Gerald Tellez: I recently moved from Condado, San Juan to Canovanas this past week. The team were so professional and friendly and knew exactly what we needed. They wrapped all of our furniture up with care and loaded into their vehicle easily. We had a few large items that they had to hand carry down three flights of stairs as they wouldn't fit into the elevator. The team did it with a smile and asked how they did at the end. The rates are very reasonable and we of course gave them a nice holiday tip for their professionalism and making this stressful day just that much more peaceful. If you are looking to move with the island EC Movers are the ones to call. Good communication, great punctuality, and all my furniture was handled with care. We can't thank them enough. Raul Reyes: Excelente compañía para tu mudanza, el dueño se acomoda rápido a tu necesidad y de un día para otro me pudo acomodar para una segunda mudanza con él. Los muchachos aunque jóvenes, no trataron de cortar pasos, y desmontaron donde vieron tenian que desmontar, protegieron los cristales de forma efectiva y al momento de colocar la mudanza ponían los muebles en el cuarto y de la forma que les pidieses, si tuviera que mudarme otra vez, que espero que no, los volvería a contratar a ojos cerrados.

Joanie: Great customer service. We moved from Buffalo➡️Puerto Rico everything arrived within 14 to 16 days. It was door to door Service. Make sure that you have a list of your inventory at your new location you don’t have to be very detailed about it but over all what you have and make sure you specify that your things are used. We live in the country because we don’t live in the city. It did take five days for them to pick up the U-Pack but it wasn’t a big deal. The driver was very nice and even offered to help me unload but I had to much lol. The lady over the phone was very professional and informative. Thank you

Jennifer Santiago-Cruz: Totally satisfied. I used a U-pack Pod from Santa Isabel, PR to Orlando,FL. The Pod was left at home for me to pack everything on my own. I prefer that since I'm very careful with my belongings. Believe me, this 6x7x8 fits way more than you can imagine. I ended up packing a lot more than planned, I had 5 days to pack. I put my own lock to it. It arrived 6 days before the estimated 3 weeks. Everything turned out great. Customer service was amazing from reservation, the drop-off and pick-up, communication and when picking up at destination. Definitely I recommend this company.
