The pool staff was great - providing treats to guests while they enjoyed the pool. Breakfast buffet was great. In room amenities are great. All around a great place to stay and have a break from real life.

William Schneider: This was an excellent stay. Been that is my first time in Puerto Rico it was really special to stay here. The details and ammenities are everywhere in this hotel and that really took it to the next level for me. Pools are beautiful and well taken care of. Manuel from the pool was really great. Jeff Ramsey: I looked at many Google reviews before our visit. I would like to say thanks for all your help. We met up with friends at Condado Vanderbilt to celebrate our birthdays. Let me say booking thru my AMEX Platinum card was a great deal. Breakfast buffet for two daily. Ends around 11 am daily. The value alone for the buffet for two was $100.00. Plus we were able to check in at Noon, if available. We couldn't as our room wasn't ready. Late check out at 4pm. Plust $125.00 resort credit to use for food or drink. We had a Commodore Ocean Front suite which was very nice. Two balconies. PLUS, we had our own butler. Enma, our butler was FANTASTIC!! He emailed me a few days before our trip letting us know he would be our butler and asked if we needed any help. I asked for him to help us arrange ground transportation to and from airport. NOTE, BAHIA Transportation was nice, etc. but was expensive. $110.00 to the Hotel which was about a 15 min ride. Our driver did not lift one finger to help me with my luggage, which we had two large suitcases and two carry ons. I pulled my back the day before so this wasn't good. I asked Enma after arriving to cancel our ride back and got an UBER Black to take us back at the cost of $24.00. Would recommend UBER Black for transportation. Anyway, back to hotel. The staff was so GREAT!! I mean best staff anywhere we have stayed. We have stayed at many fine hotels, Ritz, Intercontinental, Willard in DC,etc. They didn't have no in their vocabulary. When we celebrated my birthday on a Saturday, my wife reached out to Enma, our butler for help. He set up the room while we were at the pool with a bday cake, balloons, plates for charcuterie board my wife wanted to prepare, 8 champagne glasses, as well as a bottle of champagne on ice!!! I didn't see any charge either on my bill for all this. My wife wanted to tip him specifically for this occasion, so she found him and gave him a tip. Victor, working the entrance area of hotel was spectacular. Made sure to greet me by name every time we entered or left hotel. Paiulo, hostess in buffet was so great in making sure we got what we needed in the restaurant where the buffet was. Amid made spectacular omelets for us at the omelet station. Enma, our butler was very instrumental in checking in during our stay seeing how were were doing via text. Like having your own assistant. He was very helpful giving us ideas on restaurants of what we were looking for, then he would call and make our reservations for us and confirm back to me time, etc. Ropa Vieja was one of our favorites. Tayzan, Chinese, Sushi, and PR food was not great. I would not go back. Serafina, next door to CVH was awesome as well. Great walking distance to Marriott Stellaris Casino. LaConcha Casino didn't do it for us. Highly recommend the walk to Stellaris. Also, there is a market right across the street called H & R Food and Liquors that has a quite a bit of selection of liquor/beer, as well as food items and prepared food such as sandwiches prepackaged. We had a nice sub zero smaller fridge in our room as well as a nice ice maker. Nespresso type machine that uses the pods which were provided. Alto Grando was the pods of choice. The cigar lounge was quite small as I generally sat outside to smoke a cigar once in a while. Tacos and Tequila was good as well. They gave me and my wife both a margarita on the day of my birthday. The pool drinks were awesome. Condado Express was our favorite. Medalla Beer is awesome as well. Low carb with great taste. Airport Duty Free Store sells liquor, beer, and coffee on your way out so you can take home some treasures. Alto Grande coffee was our favorite. Again, CVH was spectacular stay. We want to go back again soon. Knowing what we know now, wouldn't change a thing. Was so relaxing and again, STAFF WAS SPECTACULAR!!!

Genevieve Ingal: Location, ambiance, food and drinks were all on point. We had the rack of lamb as main dish, the shredded lamb on top to tostones for appetizer and their version of old fashioned and the Besito de Coco, their version of piña colada for drinks. Food was perfectly cooked with the flavors perfectly balanced. The Besito de Coco was so yummy and delectable. It is probably the best piña colada I've ever had. It has been four days since our dinner there and we are still thinking about going for another visit! Jafe, our server, was accommodating and helpful with recommendations. All in all, it was a great visit. We will definitely go back on our next visit to San Juan!

Random Knowbody: I loved the vibe here. I came on a Wednesday night and there was live music. I loved the ambiance and the location was very cute. Everyone was pleasant, friendly and helpful. Now onto the food. It was TOO salty. The rice was so hard it was sticking to my teeth. I had to have to sent back because it was too crunchy. My waitress didn't have a problem with me sending it back and she brought out a nice fresh bowl of rice that was a lot better. I got the whole friend snapper and I couldn't finish it because it was EXTREMELY salty. I am Jamaican, I LOVE fish so I was very disappointed in leaving half the fish on my plate. I am not sure if it was because the fish is straight from the sea or what, they have to pipe down on the salt. Make sure you ask them to use a little less for your food. If I could do it again, maybe I would visit but I'd get something else. I like the cutesy-ness of the restaurant but the food wouldn't bring me back.

Sharon DC: later on as we tried to finish our entrée. From the Can Can Pork Chop, Caldoso Lobster Rice, Caribbean Risotto, and Ropa Vieja which were plated nicely and huge in portions....it was all delicious. We swallowed it all down with the refreshing frozen drinks they had to offer.Alondra continued to be courteous by suggesting to my youngest the chicken strips with a side as her entrée. She even gave her the option of how it should be cooked: grilled or fried. Truly appreciated her kindness and attention to detail.At this point we were already in a food coma and couldn't go for desserts. We had to pack our leftovers and will continue to enjoy at home.Our dining experience was fantastic and we appreciated Alondra's thoughtful service which made it even better.

Andrew Koutalakis: We had Rabbit Fricassee, Smoked Pork and Chicken Sausage, Smoked Pork Meat, and the Yam, Eggplant and Squash Pastelon. Fish croquettes for an appetizer. Everone enjoyed their meals and cocktails. Service was outstanding. Great atmosphere and interior. My wife said she saw men at a table outside enjoying cigars and having a great time. Would recommend for groups and families alike.

Sophie Koutalakis: Had a lovely family dinner. Our waitress was very knowledgeable about the restaurants vendors and the menu. She described the dishes we ordered to us, so we knew exactly what we were getting. Everything is fresh and farm to table, and their vendors are commited to increasing biodiversity. I shared the fish croquettes with my family, simply amazing. They are an appetizer so they are a smaller portion, but it was just enough before our main course split between me and my three other family members. For my main course I got the pastelón, which I thoroughly enjoyed. Everyone in my family ordered something different, and we ended up trying something from all of our dishes because it looked so good! My mom got the rabbit fricassee, my father the smoked pork meat, and my brother the smoked pork meat with chicken sausage. Everything was so amazing I wish I could have ordered multiple dishes! You get what you pay for too, the portions are perfectly sized.

louis-jack pozner: Un ambiente íntimo y acogedor con un excelente menú. El servicio es tranquilo pero es agradable relajarse con una buena comida. El pato siempre es delicioso. La mousse de chocolate fue decepcionante para el postre. Es un ambiente para adultos, con una buena selección de vinos y bebidas, en la calle principal del viejo San Juan. No turístico, con clase.

This restaurant was recommended to us by a friend during our first trip to PR and we haven’t made a trip since without enjoying a meal here. 3 so far. The staff measure their tenure in decades, the service is impeccable, and the food is amazing. Our most recent visit was for our rehearsal dinner with a group of 16. Organizing this event with the owner Sylma could not have been easier. Her communication, flexibility, and attention to detail made planning easy and the event flawless. If you’re looking for incredible food with top notch service in a relaxed atmosphere, Tres Cent Once is your place.

El vino también era bueno. El servicio fue directo y cortés. El ambiente del restaurante es informal pero sofisticado y acogedor. Cada plato fue elaborado con experiencia y atención al detalle. Fue una gran experiencia y volvería sin dudarlo. Muy recomendable si estás de visita en San Juan.

Emma Masters: Amazing service and a great way to end your trip. The food is very rich and so although some portions might be smaller, you won't want more because after the free soup, youll be full! Other items are huge servings like the Goat and the Carne Frita, which were both loved by the table. The octopus was very unique and the best I've ever had. Our service was very kind and they paid great attention to detail in terms of how the table felt and what we enjoyed. We came with an early reservation. Book a table if you go!

Pamela Mendez: I just want to start off by saying I NEVER write reviews on any restaurant but for Casita Miramar I HAD to! Casita Miramar has been the best restaurant I have been to in Puerto Rico! I went with a large group and EVERYONE said their food was delicious!!! Our waiter Gabriel was awesome he answered all questions was very attentive and overall provided GREAT service !! Everything about this restaurant was amazing food, vibe/atmosphere. I would 10/10 recommend this restaurant to anyone coming to PR. If you don’t come here you are truly missing out.

John Jagneaux: Wow, just wow! What an amazing place This is! The food is absolutely delicious, the service is very professional and top-notch in the atmosphere Is elegant and romantic. Cocktails were the best around. The Pastalone Was my absolute favorite thing I ate on the island. The grilled octopus was just scrumptious. We let our waiter pick the dessert, Which was a Nutella sandwich covered in powdered sugar with vanilla ice cream. Couldn’t ask for a better experience! This place is a must when visiting San Juan!

Daya Mena: When I made the reservation, when we arrived and spoke to the host and then later when speaking to the server, I made clear that it was my partners birthday and requested birthday dessert with a candle. We never received nor were asked about dessert. It took us 40 minutes after our reservation to be able to place our order, and a couple seated next to us that arrived after us received their meal before we did. The food was phenomenal, but we wondered if the subpar service was because we were visibly queer. I’m disappointed and expected more from such a renowned eatery.
