Tiffani Brown: My parents and I had an excellent dinner at Cana restaurant. The best meal of our 5 day vacation in Puerto Rico! Felix was our server and made us feel like family. He provided such warm service and made great meal suggestions. We had a relaxed dinner by the beach and stayed until closing. Never felt rushed and will be back for breakfast!
Christine Shoyinka: We had the most wonderful experience! Not only were we in awe of the hotel, pool and beach, the entertainment was also spectacular! Olga Abreu took wonderful care of our room. She was so sweet and kind. Olga did all she could to make us feel comfortable and at home. We were very blessed to have amazing people taking care of us. Mara, another staff member took care of us like family. This was our kids’ first time in Puerto Rico. They will have these wonderful memories forever.
William Stone: The night is almost over and the F&B manager, Fabio, comes over to make sure everything was spectacular. I know all these people because here they make sure you’re treated like family and that anything and everything is done to make your stay amazing!!!

Ambas me trataron super bien y quedé super complacida, ambas son super chulas y amables..Tienen que ir donde ellas si o si, las dejarán bellas con las actividades que realizan… Por otro lado, la estancia en el lugar ha sido muy agradable! La piscina muy relax y el clima ayudó mucho.. La comida super buena y todos muy atentos…

Jorge Juan fue mi recibidor y camarero en ese momento y me recomendó algunas excelentes opciones de menú para cenar y beber y parecía como si yo fuera el invitado principal. ¡Gracias Juan por la experiencia, te lo agradecemos!
Madeleine San Martin: My husband and I come to Puerto Rico once a year, and we always make sure to book a day pass for a seaside cabana at the Fairmont el San Juan hotel pool. Today, we had Jorge Juan taking care of us at our cabana and the service was absolutely amazing! He made sure we had everything we needed throughout our 6 hour stay. He was super kind and communicative, and he helped to make our day a great one! Thank you Jorge Juan!

Selene Ruiz: Actualizacion:Hoy 13 de agosto 2024 he vuelto a este fui a regañadientes por que no me gusto cuando fui la primera vez, pues lo han arreglado no olía mal todo organizado remodelado y limpio los felicitoNota inicial:No me gusta dar reseñas malas y no se si vengo con la mente y acostumbrada de los walmart de Florida pero este es un desastre Los pasillos no están identificados, si le preguntas a un trabajador donde esta el pasillo o isla A9 no tienen idea de lo que se habla Ademas que siempre hablan entre ellos y si pides ayuda pareciera que le molesta en fin eso no me importa pero la empresa corporativa nada le cuesta hacer unas señales de pasillo que eso facilita localizar del producto. Pues ire a conocer otro a ver si corro con mas suerte

Fun casino at night, good meeting rooms for our conference, and centrally located to so many places by a quick ride share.Actividades cerca de mi ubicación: We did not walk much. We took ride shares around the city and found it quick and easy to get to Old San Juan, restaurants or the beach.Comidas y bebidas: The Japanese restaurant was so good! Very creative sushi items!
