Grace S: Pravan is everything a primary care clinic should be! Went there for the first time yesterday, the facility was upscale and you can see they put so much thought into the decor. Their front office is amazing, I went to the pediatric side by mistake and the front desk personally escorted me to the correct facility. The check in process was seamless, they brought 20 kinds of tea for me to choose from and paired cookies. They are very proactive to my needs, they put my groceries in the fridge, asked me if I wanted to bring my tea with me to the treatment room. Everyone was so friendly. Luma my nurse practitioner was friendly, professional and listened to all my needs. The treatment was the most painless I had with all the extra precautions they put in place, I鈥檝e never seen those anywhere else. I鈥檝e worked in healthcare consulting for 9 years and Pravan is the future state we advise our clients to be.

I spent more time with Dr Carla on my first appointment than with any other doctors COMBINED. Pravan also helps book outside appointments and ensures I can be with other offices that are bilingual. Mainland doctors should take note, this is how medical care SHOULD be. Highly recommend.

Lynda Crager: I was hesitant to sign up for Pravan Health because of the cost but it has been well worth it! They help me navigate health care with ease in Puerto Rico. I wish I had done this 2 years ago! At my most recent Dr visit, Dr Duque took time to go over each lab result and explain the reason and meaning of the test and result. Along the way she made recommendations and then texted them to me in writing so that I could follow the plan. This is what caring about health looks like! Thanks Pravan

Agradezco a mis doctores Adrian Colon , Alfredo Colon , Edwin Torres porque gracias a su pronta intervenci贸n estoy viva. Agradezco a la enfermera que me atendi贸 cuando estuve en recovery que dobl贸 tuno para atenderme y a todo el personal de sala de operaciones por su compromiso y cuidados. Dios les multiplique en bendici贸n su entrega.Este hospital lo recomiendo un 200%.

Rosa Santos: Necesita mejorar. Aunque es un buen hospital. En algunas 谩reas el servicio de enfermera es p茅simo, no todos. Pides algo, por ejemplo alg煤n medicamento, y te dicen si va en camino, y no llega. Cuando miras en el counter est谩n todos amontonados o relajando. Cuando vuelves a preguntar se molestan, y te hablan con arrogancia. Se entiende que tiene mucho trabajo y que muchos pacientes no son f谩ciles, pero deben ser m谩s emp谩ticos. Ah, y hay enferme@s que se me echan el d铆a para sacar sangre y le dejan al paciente el brazo lleno de orificios. Uy! Si no sabes canalizar, busca ayuda. En fin, no son todos, porque s铆 los hay buenos. Para esto hay que tener vocaci贸n.
Iralda Cassol Pereira: El servicio se retrasa por horas sin explicaci贸n. Se programan citas, pero esto no se respeta. Sugiero que los horarios sean afectivos, ya que todos tenemos trabajo y actividades. No hay posibilidades. de quedarnos una ma帽ana entera esperando una cita, mucha gente en el mismo lugar.
