Jose Silvestre: Desde siempre me doy la vuelta, es mi segunda casa!!!. Todos los empleados son muy profesionales y amables, pero esta vez deseo destacar a Darián. Fuimos a sacar una copia de una llave y no la tenían en el muestrario, sin embargo ella no se dió por vencida y buscó una escalera y buscó y buscó hasta que la encontró. Excelente empleada, si hay una distinción de empleada del mes, la deben considerar. Muy agradecido!!!.

We went into a lot of little shops in Old San Juan! This one went above our expectations!! Very helpful, we bought most of our souvenirs here. Some handmade items from around Puerto Rico. The owners are extremely kind and helpful. My daughter bought a squishy for $3 but then she lost it. When we went back they only charged her $2 to get a replacement!!! Just good people!
We came across this cute beautiful shop on our day out shopping for gifts to take back home. The owner who was from Hong Kong was one of the sweetest ladies. She definitely knows her Spanish. She’s been living in PR for 45 years . We bought several gifts. The prices were pretty competitive. She gave us a free bag plus free waters as it’s so hot and humid.

Victoria Perez: I love this souvenir shop! From the many different shops available to chose from I highly recommend this one. Not only is the shop super cute and welcoming but the prices are super affordable, with so much variety. The owner is super helpful and showed me the different t-shirt options available for purchase. I will definitely be back!!
Melisa Perez: On vacation with my family in Dec. 2021, we walked into this lovely souvenir shop in San Juan. As soon as we walked in, a nice gentleman greeted us. As we walked around we were picking souvenirs that we actually liked. The lady ringing us out was so funny and lovely to speak with. My family visited again in March 2024 and found the same nice gentleman greeting us at the door. We were so happy to have found the store open!

This gentleman from James souvenir shop actually mailed me my driver's license since I didn't turn up in his store.I am so thankful to him for his kind and generous act.

Michael Welch: Esta es una gran tienda y un excelente ambiente. Anteriormente trabajé aquí y tuve una gran conexión con mis compañeros de trabajo y mi equipo. Se llena muy rápido y está muy ocupado. Recuerdo estar allí los 4 días de San Sebastián. Lo único que diría de este lugar es que hay gente de Estados Unidos continental, que viene aquí, que no habla ni un poquito de español, y se sienten con derecho a algo. Según mi experiencia, son principalmente las personas de Nueva York las que tienen un poco de arrogancia, pero aparte de eso, este es un gran lugar para comprar y un gran lugar para visitar.
C E: La pequeña tienda de comestibles Descent en el corazón del Viejo San Juan tenía lo que buscábamos. Buena selección de alcohol también.
