Kevin Hargis: Everything here was great. The back building is a little hard to find at first not still decently easy. No frills but the apartment was clean, spacious and up to date. The host was very communicative and proactive. Decently priced for the area. Within walking distance of the convention center and T Mobile area. Safe and secure area. I will stay here again and am recommending to a friend who will be there in October.

John Rosario: I want to explain why there is so many different opinions of this building, the original owner sold many apartments to private people and he keeped many to himself, the private owners have really nice places to offer on airb&b and other rental apps, the original owner who keeps over 50 apartments for rent, doesn't give the tender loving care his apartments need, they are been furnished with old furniture from older hotels that sold old stuff, the staff working with this properties are a shame of what they are offering, if you are looking for a place to stay near the convention Center and affordable, this is the place but make sure is a private owner for a better experience, you can find my place on airbnb as Convention Center Suite View, probably a few dollars more but a beautiful, clean and beautiful view, I hope this is helpful to whoever reads this with the intention of staying near this area.

C A: Our stay at Andalucía Guest House was absolutely lovely. Roberto was super friendly, helpful, and gave us lots of great information about the area. Our rooms were clean, very comfortable, and had lots of amenities. The area is fantastic--incredibly close to a very nice beach plus there are a ton of cafes, bars, and restaurants within a short walk. While we didn't have a car, the guesthouse also offers off-street parking for anyone wishing to drive to explore areas outside of San Juan. We highly recommend Andalucia Guest House as the perfect accommodation for a vacation to San Juan!
Louis Thompson: Great place to vacation at. Roberto was an amazing host. I went a romantic get away with my girlfriend to Puerto Rico, and we absolutely loved staying here. Rooms were small, but we loved it. Very clean and only 2 blocks from the beach. Restaurants are very close by and there is a 24hr walgreens around the corner. We felt very safe and secure the entire time. Would definitely stay there again when return for our next trip there.Actividades cerca de mi ubicación: Beach is 2 short blocks away. Pierre Arsenec: expectation that guests treat the facility like it was your own, and not like you are on the stereotypical careless “spring break”. For example, if you leave permanent dark marks on their white towels, like after wiping your shoes or makeup with the towel, you will be charged for it, according to their written rules. Also, do not stuff the toilet with lots of toilet paper, as it is an old plumbing system and may get clogged. I had no problem with these rules and keeping the well kept room in great shape during my stay. However, if television is important to a guest, the guest may be disappointed. The television service included internet applications and an attached antenna, but the service froze up a few times and it didn't include cable service
Mr. From the Wish: The best guest house in Puerto Rico by far...what a great place , and Roberto is the perfect host on this beautiful island. This guest house is definitely what I recommend to everyone. And I would love to come back here. The guest house is close by al the good restaurants and bars close by calle loiza. Also, within 5 minutes, you are at the beautiful beach ⛱️ 😍 air-conditioning is available in all the rooms! Small fridge so you can store your own drinks cold! Just perfect for me and my wife al the way from the Netherlands 🇳🇱Muchas gracias Roberto! Hasta luego!

En aquel entonces, Fernando era el propietario y gerente, y no puedo agradecer lo suficiente a Fernando por cómo me trató no solo como huésped sino como miembro de la familia.Planeando reservar este verano de 2022, extrañé Puerto Rico y quiero volver después de tanto tiempo.
boricua4morena: My new favorite place in the Condado/OceanPark area. The costumer service in this place is supreme!! All of the workers are class A! Love this place even under construction the potencial is there to see! This place will be more amazing a soon is finished! I will stay here again for sure!
Brad Mac: This was a very secure place to stay and I enjoyed the peace of mind I had staying overnight . However there should be an amount of money set aside for pest control because I did look over at my food to find a number of bugs crawling and feeding when I woke up the next morning. I will say the staff went above and beyond and treated me and my party as family I wish they worked at all my hotel destinations.
