Nicky Quillinan: I can not say enough nice things about this place… top notch service all around. The staff is super friendly and always compliments you and tells you to enjoy the day. The beach crew are THE BEST always there to set up chairs and umbrellas you. The beach was so hot they brought around ice pops and ice cold minty washcloths to cool off with. I’ve never experienced this in my life. There are also so many activities by the pool for all ages. I was here last year for 3 nights and this time 5 nights. The only bad thing I will say is there is A LOT of renovations going on right now. They are improving for the future but it was a little noise and a few inconveniences.I will def be back in the future!! Thanks all around for a great 5 nights.

Sandra Callwood: Cerca del aeropuerto, por lo que Uber fue muy conveniente. La habitación era muy espaciosa y el desayuno caliente era muy bueno. Las tortillas se hicieron a pedido y eran bastante sabrosas. El personal fue muy amable y servicial. De hecho, volvimos solo para cenar en uno de los restaurantes del hotel, El Patio. La comida y las bebidas eran realmente buenas.

Tiffani Brown: My parents and I had an excellent dinner at Cana restaurant. The best meal of our 5 day vacation in Puerto Rico! Felix was our server and made us feel like family. He provided such warm service and made great meal suggestions. We had a relaxed dinner by the beach and stayed until closing. Never felt rushed and will be back for breakfast!

Richard D'Anjolell: Courtyard Isla Verde Beach ResortWe discovered the Courtyard Isla Verde Beach Resort because of their oceanfront dining.The Sirena Restaurant boasts lovely views and tasty food. We decided to book a suite for the week and were pleased with the service and food quality. We found a number of good restaurants outside of the resort but kept coming back for lunch or dinner.Sirena Restaurant is that good. Our waiters, Raphael, Rosa, and Jose did a fine job of suggesting wines and leading us to excellent food choices. The Tuna Tartar, Scallops, and Short Rib with gnocchi were delightful. All the fish entrees were cooked to perfection. The homemade pasta with meat sauce was on point. Tony the bar manager took excellent care of our needs. He was quite busy helping at all the various food outlets. Elvin did an amazing job of serving all those lovely exotic drinks at the swim up pool bar . Fernado, the pool attendant, was entertaining and efficient.The hotel is in the process of extensive remodeling so be sure to call directly before booking a room. We enjoyed our ocean front suite and will be back again soon.
