Roxy: This rainbow was different than any of the ones here in Florida. The quality of the clothes much better. Too bad I was on vac I purchased a pair of sandals wish I would have picked up in other colors. they are so cute and comfortable wish rainbow did delivery.

Maria Cruz Roldan: I used to love JCP when there was one in Humacao. The one in Caguas is good but has some things to improve. The clearance area is messy; sizes aren't organized and pricey. I like the merchandise and it's organized in the other areas so overall I recommend it. It has quality, lovely clothes.

Brian Wolf: I received incredible customer service from Danielle here. I came in determined to buy some Reef flip flops, as I've been loyal to that brand. She showed me several pairs, but the one I liked best had a color pattern I wasn't crazy about. Instead of letting it stand there, she suggested I at least try on a pair of Quiksilvers and I was blown away by how comfortable they were, and as she pointed out, they were cheaper too. Danielle knowledgeably answered all my questions about whether the cushioning in the soles would get run down over time. I have rarely received such dedicated help at a retail store before.

They do need to train their employees 🙄 😒 😑 I'm not getting it over here on this island 😑 Please give proper training to employees ...they pass you straight without asking if you need help. And when we do approach them,they actually adviod you 😒the cashier was robotic 🤖 🙄 my gosh! But overall I love the store look and clothes 😍 and prices ✔️
