Stephanie Ford: Oh my goodness! What a great way to see Old San Juan! Our guide stopped and gave us information on the history, she was funny, and we got some awesome photos. We had time to tour the oldest church and eat fresh mangoes from a tree. We did a tour with just myself, my husband and our adult kids. We're used to bike helmets and other safety measures, so those requirements were fine for us. We went in the mirning, while the weather was cooler. Shirts and t-shirts and tennis shoes worked great for our tour. Nancy was our guide, and she had plenty if water and a fantastic restaurant recommendation for us to try for lunch.Highly recommend if you are a moderate bicycle rider!

Gave us a whole bike route to do so we could see popular tourist locations. Gave us a great layout of the city, where to bike, where not to bike, where the bike paths were. We had so much fun exploring the city and then we had a serious bike ride on the way back. We felt like we knew the whole city after. Thanks Nancy!

Brenda Lawlor: I'm so glad I found this business! We like to book our own things instead of through the cruise ship, saves money and more goes directly to the local company! These are great bikes, e-bikes they look tiny but they're powerful and so fun! I'm a newbie riding one but I did great. Good power and good brakes, they provide helmet and a lock so you can go swimming or in a museum or whatever and not worry about the bike. Thank you Robert!

Chris Humphreys: We recently tried paddle boarding. The owner was super courteous and knowledgable. Would definitely recommend. The only downside is the bay doesn't have a ton to do - although we did go to the opposite side and find a locals beach that was a lot of fun.

There's a nice bike trail most of the way & a green bike lane on streets where there was no actual bike path. We had a great time. They also rent watercraft for use in the large Condado lagoon. We enjoyed it so much we returned a few days later.

Sunil Thomas: The tour was amazing and informative. Was a little concerned about doing a tour on a segway since we've never ridden one, but it was so much easier than it looks. After the training and the first ten minutes of the tour we were all experts.
Rene Guerra: Jose started us off with training on how to use a Segway which I found to be extremely helpful. It really paid off during the tour and I had no mishaps. Jose was an excellent tour guide and shared very interesting history about Puerto Rico during the tour. He took us to the major landmarks and others we would not have found or maybe overlooked. It took two hours when it could have taken at least 4-5 hours by foot and in the heat. We saved time, learned a lot, had fun, and had plenty of energy left for our next adventure. It was worth every dollar spent and highly recommended Jose and Segway Tours Puerto Rico.

P: Wow! What a great experience!!!I definitely recommend this to anyone visiting PR. Our guide was very informative and gave us the history on PR as well as some fun facts! Operating the Segway was tricky at first but after 5 minutes you get used to it. I recommend if you have a small backpack/cross body bag you bring it and pack water and sunscreen. The sun was beating on us the majority of the time.Because of booking and limited time slots we did this tour on our last day, but I would of loved to do this in the beginning of our trip.

svsunset Van: This is a great company!! We called as soon as we disembarked from our cruise and they showed up immediately with our 4 bikes. We were able to just leave them at the dock with locks provided and call them to let them know. Very courteous and efficient. Highly recommend

Kimberly Pham: I have mixed feelings about their customer service. I contacted them via instant message in the morning to inquire about bike availability and reserve one. They responded promptly and were very courteous. I reserved a bike for the noon slot and arrived on time to find the bikes but no indication of where to check in. After asking some staff at Oyster Shack, I learned that the person in charge of the bikes was on a lunch break and had to wait for them. While waiting, a couple arrived and were able to rent a bike immediately upon finding the person in charge. This left me feeling frustrated and wondering why they were able to receive prompt service while I had to wait. However, I still had a good time on the bike, despite some minor issues like a loose phone holder. They charged me an extra $15 for going over my allotted time by 30 minutes. Overall, I recommend renting a bike from them and exploring the island, but be aware that their service can be inconsistent. I'm not sure if they offer it every Monday, but renting for two hours gets you an additional hour for free.

Emily King: Amazing experience! New experience for me. E-bikes San Juan was easy to book, quick, and the staff was so helpful and caring. We rented electronic bikes for 3 hours and had time to ride around for drinks and play at the beach. You get a bike lock too. The electronic bikes made it so easy to use. Just be careful of traffic. Have fun 🚲 🇵🇷

Roger Romero: We had a great experience. The co op was right down the street from our hotel and great food in the area. Great communication with staff. The locks are integrated into the bikes for easy use. 24hr rental was best deal in town. Bikes worked great. Some challenging hills. But so much fun. Highly recommend; will rent again. Rode from co op to Castillo San Felipe del Morro. Stopping at a few beaches along the way. Then hit the town at night for dinner. Maybe 30-35km in the day.

Gabriella: My wife and I did the Santurce art bike tour and it was great. Kathleen is an awesome person to get to learn from. Even though I grew up here, I learned so much history that I wasn’t taught growing up.We loved every second of it and it gave me the confidence to rent their bikes the following day to go out for a few hours. Definitely worth renting from Cultura Bici instead of the bikes from bicipop and kick cause the few times I tried those the brakes didn’t work and the pedals were bad. Biking is the most efficient way to get around the metro area. Get your bike rentals here they made it so easy! Paint Lab: I rented a 7speed bike to take on a weeklong bike packing trip. The bike was in great condition and the owner was so sweet and caring enough to make sure I was equipped with all of the necessities required for a week long adventure! She was very clear about how to work the bike and proper use the helmet/lights. Safety was #1. I would absolutely rent a bike from here again! I also know that they offer tours.. the owner seemed very knowledgeable about the city streets from a cyclists perspective and had great recommendations for food/coffee/art galleries, so when I return I plan to take a tour as well!

JL Leepers: Everything went smooth, the guide was awesome and the trail was so much fun. Be sure to book ahead, bring bug repellant, eye and face/head coverings and be prepared to get dirty.....but definitely worth it!
Aline Arewa: I highly recommend this tour, we had a great time! We did 7 ziplines & the Beast, which apparently the Monster is most popular as it’s half a mile longer, super fun either way. You could upgrade at the place if you change your mind and want to do all of them.The Ziplines at Toro Verde were amazing and fun. I’d recommend wearing pants or leggings otherwise the bands will dig into your legs. Also wear tennis shoes as when you walk from one zip line to another the trail can get pretty steep. I wore white tennis shoes and they barely got dirty.Jerry was our guide and he made the tour so enjoyable! He was so attentive to everything, made great conversation, and gave a great tour and recommendations. When he picked us up from our hotel in San Juan he gave a mini tour of San Juan while picking up the other parties which made the tour even more interesting.The food at the end was fantastic, my package didn’t include food but Jerry got our order at the beginning so it’d be ready by the time we finished. It was an additional $12 for an entree and full size drink. I got mamposteado with grilled chicken and Maduro, great portion size and super yummy.
Sunshine McKissick: Has the most amazing experience for our zip line tour. Jerry was our driver and best tour guide I’ve ever had he care some much and could tell so much about the island. He really made the experience so much fun, low stress and he cared so much I am very thank goodness him. The zip line part was as imagined AMAZING one of the best things I’ve done in my life
Joey & Cathy Canlas: They were very responsive in answering any questions we had about the excursion and using the website to make plans was easy. Jerry was our driver/excursion rep and he was great. Gave great tips on what to do, where and what to eat, and recommendations on other activities that our group might enjoy. He was punctual in picking us up and he made the ride engaging with different facts on significant locations we passed on the way to the activity. I would definitely recommend Tours 4 Less for similar excursion-type activities.

Nábyla Feitosa: The two tour guy was very fun and helpful with everything, but I honestly got a little disappointed with the bioluminescent bahia. I thought it would be at least a little closer from the pictures we see on their website, but it was totally different. It worth it the experience, but next time I will definitely do something different.

Victor Ojeda: We visited Puerto Rico this 2019! You must visit this island. Is an easy flight from NY . This people loved us they are very welcoming and kindly.We did everything! Well a little less.... feom atvs, Kayaking, Jetski, catamaran, helicopters, horseback riding and ziplines we did it all!The best zipline tour in Puert Rico and in the world. The Monster is the longest zipline in the world. Thanks to Michael for everything he made for us! We will see you next year!
