Grace S: Pravan is everything a primary care clinic should be! Went there for the first time yesterday, the facility was upscale and you can see they put so much thought into the decor. Their front office is amazing, I went to the pediatric side by mistake and the front desk personally escorted me to the correct facility. The check in process was seamless, they brought 20 kinds of tea for me to choose from and paired cookies. They are very proactive to my needs, they put my groceries in the fridge, asked me if I wanted to bring my tea with me to the treatment room. Everyone was so friendly. Luma my nurse practitioner was friendly, professional and listened to all my needs. The treatment was the most painless I had with all the extra precautions they put in place, I’ve never seen those anywhere else. I’ve worked in healthcare consulting for 9 years and Pravan is the future state we advise our clients to be.

Lynda Crager: I was hesitant to sign up for Pravan Health because of the cost but it has been well worth it! They help me navigate health care with ease in Puerto Rico. I wish I had done this 2 years ago! At my most recent Dr visit, Dr Duque took time to go over each lab result and explain the reason and meaning of the test and result. Along the way she made recommendations and then texted them to me in writing so that I could follow the plan. This is what caring about health looks like! Thanks Pravan

Otherwise beautiful service.. // UPDATE: I don't think the owner understood my point. I appreciate your response, I understand that the prices are reflected for the quality of the products and the work that is around the blowout. I am well aware of the quality, and I Never complained about that. AWESOME quality and BEAUTIFUL work from the colorists. I just WISHED they could inform you before that all the products, shampoo, and this "super expensive" product, that they use at the time of the blowout, was 55 dlls, etc. I wish I can recommend your services but if I ever do, I will inform to be really careful about all the extras- add ons, as those can go up to 125 dlls over the price for the service.

After walking into 4 other salons that couldn’t help me, I found this place. It was a great experience - the girls who work there were super nice and accommodating.
