Alex Diaz: I had such an amazing experience that I felt compelled to write this review and I barely write them.They were the only dental office who actually picked up the phone and were able to get me in the next day. Angel was not only incredibly knowledgeable and but also took his time to educate me on my options for helping me with my dental emergency.They have definitely garnered my longterm business! If you’re looking for top notch care I highly recommend checking them out!
Sal M.: This is, by far, the best medical appointment you will have on this island. All of the staff seem to be hand selected for their knowledge and "bedside manner". Each technician took time to know me, and even when difficult, explain things in English when I needed [I'm still learning]. The doctors and techs were fast at work, and never left me waiting needlessly. Everyone was highly educated, and I noticed, when in doubt, they will pause and ask for advice. Maybe I'm just traumatized from other types of doctors on the island [respect] but, this is an office I recommend whole heartedly. Above and beyond all offices and doctors. Nancy Howland Walker: I broke a tooth while on a cruise ship. The next port was San Juan, and I called when we got there to see if Ashford Dental could take me. They could, they did, and they were wonderful!Dr. Cruz asked questions and really listened to my concerns. He gave me an option of a less expensive, temporary fix that could get me home. I so appreciate that, because it shows that they aren’t in it to just get as much money as possible.And Dr. Cruz was extremely gentle and nice, and he talked me through the whole procedure. Highly recommended!

Los precios me parecen extremadamente razonables, especialmente teniendo en cuenta la experiencia. Hoy tenía una cita para 2 empastes a la 1:00 p.m. y estaba en mi auto camino a casa a la 1:35. ¡No puedo recomendarlos lo suficiente!

First Medical no cubrió la operación. Pero las citas de otros maxilofaciales estaban lejïsimo y tenía urgencia. Me operó el Dr. Julio Guzmán con una experiencia notable en su labor y quedé en excelentes condiciones. GRACIAS AL CREADOR Y A TODOS POR SU ATENCIÓN. Fué una muy buena experiencia. Ojalá todas las oficinas médicas tuvieran la misma atención.
