helicopters, horseback riding and ziplines we did it all!The best zipline tour in Puert Rico and in the world. GeeDip PatNis: Genesis, the desk representative at the beach was extremely nice. Not only did she assist with all information, her demeanor was extremely courteous, patient and respectful. On the first day we were unable to take the ride as it was closing time. The second day we waited signed the waiver and were ready to go but an hour later was informed that the banana boat guy was unavailable but eventually on the third day, our persistence paid off and we absolutely enjoyed the thrills of the ride for 20 minutes.The crew were ok, not too friendly but our desk agent Genesis was above and beyond in her dealings and mannerisms. She stowed our items, had light conversations with me and was very understanding of all the customers given the heat and waiting times as there was only 1 banana boat and many customers taking turns.I wish Genesis nothing but the best in her education and career ahead. She was the reason I have such a great review!☺️Geeta

Lisa Quach: Stayed in Room 1111 mid-July. The room had 2 double beds. Bathroom tub could use an upgrade but everything else was clean. The balcony was private and the oceanfront room had an amazing view. Housekeeping came everyday:For elite members, you can go next to the lobby to get water, soda, chips during the day from concierge. You can choose between points or breakfast coupon… the coupon is for the buffet at the restaurant next to the pool area. There is an omelet bar, fruits, meats & cheese, pastries, bacon, sausage, quinoa, scrambled eggs, smoked salmon, and some other things… it’s not like an all-inclusive resort breakfast but it was not bad at all. Included mimosas. On Friday night, there was also a cocktail hour event for elite members in the lobby/bar. They provided small items as sliders and desserts. Parking for elite members is also reduced. The valet parking guys are soooo nice!They have a schedule of events such as movie night or s’mores…The staff was wonderful. They gave me a small bottle of wine in a gift bag when I mentioned it was my birthday.The casino bar is open until 3am and Angel is one of the best bartenders ever. Makes a really good Miami Vice too! They will give you $30 “match” coupon… go to service desk and they’ll give you what looks like Monopoly money and you can use with your cash to make a bet… gotta spend money to make money.Location: nearby restaurants… there’s a variety within walking distance… for late night, dulce la vida and the spot next door is open until 4am… there is also a Walgreens and 24hour store next the hotel so you can always buy what you need… including liquor. They stop selling liquor at 2am!There are people on the beach to set up chairs for you. You can order food and they’ll bring it to you. Card or Room charge only. There’s also a guy who sells these pineapple slush things inside a pineapple, it’s $20 with liquor and completely worth it!!!Would only stay here if I came back to PR.

Brandon Cleaver: Outstanding experience. The staff was completely awesome. There were a few minor things that came up. But was well overlooked. I wish I remembered everyone’s name who helped. My only complaint was eating outside for breakfast, was a bad experience especially for the price, but they have a bakery inside which I do recommend. They gave us an oceanfront upgrade. That was very much appreciated. Overall amazing experience. One thing that is undeniable was the housekeeping service was outstanding. Absolute kudos to the housekeeping team. The hotel felt very clean and safe!

The rest of the staff was great, the pool bar staff, the trolley drivers, the cleaning staff, and the restaurant staff was great. I would choose another hotel and see how it goes before staying there again based on the front desk staff. They were the least helpful when it came to checking in and even worse when we had family come to visit us for the day at the hotel.Habitaciones: The room was clean, plenty of plugs for charging your devices, and well stocked in the bathroom for toiletries.Comidas y bebidas: The drinks were great at the pool bar! The steakhouse on site was amazing and our waiter was amazing.

Upon arrival the staff told us she could not do it. I was able to speak with the manager who was helpful in letting her do 2/3 things in the kids area that was safe. Michele Westhoff: . The food and drinks were good for breakfast lunch and dinner. The only negative thing I will say is that if you are going for a quiet romantic couples trip, this isn’t the place. Children and babies are running all around unsupervised and screaming. The room for morning breakfast was small and my head always hurt from all the screaming. Besides that, I totally recommend!
