Megan Lynn: I reserved a luxury escalade with Royal Star and my overall experience was pleasant, although I thought it was a bit pricey. The driver was already waiting for my group with a sign with my name on it when we arrived to San Juan. He went to grab the car while we waited for our luggage which is a plus so we don't have to wait any longer. I thought the car looked extremely sharp and he drove us to the hotel in a timely manner. I would defiantly recommend this company.
