    Pablo Baez: Casual restaurant with very well prepared dishes, their pasta is specially good since it is always al dente a well made sauce very flavorful but not overpowering so as to kill the dish. The appetizers are also delicious particularly their pizzetta and the burrata which is always fresh.Service is friendly and prompt .The restaurant is indeed an osteria on Loíza street

    J M: . I didn't have a reservation and was seated immediately. The risotto was absolutely delicious, as was the pumpkin soup. I honestly felt transported back to Venice, Italy with the simple yet elegant decor. Two thumbs up, treat yourself to a delicious meal and enjoy the top-notch treatment from the fabulous servers!

Cooked at perfection. The server, Zuleyka was very polite, attentive, and timed everything perfectly. We did not feel rushed even though it was a bit later in the evening. Overall, I would come and visit again. It is a small intimate place so make reservations, they even brought me out a candle with whipped cream to wish me a happy birthday!Again this is some of the best food we have had yet on vacation! I’m obsessed, this was the best experience so far in PR. Come visit its worth every penny and cent. The bartender Angelica was also a beast!!!Update: just had the manchego cheese flan and Jesus I’m not sure if I will survive if I don’t have this again! This was astonishing! I’m so happy!!!

We are in town for the week from the U.S I may just be ignorant, but I wasn't sure what to expect going to an Italian restaurant in Old San Juan. However, the reviews I had read were not wrong. The food was delicious and quite authentic. We were able to be seated without reservations and the food arrived promptly. I highly recommend Sofia's if you happen to be in the area.

It was so good that the 18 of us returned 4 days later. The staff is super friendly and helpful - not only with our growth in Spanish but they helped us navigate the island and encouraged us to enjoy PR and make the most of our free time outside of class. We had plenty of time after class to go on adventures to beaches and rivers. We spoke different levels of Spanish so were placed in different levels. It's a great place for total beginners and intermediate speakers. The focus is on speaking real life Spanish that will work throughout the americas. Thanks again Isla!
