Benjamin Wood: United Rentals was the most professional and personal rental company I have ever experienced and I鈥檝e been doing construction for over 20 years. Jamie was my sales representative and he stayed in constant contact with me with texts and phone calls. We had to have our rental equipment on a specific day and time to meet our schedule. It was scheduled for delivery at 0730 and the driver arrived at 0731!!! Everything was seamless! Jamie stayed in contact with me throughout our rental and checked on us, our equipment and even asked how the job was going! Absolutely amazing.Jamie also connected me with an ANSI rated and certified trainer to come to the site to recertify our guys prior to work. Due to COVID our certifications had all expired. We were all from the lower 48 states and Jamie really helped us coordinate and communicate with the trainer! Jamie was absolutely incredible.And one day, Jamie showed up to the job site with local Puerto Rican bakery sweets for our guys! He even brought cold water and juice.Absolutely hands down the best customer service I have EVER had in 20 years of construction! Thank you Jamie and your entire team. The driver was polite and punctual! The counter representative was just as kind and polite. Thank you thank you thank you!
