Jonathan: 352 Guest House Hotel Boutique fue un lugar increíble en el que alojarse. Las habitaciones estaban súper limpias y el personal fue súper amable y servicial con cualquier cosa que pudieras necesitar. El desayuno aquí fue genial. La azotea es muy bonita y está disponible para que todos los huéspedes pasen el rato. La ubicación es excelente y todo lo que quieras ir está a poca distancia. Definitivamente lo recomendaría.

Tranquilo, a poca distancia de todos los lugares de interés y atracciones del Viejo San Juan. Las habitaciones y el edificio eran encantadores y muy seguros, ¡pero la mejor parte fue el desayuno! Hecho a pedido todas las mañanas en un entorno hermoso, comida y café deliciosos, además de una hospitalidad increíble.
SCOTT KINKADE: Nuestra reciente estancia en 352 Guest House fue todo lo que esperábamos que fuera y más. Freddy y Teresa fueron muy amables y acogedores. Al llegar nos recibieron con mimosas y nos proporcionaron información sobre la propiedad y nuestra habitación. El edificio histórico estaba bellamente decorado, era acogedor e impecablemente limpio. Nuestra habitación era una de las dos que tenía un balcón que daba a la calle estrecha de abajo, donde disfrutamos de un café cada mañana y una copa de vino cada noche. También hay una hermosa terraza en la azotea con jacuzzi para disfrute de los huéspedes. Las ofertas de desayuno incluidas estaban hechas a pedido y absolutamente deliciosas. Freddy y Teresa también brindaron consejos sobre tours, atracciones, bares y restaurantes locales que nos parecieron muy útiles. No puedo decir lo suficiente sobre 352 Guest House. Sin duda será nuestra opción cada vez que visitemos Puerto Rico.

Charles Maguire: From the start, it was a wonderful experience. We were met at the door by the hotel manager as we pulled up. He brought us in and reviewed the amenities and rules, while we sipped on mimosas. The room was beautiful, spacious and extremely clean. The a la carte breakfast was delightful, and we felt like we were in a 5 star restaurant. Not just the food, but the coffee options too. The location was extremely convenient because it is a short 1 minute walk to Plaza de Colon, which is a common pickup spot for tours and Uber. Old San Juan is pretty safe already, but the security measures at the hotel eliminated any lingering thoughts of danger. The hotel staff bent over backward to make it an amazing experience. Probably the best hotel stay I've ever had. A++

Tom Duggan: We stayed seven nights. This is a beautiful hotel in a 300 year old building. Excellent, friendly staff. Good breakfast. Perfect location.Detalles destacados: The hotel is located in the heart of Old San and is surrounded by cafes, bars and restaurants. The area is very safe. The friendly staff provided good restaurant recommendations. They also recommended a walking tour which was fascinating.

So much more than a historic guest house; it was a beautiful, cool sanctuary to dip into after a busy day touring tropical San Juan. And the folks/staff who make it so are just...lovely. Dylan King: rooms do not have windows to the exterior. It is a first for me but I knew that when I booked it and you can open windows in the doors to the hallway to let in light or air. If you can get a room with a window that's the move but even still it's a great spot. The rooms have very tall
Dennis Miller: The hotel is within walking distance of the major attractions in San Juan. Our room was very quiet and spacious. The rooftop terrace offered a wonderful view of San Cristobal and the surrounding area. We enjoyed the hot tub which required a reservation in hourly increments. The breakfast was made to order and also excellent. The hotel employees were very friendly and accommodating. We look forward to our next stay here.

Teasia Cooper: Visited Ola Ocean Front Bistro recently, and while the food and drinks were just okay, the overall experience was pleasant. We started with the soup of the day, a beef stew, followed by tuna for me and salmon with spiced broccolini for my daughter. The dishes were alright, not the best we’ve had.However, the service from the staff was phenomenal. They were attentive and made us feel very welcome. The atmosphere was absolutely beautiful, and we had lovely seats right by the window. Despite the heavy rain that afternoon, we still enjoyed a great view of the water and the patio.If you’re looking for a place with great service and a stunning atmosphere, Ola Ocean Front Bistro is worth a visit. Just keep in mind that the food might not blow you away.

The staff KIARA, MICHELL, MARY, PAOLA and SOLEY provided us with 10-star service. This was our 5th time and Ola Ocean Front never fails to provide us with a high level of service. We live in downtown Miami and we come to visit our families every 6 months and this is our favorite spot to bring them and enjoy great food and service. THANK YOU OLA! We are not sure who are the Chefs in charge but they also deserve recognition. Reservation recommended!!! Cheers!

Excelente comida para el desayuno. La única queja fue que las sábanas de la cama podían ser reemplazadas y los vecinos eran ruidosos, pero eso no es su culpa. Das Jacques: Me alojé en Casa Wilson por 4 noches. La agente de recepción Carla fue increíblemente amable y muy servicial. El trabajo de Bryan en el turno de noche fue muy agradable. La propiedad está bien decorada y mantenida. El desayuno estaba bien, pero necesita mejorarse con otras opciones, ya tuve suficientes huevos revueltos jajaja. La habitación era bonita, pero necesitan mejorar la puerta porque faltaba la cerradura de seguridad, siento que cualquiera podría abrir la puerta. Aparte de eso, recomendaría esta casa de huéspedes a todos, cerca de la playa, restaurantes, autobuses, etc. Disfruté de mi estadía y definitivamente regresaré a Casa Wilson. Las señoras de la cocina fueron muy amables y agradables también.

Sin duda este hotel se merece 5 estrellas; y aún creo que tienen espacio para mejorar!El estacionamiento los hace casi perfectos; como no tienen estacionamiento, diría que no es perfecto, pero, es difícil encontrar un hospedaje con estacionamiento.

Kimberly Theora: The people are so friendly and passionate. Even when the power went out they went down the hall so that they could still serve some menu items. The tea menu is so long and the waffles are customizable. As someone who eats gluten-fre and dairy-free it was really nice to find the entire menu was available to me, not just a small section. I highly recommend this place, it has been my favorite restaurant of the whole island.Restricciones de dieta: Every waffle can be made gluten free and vegan.

The waffles are amazing, super fluffy, moist, and you can get them either sweet or savory! A must stop when in San Juan, you do not want to miss out on this. They have an amazing cocktail menu and a large selection of teas to choose from. Kristi Abreu: The absolute most wonderful experience! We were in Puerto Rico for 6 days and went twice it was so good. The owner explained his vision for an amazing waffle with top notch ingredients and he is so passionate about what he does that you can see it comes out in the food. I had 1/2 a crème brûlée waffle and it was delicious, warm, crunchy where they torched the top layer of sugar and creamy inside. My daughter had the whole Nutella waffle and it was so good she ate it all! My husband had the BLT and it was another home run. The iced matcha green tea was also very good, and the sangria to die for. When in old San Juan definitely come try it!
Jayme Benabides: 100% recommend this place! We were diverted to PR for the night and our hotel did not serve breakfast. We came across this place by the other wonderful reviews and let me tell you, every bit of it is true! The owners were so welcoming and inviting. They explained the their why, which is perfect and how they came to be. They served the best coffee I think I have ever had and the meal was prepared to order. The ingredients are all fresh and they really take pride in what they do! Take it from me and the hundreds of others who recommend this place. I was able to take a piece of PR home in my heart. Thank you for what you do! You really helped my family truly enjoy a meal together! We talked about the different flavors of both savory and sweet and the coffee! If I could have, I would have tried everything on the menu!

Mark McRae: Location is close to many hotspots in old San Juan . Very clean and seems well maintained. Elevator seemed work fine going up however had a sign on 3rd floor that it wasn't operational. Coffee was not free $4 for a Americano,. Fríendly staff but didn't offer any site seeing tips . Air conditioner got cold in morning. They couldn't find remote because normally they keep in the office, however it was in the room, which I didn’t know because I didn’t see it until later but overall very quaint But I thought it was a little overpriced for what you got but great locationActividades cerca de mi ubicación: Next block is many bars and restaurants however it’s kind of away from major sightseeing attractionsSeguridad: I felt relatively safe walking around in the area however it wasn’t very late at nightPosibilidad de caminar: There are things that are close by, however, didn’t seem to be exactly too many hotspots nearby

Brian Flynn: After a rough start . We lost electricity on the first night, and it never came back on . I believe her name was Allison, and she was outstanding. She moved us to an updated unit that was amazing. She was so sweet and concerned over our situation that she truly made us feel like we were her only concern even though there were other customers that were having the same problem. Mercedes Pons: We’re for 2 nights. It’s very very well located in old San Juan. Walking distance to restaurants, night life and historical sites.Breakfast is not included, but it’s very good. I loved the latte coffee and Pasia breakfast had some delicious arepas.On the top roof a nice pool with seats to chill out and beautiful views.Uber from airport was around 25$ and I’m really enjoying my time here.Habitaciones: Rooms are very spacious with kitchen, AC, TV. We had a bedroom with king bed. And there was a sofa bed in the living room that we used for my son. Only one bathroom in the bedroom. It worked for us because we’re all family.

She obliged but it was off putting.- [ ] Check in was early but it would behoove management to make sure staff give guests checking in a run down of the amenities and facilities; operating time for the restaurant, how to get room service, location of microwave, ice machine, water cooler, and procedure for entering the property after hours. A simple one pager with hotel information left in the room would be helpful and welcoming.- [ ] I was asked to wear an identifying bracelet the entire time I was visiting and was still asked a few times by different staff members if I was staying in the hotel. If I am asked to wear it, staff should look before asking as I didn’t wear any long sleeves while visiting.Overall a good stay. I feel like there need to be some minor tweaks to staff training and communicating with guests.
CreativeSource1: I love my number one beach house. I live in the neighborhood so I’m biased. This post is for the restaurant not the hotel. The food is fresh and they have daily drink and food specials. You need to meet a minimum spend to consume here and there is a time limit for staying keeping a table. There is a 3 hour limit and I have always seen it really busy but it wasn't very busy when we were there. Food is pretty good, we got all the items from the sharable menu. Overall it's a really good vibe if the weather is nice outside, but there's also inside seating.

David Dendic: ¡Quizás el mejor hotel que puedas visitar en San Juan! Viajo mucho a PR y he visitado casi todos los hoteles posibles de allí. Este es simplemente especial. Se las arreglaron para crear una atmósfera que trae paz al alma. Es como un BNB enorme, solo que con todos los beneficios del hotel. El personal del hotel es muy amable, también ofrecen una variedad de actividades extra como masajes, yoga en la playa y similares por precios muy asequibles. En general, un gran hallazgo en San Juan. Definitivamente lo visitaré nuevamente. 10/10!

La intencionalidad y el pensamiento al diseñar el hotel son impresionantes. Jessi Medina: This location is amazing. The whole vibe of the Dreamcatcher is top tier. Beautiful rooms, awesome location within walking distance of the beach and plenty of spectacular dining options. The experiences we booked through the Dreamcatcher were also great. We booked a rainforest hike, a massage, and a snorkeling trip and each of them were perfect. All of the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The chefs also make amazing breakfast options if you don't feel like heading into town and getting breakfast.

Our room had an outdoor shower that was so fun! There are about 3-5 different breakfast spots within 2 blocks that were so nice to be able to access. I felt safe the entire time I stayed here and would definitely stay here again!
Michael DiNunzio: The place is located in a gated community but this area is very clean and organized. The surrounding areas is safe like all PR. The beach is 1 min down the street the place gives you chairs and towels. The only issue we had was the AC wasn't working when we got there. They did fix with no problems things do happen. The young lady at night she is very nice and helpful with a great attitude.Parking is on the street so be ready to find a spot. Plenty of restaurants and things to do around this place.Get out of San juan and enjoy the views especially the caves.One thing they do their own trips to the rainforest and Giovanni is the best. He took us through the rivers and we got to do a concert in his vehicle that me and my wife will never forget. Thanks for that experience. En el menú hay desde desayuno, comidas o lunch, y café, hasta una amplia variedad de cócteles, incluyendo una cerveza de chocolate💗. El servicio excelente, precios competitivos y razonables, los meseros y bartender atentos, amables y dan buenas sugerencias, la comida muy rica, probé desayuno, y 2 días después regresé por el lunch 😋. Recomiendo el Wrap de Salmón, y la cerveza local San Juan, cierra aprox. 5pm. No te lo pierdas. Lo vale.

Victor-Luke Agbeibor: Great restaurant in the Condado area near Ashford avenue. The atmosphere is top tier and the servers were friendly and vigilant. I ate one of the best burgers I’ve ever had. Period. My group even came back the next day for more. The prices are unbeatable relative to the surrounding area. They also have a nice bar with great drink options. Highly recommend whether you’re looking for a date night or a chill night out with friends. The only thing is service is somewhat slow if you’re used to US service. However this is typical of Puerto Rico dining as a whole. I say it’s worth it.Furthermore, there’s a very nice speakeasy next door if you’re looking for a spot to relax, chat, or do both.

Nicky Quillinan: I can not say enough nice things about this place… top notch service all around. The staff is super friendly and always compliments you and tells you to enjoy the day. The beach crew are THE BEST always there to set up chairs and umbrellas you. The beach was so hot they brought around ice pops and ice cold minty washcloths to cool off with. I’ve never experienced this in my life. There are also so many activities by the pool for all ages. I was here last year for 3 nights and this time 5 nights. The only bad thing I will say is there is A LOT of renovations going on right now. They are improving for the future but it was a little noise and a few inconveniences.I will def be back in the future!! Thanks all around for a great 5 nights.
Lisa Quach: Stayed in Room 1111 mid-July. The room had 2 double beds. Bathroom tub could use an upgrade but everything else was clean. The balcony was private and the oceanfront room had an amazing view. Housekeeping came everyday:For elite members, you can go next to the lobby to get water, soda, chips during the day from concierge. You can choose between points or breakfast coupon… the coupon is for the buffet at the restaurant next to the pool area. There is an omelet bar, fruits, meats & cheese, pastries, bacon, sausage, quinoa, scrambled eggs, smoked salmon, and some other things… it’s not like an all-inclusive resort breakfast but it was not bad at all. Included mimosas. On Friday night, there was also a cocktail hour event for elite members in the lobby/bar. They provided small items as sliders and desserts. Parking for elite members is also reduced. The valet parking guys are soooo nice!They have a schedule of events such as movie night or s’mores…The staff was wonderful. They gave me a small bottle of wine in a gift bag when I mentioned it was my birthday.The casino bar is open until 3am and Angel is one of the best bartenders ever. Makes a really good Miami Vice too! They will give you $30 “match” coupon… go to service desk and they’ll give you what looks like Monopoly money and you can use with your cash to make a bet… gotta spend money to make money.Location: nearby restaurants… there’s a variety within walking distance… for late night, dulce la vida and the spot next door is open until 4am… there is also a Walgreens and 24hour store next the hotel so you can always buy what you need… including liquor. They stop selling liquor at 2am!There are people on the beach to set up chairs for you. You can order food and they’ll bring it to you. Card or Room charge only. There’s also a guy who sells these pineapple slush things inside a pineapple, it’s $20 with liquor and completely worth it!!!Would only stay here if I came back to PR.

Brandon Cleaver: Outstanding experience. The staff was completely awesome. There were a few minor things that came up. But was well overlooked. I wish I remembered everyone’s name who helped. My only complaint was eating outside for breakfast, was a bad experience especially for the price, but they have a bakery inside which I do recommend. They gave us an oceanfront upgrade. That was very much appreciated. Overall amazing experience. One thing that is undeniable was the housekeeping service was outstanding. Absolute kudos to the housekeeping team. The hotel felt very clean and safe!
