Marta Barron: clean room, had everything we needed, quiet for the most part, great location, there's a nice common area on the floor we were on, there is no elevator and no front desk, we had an issue with the ac it was too cold and there's no regulation so we contacted the owner and got it figured out immediately, also we got fresh towels the next day, and we asked for new ones the day after and we were granted our wish, would recommend

The room was smaller than expected, but we didn't spend a lot of time there because we were enjoying the beach, historical sites, shopping, food, and drinks. Everything was very clean and secure. We would love to stay at Navona Studios in the future.

O K: Debo advertir a aquellos que eligen habitaciones con balcón: son bastante ruidosas. En Europa normalmente se consiguen puertas y ventanas de calidad que bloquean el sonido, pero esto no es Europa. Ventanas de un solo panel, huecos, básicamente tienes una calle al lado. Y esa es una calle muy transitada. Escuchas a la gente hablando, la música del auto, el chirrido de la suspensión, alguna persona gritando desde la mañana hasta el día, la construcción de al lado usando una pistola de clavos. Tampoco hay servicio de habitaciones.Posibilidad de caminar: Gran cantidad de cafeterías y restaurantes alrededor.

Visita el Supermax para disfrutar de una botella de vino y bocadillos. En este lugar estás solo para el servicio de habitaciones. Para adultos que buscan encanto y tranquilidad, este es el lugar. Además, las habitaciones no se cierran automáticamente cada vez que usted sale; debe girar la pequeña cerradura en la manija cada vez o su habitación quedará completamente desbloqueada.Posibilidad de caminar: Increíblemente transitable con muchos restaurantes, tiendas y actividades muy cerca. Hay un supermercado y una farmacia al final de la calle, la Catedral Basílica Menor de San Juan Bautista a 5 minutos, con el Museo de las Américas y el Castillo San Felipe del Morro un poco más allá. Definitivamente el punto de venta de este hotel y la razón para reservar aquí.

It was very comfortable and relaxing. The owner was very hospitable in helping us find where we wanted to go and with anything we were missing. I would recommend it to anyone.
Everything was great truly. The studio room was a nice size for us 2, the bathroom had no AC but we kept the door open going to the bedroom so it was not hot. The bed was very comfy. Towels, blow dryer, small closet there was nice. Pool is right beside this room so you can hear people during the day. But the waterfalls sound nice. The parking was safe inside of the gate. The property was well lit at night. Lots of cameras, it felt safe. Wifi worked well. Jose is onsite which was nice if we needed help. Beach is right outside the property and restaurants only a couple blocks down. We would come again definitely!
My husband and I decided to book Breeze point at ocean for our honeymoon stay. The staff was very helpful. They responded quickly to our phone calls and text messages. The apartment and the complex was BEAUTIFUL, peaceful and quiet all day and night. About 1 block away from a gorgeous beach and very close to old San Juan and condado restaurants. We will definately book with them again. The payment and key pick up process was easy as well. We have recommended this location to our family members and everyone. You will have a great experience without breaking your pocket.

Mary Williams: I honestly don't know where to start. This was an amazing adventure from the very start. I found this hotel on Booking. com, however, I decided to call and book directly with the hotel. That was the best decision I could have made. Ms Valeria was very professional and accommodating. She patiently walked me through the process, answering all my questions in a timely manner. Our family booked all seven rooms, it was like our own private compound. The rooms layout & furnishings were just like depicted in the pictures. The plunge pool was perfect for our toddlers.Ms. Valeria was very accommodating to our early arrival time, as well as being accommodating when we learned that some of our flights were delayed much later than our check out times. Although Ms Valeria wasn't on sight during our visit & delayed departure, she made sure her assistant Javier took care of us. He was very kind & considerate, even patiently listening as we vented about our four hour flight delay. The location was less than a five minute walk to the beach, as well as being walkable to coffee shops, restaurants, bars and Walgreens. The Donostia restaurant located on the property served delicious food as well. It's definitely a place I would return to. I highly recommend, Breeze Point at Ocean. If you want a personal touch book with the hotel directly. Bring the whole family.

J F (General Nuisance): Great place to stay! We had a 1 BR apartment with a pull-out for the 3 of us.Things to note, there was bulk soap, conditioner, and body wash in the shower. We had plenty of hot water. The water pressure varies based on who else is using hot water in the unit it seems, but it was never an issue for us.There were 2 washcloths and 5 bath towels to use. It would be nice to get fresh washcloths during our week stay, but we never asked for more.There were plenty of pillows for all of us. There were no extra blankets, not that they were needed.There is a towel drying rack in the kitchen, which was a HUGE blessing to dry towels and swim clothes overnight! This helped our stay be better than other tropical vacations.Our listing said it had a coffee machine/coffee maker. It had a small Turkish coffee pot, to use on the stove. It made good coffee. I did see a different rental had a regular automatic coffee maker machine.There were two free coffee coupons to use at Donostia downstairs, but we never ended up going there due to our plans and the restaurant hours not aligning. The menu prices seemed a bit high but the special menu set outside in the morning appeared to have special prices.The pool is nice. We maximized the pool in the afternoon before the sunlight no longer hit the pool area.The sundeck is a green turf carpeting with various deck chairs. It did get a good breeze and alot of sun.The one time I tried to use the Roku TV, it said it couldn't detect the network and to check the network connection. I didn't have the desire to troubleshoot but I would have watched a little TV at the end of a long day.Overall a very comfortable stay! Note, there are various rooms/condos in the unit so the photos may not be exactly what you are booking.

Des: Acabo de regresar de Puerto Rico hoy y me quedé en estos apartamentos. Éramos una familia de 14 personas y alquilamos 3 apartamentos. Los apartamentos eran maravillosos, acogedores y de estilo español. Totalmente equipado y estábamos muy cerca de todo, restaurantes, cafeterías, playa, supermercados, etc. Nuestra anfitriona Virginia fue tan maravillosa y hospitalaria. Ella nos llevó desde y hacia el aeropuerto y a varios otros lugares sin costo adicional. Este fue un gran lugar para vivir una auténtica experiencia puertorriqueña con los lugareños. Recomiendo encarecidamente este lugar.

Harry Brussel: Hands down, this was the best stay I've ever had at a rental, hostel, or hotel!I booked here for four nights on a recent vacation with my significant other -- The space is excellent. It is very clean and beautifully decorated. I loved the tile designs in the bathroom and kitchen. We tried out two different units during our stay and loved both.The neighborhood is just perfect. You are a 3-minute walk from the beach and surrounded by some of the town's best coffee, food, and drink options. The street art is lovely. It feels like a city, not just a resort. Safe to walk around, both day and night. You can hear the frogs chirping at night.The management is the best. The owner was very prompt and helpful in answering questions before our stay and setting up the shuttle from the airport. She picked us up right after our flight landed, and I loved chatting with her on the way to our place. At one point, the water went out in our apartment, and someone was over to help in less than 5 minutes and fixed it immediately.I'm convinced this is the best spot to stay in San Juan. Book it now: you'll thank yourself when you're in PR!

Laura Keim: Great experience here! They picked us up from the airport, were great about recommending restaurants and places to shop, and it's a great location in San Juan. It's inexpensive compared to Viejo San Juan but a quick bus or Uber to all the tourist attractions.

Desde ollas y sartenes hasta sillas de playa.Está equipado con un sistema de aire acondicionado dual, que resultó muy útil.La seguridad de la recepción estaba muy bien informada y fue muy útil sobre dónde ir y qué ver. Ubicado en el piso 14, las vistas eran excepcionales. Simplemente sentarse en el balcón viendo cómo subían y bajaban las mareas era relajante.Inicialmente solo queríamos una escapada, pero este condominio ofrecía mucho más que eso. Cuando se nos acabó el tiempo. Odiamos tener que irnos. De hecho, disfrutamos mucho. Estamos planeando nuestro regreso a la unidad 1406 MUY PRONTO. Valió la pena cada centavo y para ser honesto. Habríamos pagado más... Hasta nuestro regreso. .. .¡¡¡Continuará!!!
