Prerana: I was here a couple days ago for some souvenir shopping while on vacation and I accidentally dropped my driver's license and insurance card. I searched all over the streets but could not find it. This gentleman from James souvenir shop actually mailed me my driver's license since I didn't turn up in his store.I am so thankful to him for his kind and generous act.

Selection is incredible, owner is even better! Knowledgeable and friendly, and the his jewelry designs are unique and absolutely beautiful! Purchased a linen dress set and freshwater pearl earrings. You can’t go wrong at this place! Absolutely worth your time!

Urban Tribe had beautiful, unique jewelry with very reasonable prices. I purchased four items and when I returned home to SC, I discovered the wire gauge was too thick for my ears. I called and spoke with the proprietor and he said he could remake them for me in a smaller gauge. He remade the pieces, texted me a picture when he shipped them and had them to me within the week. I certainly never expected this level of customer service, but am so happy we were able to work it out. Such a positive experience!
